(and he probably just laid on the roof of the golden house like 'owww ouagh owww' until the battle with osial was done... also zhongli was watching liyue defend itself on a nearby mountain, like how a worried mother might watch her kids cook for the first time, and just happened to see the orange cat on the roof) hyperactivity - has a brain that never stops - ultra instincts adhd, like rick riordan says - if he ever stops moving, he'll die - complains if he has to stay still - probably fidgets non-stop - the tsaritsa is an ally and has plenty of random crap to fiddle with on harbinger coats socializing - canonically the odd one out among his peers (granted, his peers are all scheming goth people) - i swear he (canonically) constantly misses social cues and takes things literally... - he misses social cues more than he misses crits - blunt and straightforward, and prefers that way of communicating - headcanon that zhongli lying to him actually hurt his feelings and his reaction was genuine... I was wondering if there was any term for uhh my kind of speaking stuff??? i really dont know how to talk about this topic bc i know very little on it so im really truly sorry if I use any terms wrong or say anything bad or offensive!!!! I'm just trying my hardest to explain the best I can

So I'm autistic (I think low needs??? Not entirely sure) and I know (a little) about non verbal and semi verbal and selective mutism and all that. I um. I was wondering if there was a term for my experience with all this??

I'm uh fully verbal most of the time. But sometimes when I get overwhelmed I have a hard time speaking. I can push out words but it's hard, but I can still manage to sound like a fully verbal person (maybe with slight hesitations in words). Like I said I can push out the words, but I'd much rather not speak or speak very little (i.e. if I'm overwhelmed and mom comes in my room and asks what I want for breakfast, I can force myself to say "I...want...cereal. Coco Puffs" or smth, but I'd much rather just not speak at all and just get up and point to the cereal box. I dont do that though because I dont want my mom to question why I'm not speaking, which would force me to speak more...) Also online when overwhelmed, like with speaking, I can push myself to type..um.. "correctly"? But I feel more comfortable typing...."incorrectly"?? I dont know how else to say it, but basically the difference between typing full sentences out like "I'm really uncomfortable right now, its so hot and uncomfortable and i'm overwhelmed and i want to stim but stimming just makes me warmer bc im moving around. I may ALSO be wrong, but to my understanding ticci h is like, almost fully uncontrollable. And usually linked to *anxiety* in some way. (My entire family thinks I have tourettes but I've never been diagnosed so take this lightly) what I consider tics feel like, icky when they happen. Like worms or luke warm hot coco.

They're never something I Elly want to be doing and sometimes they physically hurt. The closest to STOPPING a tic I can do is redirect. I tend to whistle, or jerk my head or clench my neck or shoulders. When I was younger i had one that was randomly thrusting my arms out like I was pushing someone.

But stims are(usually not always) fuzzy. And soothing. Tics usually make me feel *worse*

I guess what I'm trying to say is that tics are like, a response. But stims are like,,, an attempt to regulate.

After Simon put everything on he held his hand out. Soap smiled more. "Want to hold hands Si?" He asked as he gently grabbed his hand. Simon nodded and gently let their hands rock. "Okay you ready?" Soap asked gently. Ghost nodded and turned to the door. He started to walk to the door and gently pulled Soap with him. Soap chuckled and followed him. Once they were out in the hall Ghost got fidgety. Ghost looked around as if he was on a mission and looking for any threats in the area. Soap gently rubbed circles on Ghost's hand as he took a step forward. Ghost followed him to the community kitchen. Once they got there he let Soap's hand go. Now being out in the open Ghost reframed from stimming. He just leaned against the wall and watched Soap make hot coco for them both. Every now and then Price or Gaz would pop in to get water or something to eat. Soap would greet them as he always did but would also let them know that Ghost wasn't doing to well in the moment. Ghost was greatful to have Soap. He understood him and had similar issues. Soap have trouble with certain textures or sounds being one of the things they had in common. Once Soap finished making their Hot chocolates he held his elbow out for Ghost to hang onto on their walk back to Simon's room. Simon hummed gently and held Soap's arm. As they walked Simon would lay his head gently on Soap's head to show his affection and gratitude. Soap smiled even more and when they made it to Simon's room he opened the door and let Soap go in first. Soap walked in and gently placed Simon's cup on the little coaster on his bedside table. Simon climb onto his bed after he shut the door and took his shoes off. He laid back against the head board and patted the spot next to him. He then grabbed his Coco and took a sip sighing happily and the warmth of the drink. Soap chuckled and climbed onto the bed next to Simon. He didn't get to close know that it might make him uncomfortable. He know when Simon was ready he would scoot closer to him. They both sat there quietly enjoying each other's company and drinking their Hot Cocos.

