ty for the answer! I think age dreaming would be the closest thing I do/I can do bc of my current irl environment. I also have very big social anxiety which typically prevents me from trying to bring it up w online friends and the like, and I get too scared to join communities related bc it's like. "augh! what if im faking all of these things n everyone hates me for it!!" but idk!! I would like to try out properly regressing ome day but I don't think I can rn.

but um, unrelated kinda sorta, could you explain the difference between pet and age regression in a simple way? I get that it's ages and animals, duh, but I don't know much outside of that. ty!

Of course! we hope it helped a bit!! just give yourself space and time to explore that side of you! and it may not be until you’re in an environment where you feel as if it’s your own and a safe place that you’re able to fully do that but it’s alright to take time!

and of course!! the simplest i can explain it is where you know in age regression you feel younger or have the thoughts of a child or all that pet regression can be very similar to that but instead of childlike instincts you have animal like instincts! for example depending on what we regress to animal like we may have different mind sets! like when i regress to a german shepard i am more aware and cautious of my surroundings but im also more playful in the woods and like to run! but if i regress to a golden retriever pup im more sleepy and playful indoors and often less aware of my surroundings! i’m not sure if that made complete sense but i hope that helps ^^ it’s a different experience for everyone and its a learning process as well :3
