little natsuki headcanons!

•natsuki regresses because she wants to experience a childhood in a safe and fun way, one that she never got. she’s always been fond of childish and cutesy things, too!

•she regresses to ages 3-6, usually on the younger end of that spectrum.

•she adores baking, even when regressed! admittedly, it might get a little messier than normal, and her decorating skills might not be as up to par… but it’s okay because she’s having fun! and it tastes sweet and yummy nonetheless!

•definitely adores cute outfits and ribbons. she likes spinny skirts that she can twirl in, and she likes putting her hair up with cute ribbons or clips (maybe even cat themed ones!)

•has a lot of plushies,, very fond of them but refuses to tell anyone!! finds it embarrassing even though she knows no one would judge her for it. she does have a cat plushie that is her absolute favorite!

•she likes having juice or milk in a pink sippy or cup!!

•on the topic of pink, she REALLY likes pink,, strawberry milk, pink plushies, probably even pink blankets and pillows. it’s just a cute color!! but she’s also fond of pastels :)

•i don’t imagine she’d be a very active regressor. i think she’d prefer to take naps with her plushies or watch some of her favorite TV shows from her childhood! buuut on the occasion, she may or may not have silly dance parties in her room…

•she’d adore picture books!! flipping through them and looking at all the colorful pictures makes her happy, and the stories are easy for her brain to follow along with.

•would also like coloring sheets!! she’d be super careful and try her best to color in the lines with the cutest colors :) she might even add her own little designs too, like flowers at the bottom or hearts bordering the paper!!

•sometimes, natsuki regresses when she’s particularly stressed or things at home aren’t so good. she tends to avoid regressing when she’s upset because she wants her regression to be a safe, happy place,, but sometimes it’s the only thing that comforts her.

•if she is regressing impurely/due to stress, she usually just tries to distract herself with things that bring her comfort, like her favorite music, childhood TV shows or plushies!!

•sometimes, though, all you need is a good cry.

•usually, though, her regression is just very cozy!! full of things that make her happy and remind her of what it was like to be a child :) it brings her so much comfort.

hello!! of course :D i did the little monika headcanons, so i hope that’s okay!! and TYSM for the picture of the bunny it’s so cute I LOVE BUNNY <3 enjoy!

little monika headcanons!

monika regresses to deal with stress, and allow herself to experience the joys of being a child. she does it to take her mind off of all the responsibilities and stress she has, if only for a moment.

•truthfully, she may not remember her childhood that well, if she even got to experience one… a lot of her memories from before the literature club and her realization are blurry, at best. all she knows is that regressing brings her comfort.

•she’d regress probably around the ages of 5-8, although sometimes the line can get a little blurry and she’ll regress younger or older.

•i imagine she still enjoys a lot of her hobbies even while small!! she loves playing nursery rhymes on the piano or writing/reading poetry. very fond of flipping through picture books, especially really colorful ones.

•monika would do her hair, too!! she’d experiment with different braids and ponytails and stick cute little clips and ribbons in her hair.

•she’d have a bit of a sweet tooth. when she’s big, she’s always very firm with herself on taking care of her body and eating good nutrition, so when she’s regressed, that rule miiight slip a little (she becomes obsessed with sugar hehe)

•definitely listens to music!! even if it’s just some random song from her childhood or a silly rhyme for kids, she’s fond of all of it.

•loves going outside! she’d sit out in the warm sun and pick flowers, and would enjoy building snowmen in the winter. playing outside and ‘adventuring’ brings back fond memories for her.

•you know those DIY instruments? those youtube tutorials that help you make a makeshift drum/maraca? she’d have a fun time making those!

•monika has a stuffed animal from her childhood that she sleeps with, and when she’s regressed, she keeps it close by her side.

•monika can be rather prone to regressing due to stress, though. sometimes she’ll just sit in her room, curl up with her stuffie under a blanket and let herself cry. sometimes that’s all that helps.

•it isn’t like that all the time, though!! generally, monika’s regression is happy and gives her a chance to experience the joys of being a child again <3