Picture Ghost on base having a bad day. The lights are too bright and loud. His mask is rubbing against is face awkwardly. His shirt (that Soap bought him on their last mission together) scratching and itching him more uncomfortablely than normal. Ghost is purposefully ignoring or snapping at any recruit that dared to come up to him as he is trying to get to his room. One of the recruit's ran to Soap and explained that what was happening. Soap gave a tight smile and nodded his head. "Thank you for telling me." He responded genuinely. He stopped doing some of the paperwork he was doing and got up. He quickly made his way to Ghosts room. Ghost had already arrived 10 mins earlier. He was pacing his room quickly. His hands flapping violently as a high pitch whine escaped his lips. He looked up at the door when it opened revealing Soap on the outside. His room now being filled with the lights from the hallway. He grunted and turned away from it. "Close the door Johnny." He grunted. Soap chuckled quietly and quickly walked in closing the door. "You okay Si?" He asked gently. "Want me to make you some tea? Or is this a hot coco situation?" He asked him. Simon paused his pacing for a moment. "H-hot coco?" He said in a questioning tone. Soap smiled. "Is that what you want?" He asked softly. Simon hummed lowly and nodded. He slowly started to pace again. He whined again and ripped the mask off.

I'll do both (mainly headcanons + a few quotes) with a fair level of Angst and Fluff

Tw/Cw for mention/description of injury + scars, mention of abandonment (for science of sea otters), way too much angst. My 7th grade wattpad brain took over lol

Headcanons

- Not so much a headcanon but fact (mainly for cats but also otters) : they can both purr. Purring can occur when they are either happy, nervous, or hurt in some cases. Do with that what you will

- They get separated for long periods of time due to missions and such. When they meet back up it's insanely adorable and sometimes chaotic

- Kwazii will often go completely silent and/or off the radar while on far-off missions and not contact ANYONE, including Shellington. This causes a lot of stress and panic for Shellington.

"What if they don't come back"

"Is he alive?"

"When will they be back?"

- When Kwazii DOES come back (if not injured or dragged back because of a distress signal they had to send as a last resort), Shellington will go 110% on happy stims and basically TACKLE Kwazii down in a hug

- They both get hurt fairly often. Kwazii is concerningly good at hiding their injuries, Shellington is also pretty good. The main way they find out the other is injured is when showing affection and the other faintly flinches. That or they can tell by changes in how they normally move around

- Once one finds out the other is hurt? The hurt one is getting "dragged" either to Peso or to their own room. If it's to their own room then the one who is uninjured/the least injured will patch them up ^^

- They both affectionately bite

- They both get attached VERY easily. Find a baby bird? They'll try to keep it. Baby dolphin? They'll try to keep it. Baby ANYTHING? THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP IT. Unfortunately they never can, not for long at least. Most of the time they try to hide the creature lol

- I've said this is most every headcanon I've posted, and will keep saying it: SLEEP PILE

- Kwazii has an insane amount of scars, all of which Shellington loves to trace over with their hand

- Shellington also has their fair share of scar, a few from burns, some from broken glass, a LOT on their hands from messing with sharp coral or sea creatures. Kwazii is more cautious when tracing them

- So many of Kwaziis bones have been broken/dislocated, mainly in his tail and wrists. It still hurts them well after

- Sea Otters normally only have one pup. (less than 2% have more than 1 pup) If they have more than on they will abandon the other. They will likely no longer swim with the living after 24 hours unless they are taken in captivity. Do with that what you will

- Don't ask why but Shellington gives the vibe of the color green, specifically faded or dull greens /pos

- there is a fair amount of angst here and I wasn't even thinking- have some fluff

- Kwazii will kinda just, kneed on Shellington while they are working

- Kwazii is better at cooking while Shellington it better at baking

- They will sleep over (read as "tail/shadow the other until they are tired and end up in a room") frequently. Each time they either watch YouTuber play games, play games themselves, or vibe while telling stories

- Kwazii is into Homestuck. Shellington is into Pokemon. They often talk to each other about these things. Let the chaos unfold in your minds

- They will cut the tags off of each others clothing. They see a tag? Snip Snip
