♡ step one - cleanse with ur water based cleanser

BATH MILK ;
♡ 2 cups of milk

bath milk is rly good if u have dry skin because its a way to hydrate and moisturize your skin. milk contains fats and proteins that can help to replenish your skin's natural moisture…💬🎀
♡ 1/2 cup of honey
♡ 5 tbs olive/almond oil
♡ 3 cups of milk
SUGAR LIP SCRUB ;
♡ mix in some vaseline and sugar (if u wanna be extra u can add some cayenne for a plumping effect OR olive oil for extra hydration)
doing a lip scrub every now and then helps to remove dead skin from ur lips and keep them soft and super adorable. i also recommend brushing ur lips every now and then and making sure to use a moisturizing lip balm…💬🎀
RICE FACE MASK ;
♡ add one cup of rice and rinse the rice 2-3 times
♡ use 1/4 cup of rice and 1 cup of water and put it into ur rice cooker/boil over ur stovetop
♡ once the rice is soft, pour it into ur blender till it becomes smooth
♡ make sure to let it cool down before you use it
the mask will last up to a week if stored in the fridge. rice is known to brighten the skin, shrink pores, and prevent premature aging with its antioxidants. it also helps protect the skin barrier and calms irritated skin…💬🎀

Hawk had never let you do his hair so he was nervous but the scalp massages when you put the dark brown on made this boy fold
You was smiling as he closed his eyes when you was massaging it into his scalp
'that feels so nice' he whispers as you chuckle at him 'I'm gonna do your red now' you chuckle at him when he opens his eyes
You start mixing the red dye together and he kisses your cheek as you concentrated on the mixing
You began to put the red on his mid to end section of his hair spiking it up so it didn't touch the brown
Hawks hands stayed rested on your hips
Whilst it was saturating in his hair you made some coffee and gave him a cup aswell as drinking your own
You started walming the shower up and made him sit with his head over the bath
The hot water with your hands scratching on his head just made him fall in love all over again
Once you was done with washing it out you towel dried his hair so it was damp and then walked in your room with him

Bath Routine 🫧🛁✨
1. I dim the lights, light candles & play classical music. If candles aren’t available, I use an oil diffuser with lavender or eucalyptus scents.
2. I add Epsom salts, milk powder, a few drops of nourishing oils like rosehip, argan, or jojoba. I also like to add dried rose petals for a soothing touch. If I want to detox, I add charcoal and bentonite clay.
3. I shower before my bath to cleanse my body of dirt, oils, sweat. I will use a shower oil during this step to hydrate, cleanse and exfoliate (will do separate post for everything shower).
Pre bath routine:
4. I dry brush to stimulate circulation.
5. I wash my face and remove makeup if applicable. I then use a face steamer for about 5 minutes to open my pores.
6. I apply my favorite face mask (either DIY or store bought) before stepping into the bath (will do a separate post on this).
In the bath:
7. While in the bath, I lightly use exfoliating gloves or a scrub to exfoliate my body.
8. I massage my face with ice globes to reduce puffiness and stimulate circulation.
9. I sip on tea, a magnesium cocktail, or infused water.
Post bath routine:
10. After my bath, I wash off my face mask and apply toner to close my pores.
11. I apply my favorite serums to hydrate and nourish my skin. After applying serums, I use a jade or rose quartz facial roller to help the products absorb better and promote lymphatic drainage.
12. I apply body oil or lotion all over my body to lock in moisture & keep my skin soft.
13. I apply a nourishing hand and nail treatment to hydrate my hands, cuticles and nails.
14. I brush my hair if I didn’t wash it (separate post on this coming soon).
15. I apply my favorite perfume to feel extra luxurious.
16. I put on a silk robe to complete my relaxing routine.
17. After my skincare routine, I use my LED mask. Your skin is more receptive to hydration after cleansing & applying serums & the mask enhances absorption of active ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides, or Vitamin C. It also stimulates collagen production & skin repair.
18. After using the LED mask, I apply a moisturizer to lock in hydration.
Then continue on with my night time routine.

🎀 Kazuha starts her days by getting straight out of bed! You can take a few minutes just to think about your dreams or to meditate but after you're done get up without thinking so you avoid lazyness. After, head to the bathroom to do your hygiene routine (washing your teeth, face, body, etc.)
After you do your skincare, it's time for makeup, if i had to describe Zuha’s makeup in a few words i would use ‘natural’ ‘light’ and ‘clean’, even tho she uses as many products as other idols I've already talked about (brow pencil, eyeshadow, base makeup, contour, lashes, eyeliner, blush and lip tint), her makeup still pretty much simple, like just to enhance her natural features.
🧸Time to get dressed, Kazuha usually wears tops or basic t-shirts with baggy sweatpants, the colors she wears the most are white, black and gray. stylize the outfit with a beret or sunglasses!
Finally for breakfast, a good option is to have a sandwich with coffee, however any recipe that includes a lot of veggies in it will be ideal!

🩰 One of Zuha's favorite things is trying new things and showing progress! So always make sure to experiment with different study styles, techniques and resources. also, remember that progress is not about going from an F to an A, but about improving slowly and enjoying the path to your goals.
To learn and practice her Korean, Kazuha reviews vocabulary daily, using it on small phrases to memorize their meaning. As a visual learner, she also associates words with drawings and writes in her notebook often.
🥥 And to improve her English she usually practices talking with Yunjin. You can ask a friend to tutor you in any signature you feel you are lacking and make learning fun!

