Why is Y/N so nervous around Sun and Moon? Also, what is life like at the water park?

Okay so for this question some brief background lore about y/n and how they know Waterspark Sun and Moon.

when y/n was a child their parents booked a week long vacation at Waterspark Bay following its grand opening. In the waterpark, y/n was the type of child that didn’t really seek making friends or playing with the other kids

(not that they wanted to be alone they just didn’t place themselves into other kids fun)

but y/n was content doing their own thing, being in their own little world etc.

It didn’t take long for the new waterpark mascots to single you out and throughout the whole week the three of you were inseparable. Waterspark Bay was still staffed with humans at that time so the boys were free to get acquainted with the property and guests. Needless to say you made a great impression on one another, this photo was taken on your last day and it’s your only memento.

I think anyone would be a bit nervous seeing childhood friends after such a long period of time, especially knowing that they now own and run an entire theme park and resort!

Also theirs the whole ordeal where you said you were married to the water boys, silly kid stuff that came back to haunt you.

Illustration for Jesters of Ravenloft I completed this year, the whole cast + companions as they were in Season 2!

I included the WIPs to show my process, no linework on this one, just going right into blocked-in colors and then detail at the end! This took me over 3 months to complete, in little 10-20 minute sessions because I've been so very ill this year and everything is difficult. It's been lovely having these shows as a respite from my bad body, very slowly on the mend!

Why am I slowly slipping back to my Tsukiyama phase ? I never finished Haikyuu season 1 bc I was crying of stress everytime the crows had a match and I was exhausting myself, so it's not like I know the source material that much

It's just... I think they are so perfect for each other somehow

Also Kkumri on insta is keeping me ENTERTAINED w/ her little Haikyuu comics 🌸 (before them, there was Gusari and their IwaOi dj, true masterpieces, I don't take criticism)

Tbh most of the knowledge I have on Haikyuu comes from the fandom and you guys love to lie (you made new fans cry bc you told them daichi died fr) (and how come oikawa's knee injury is not real ?)

Anyways, I'm not a fan of the Friends to Lovers trope, but I think it's bc I read this trope only with het characters in YA novels when I was younger and it was probably executed poorly. However, Haikyuu gave us so many friends to lovers ships and you know what ? It works.

I would write an essay on how Tsukishima and Yamaguchi's dynamic compliment each other but my head is empty and I don't know how to think (it happens a lot, I should learn how to talk about romantic dynamics bc my poor aroace ass is struggling)

how do you think jasiri's first savannah summit (although it probably wouldn't be called that in the outlands) would go? even if not a summit exactly, she probably would've arranged a meeting after BFTP and invited the outlands leaders

Oooh, good question!

I think I’ve posted about this before but since the pack leaders are small, the Volcano Summit (that’s what I’m gonna call it) consists of not just pack leaders + Janja, but also some of the independent animals like Kenge and Sumu and a couple oc’s of mine later on!

The very first Volcano Summit was…..chaotic to put it bluntly. Since there was never a real ruler of the Outlands besides Scar, Jasiri was instantly faced with a lot of problems. One of the first was assigning/confirming territories cuz she had to figure out where Kenge, Sumu, and the skinks were going to live since the latter really just went anywhere they pleased. Then came the bigger problems like hunting, how to not get on anyone’s bad side, the issue with Kiburi’s watering hole, that sort of stuff.

Of course, there was a lot of arguing, like a LOT. Jasiri had to wrestle with Kenge’s anger issues after Reirei said his trigger word to him, which was especially bad since Reirei’s territory bordered around Kenge’s. Mzingo and Shupavu certainly weren’t helping because they were fighting about who gets what job, Sumu almost got stepped on a handful of times because of Kiburi, it was a mess

Fortunately, everything worked out in the end but Jasiri still has war flashbacks of that day 😭

Every time I try to draw something, a new thing happens in-game that's crazier than the last thing! Randy Random truly has it out for me, I swear.

That being said, there's a lot of stuff coming up! I'm going to have to stop playing the game for a week or two just to catch up with all the screenshots I've taken, lmao. Anomaly has so much to play with! I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and I hope you guys will enjoy seeing Mechi's continued adventures for a long wile yet.
