Great dreamling dynamic is dream sees hob for the reunion in 2021 and he just.. cant leave. Cant get himself to leave and wait another 100 years. Hob is so excited he even gets to have another meeting and he nearly dies for real when dream just kinda follows him upstairs at the end of the night like a stray cat! Hob is trying so incredibly hard to not make a big deal over it afraid of another 1889 even if his stranger seems so different now... they continue their meeting in hobs living room sitting next to one another on a small couch and dream brings his now socked feet up on the couch to hold his legs to his chest and hob bites his tongue so he doesnt tell this powerful supernatural force that he looks so fucking cute right now. Hob will extend this meeting as long as he can but hes ready to pass out hes so tired. Dream catches him yawning and instructs him to go to bed but hob is stalling trying anything to get his stranger to stay. Its ends up hob falls asleep despite his best efforts and wakes up in his own bed, bittersweet that he got to see his stranger again but accidentally cut their meeting short... he hopes dream will still come around for 2089 instead of now waiting until 2121. Dream is still on his couch. He turns to look at hob when he exits his room and gives a slow blink. Hob is so fucking confused but he rolls with it with a grin and prepares them a big breakfast and dream can feel the love and affection pouring out of the cup of tea alone. Its exactly like feeding a stray cat, because he keeps coming back.

The more affection hob gives dream the more often dream comes around. Hob is so glad this is the case because he has so many hugs to give and having dream as a regular fixture in his life now is one of the best things thats ever happened to him. Hes waiting at their table for hob to get home from work every day now and when hob kisses him for the first time dream cant stand to be apart from him for more than about 4 hours at a time before a near cataclysmic breakdown. Hob doesn’t get scared off, not in the slightest. He quite enjoys the obsessive focus in fact because his own all encompassing adoration for dream seems less creepy in comparison.

I took my best patient out this past afternoon. Everything was going quite well until I administered it’s medication, a new experimental substance, similar to its current prescription.

It was able to easily overpower me, perhaps due to adrenaline and something new in its blood. It forced itself inside me, and for what felt like hours assaulted and used me as it wanted. Choking, biting, slapping, anything it could do it did. It’s cock was fully inside me, and it pushed so deep it hurt. Whether it was for pleasure or retaliation was unclear to me.

Finally a nurse had to come in and fully restrain it, blindfolded, gagged and it’s whole body wrapped. It took the patient about four hours to completely calm down, by which point it had no recollection of its actions. Further testing is needed, perhaps with more restrictions in place.

Post Urgent Care Visit

Yesterday i finally went to urgent care about a repeat hip injury. I ended up arguing with my doctor because she kept focusing on describing to me how i would be reacting to the pain level she thought i should be in for the injury i thought it was, instead of focusing on less subjective symptoms and talking to me about differential diagnoses. I ended our argument by telling her that, as a chronic pain patient, i know i experience pain differently than other people and it's dumb to try and focus on describing the pain level. At that point we were able to move forward and answer some of my questions. I felt like I had to drag answers out of her, but nonetheless my questions mostly got answered. I don't regret using the word "dumb," i think it's what got her attention.

It takes me awhile to decompress after appointments like this. My partner who went with me, later described how when we have doctors like this, it sometimes feels like we're dissecting a new trauma as we try to sort out what happened after we leave. And honestly i think he's onto something. I exit these appointments in a panic state, not sure if i managed to communicate well enough or if they believed me or if the visit was even worth my while. I cry after them sometimes. I almost always bring them up in therapy after.

Ultimately I think, hours after I left, i was able to piece together what we had said and synthesize the relevant information in a way that I can semi-confidently move forward with the condition. But the memory registers fuzzy even though it was yesterday.

This is a big reason why i appreciate when doctors actually write good notes, or any at all even. The clicking of a keyboard is my favorite sound in appointments. I didn't hear it much during this one, so i expected poor notes. She surprised me! They weren't extensive, but they were definitely useful and I am thankful for that. And I'm glad I argued with her, I don't think i would've gotten my answers otherwise.

her racism ISNT subtle, the episode just guides you (ESPECIALLY if youre white) to overlook it up until the reveal at the end! it SHOULDNT be a surprise, but for some people watching, it IS, because theyve been unknowingly making excuses for her the entire time!

I feel that theres a distinction between hob liking dream still despite him being Like That as being a moral highground where hes just like,, just an extremely empathetic Good Person Saint and hob liking dream bc hob is just fucking buckwild and hes just into whatever dream already has going on type of "i like watching him commit atrocities but if my consistent love (obsession) makes him more emotionally stable thats cool too i guess" like,, he wants dream to be happy but theres a "support womens WRONGS" trait in him where he would probably put up little to no fight if dream just wanted to be this just awful being.