🪷 Kazuha’s most famous charm is her healthy and beautiful body, as well as her flexibility. She workouts everyday in her dorm room, and has a lot of different workout routines, so I decided to make a schedule so you can try them all!
monday -> le sserafim workout (no jumps / low impact), Kazuha new abs workout and full body stretch.
tuesday -> le sserafim workout (short version), Kazuha upper body workout, stretch
wednesday -> le sserafim workout, Kazuha abs workout, stretch
thursday -> le sserafim workout, upper body workout, stretch
friday -> le sserafim workout, kazuha lower abs workout, stretch
saturday -> le sserafim (short), upper body, stretch
sunday -> le sserafim workout (no jumps / low impact), stretch

Before taking your shower, take off your makeup with micellar water or an oil based cleanser. Then bath like you would normally do, but start your shower with lukewarm water and finish with a cold rinse!
🦢 Then use a soft foam cleanser to wash your face, let it air dry, and then use a gentle toner, calming ampoule and cream to set the moisture.
Now for self care, Zuha enjoys spending time doing diamond paintings or other kinds of diys, like decorating phone cases. She also videocalls her friends often in her free time, spending time with friends really helps with our mental health! You can also try and make little handmade gifts for your besties.

🐩 Dinner time! eat a yogurt bowl with nuts and honey (or any toppings you like) and eat it while watching youtube videos.
After eating she takes her journal and writes about her day and her emotions, she tries to be as concise as possible so no matter if she’s tired or doesn't have time she's still able to reflect on her day!
👛 Then she does her last review on the things she's studying, doing this before going to sleep helps you remember it better.
If she's with the members she will obviously watch a scary movie and have fun with her friends before going to bed!
💋 Finally stretch a little in your bed to be more flexible, have a better posture and to help you to fall asleep faster!

Any diy beauty recipes for the summer?

pretty soft feet scrub and mask ❤︎︎
1/2 cup light roast coffee grounds and 2 tbsp lemon juice
pretty self explanatory. simply mix this combo in a stainless bowl. after cleaning and soaking your feet in mildly hot water till softened, scrub with this mixture up to your calves. focus on your ankles and cuticles!! then let sit for about 5-10 minutes before rinsing (you can cover your feet with plastic wraps)
rinse with warm water and cover feet in your cream or lotion of choice.
i do this all year but the most during the summer since we’re wearing pretty open toed heels and sandals. 🎀
bright and glowing skin cream ❤︎︎
1 cup olive oil, 1 cup softened shea butter and a few drops of whatever essential/fragrance oil you choose
simply whisk or blend ingredients until whipped and soft
store in a mason jar and keep at low-room temperature
this after a long bath and good exfoliation, has my skin so soft and luminescent for over 24 hours 🎀
weightless scalp rinse ❤︎︎
1 tsp of lemon juice, 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of warm water
wash your hair paying close attention to your scalp
rinse well and apply the rinse to your scalp with a nozzle tip bottle
lightly scrub and rub your scalp with the rinse and leave on for about 3-5 minutes and rinse with warm water
be sure to moisturize your your strands and ends with whatever you choose
during the summer my hair gets extremely sweaty, and greasy and after a while a wash just doesn’t break it down well enough. this rinse ALWAYS flushes my scalp out so well 🎀
softening hair mask ❤︎︎
1 banana, olive oil, raw aloe vera gel, jojoba oil, honey
mash together well and coat slightly dampened hair in the mask
leave on for about 15 minutes (i go even longer sometimes)
rinse well with cool water
then wash and condition
my hair is always so soft and bouncy after i do this. i usually do it when getting ready to do a wash and go 🎀

self care for a pig ! pigs are highly intelligent, hygienic, and social animals. they communicate with scent, sound (up to 20 different types of vocalizations known!), and body language. pigs have a well-developed brain, being able to learn from their experiences and apply that to new situations. they can even play simple matching games by moving a mouse cursor around a screen, to a level similar to primates. pigs will form large social groups in the wild, with herds of nearly 100 having been observed! members of these groups will maintain close contact, and typically mirror each others' behavior.
setting the space i think the first step is to feel like a pig in all of your surroundings! using all the senses, try to immerse yourself somewhere that really feels like 'home'. - farm sounds [link]: mynoise generator of barnyard noises - wild boars in the forest [link]: mynoise; boars in a forest with a brook nearby, in case you're feeling more wild! there's also birds in this one :] - hay scented candle [link]: smells like a warm bed inside a barn... - dirt scented candle [link]: smells like rooting for truffles!
mud (and other earthy) baths if pigs are known for one thing, it's rolling in the mud! here's some ways to recreate that mud bath feeling at home. - grass block bath bomb [link]: this should smell pretty grassy, and it makes the bath water look like mud! it also has clay in it, so it's a bit like a mud bath in itself. - oat bath bomb [link]: oat baths are perfect for pigs! you can also diy an oat bath, using about 0.5 to 1.5 cups of oatmeal for a typical sized bath. after grinding oats into a fine powder, add them 0.5 cup at a time until the water is milky white! - diy coffee scrub [link]: the linked article also has some other things you can make from coffee grounds! this is something good for your skin that also looks/feels like mud! - mud treatment: of course, there's always the option of going straight to pure mud! mud or clay face masks or baths are available to you, or just hanging out in some wet dirt.
physical care: pig style taking care of your body is incredibly important, and focusing on caring for yourself like a pig can help you feel much more in-tune with that part of yourself. - warm or weighted blanket: to mimic sunbathing when there isn't any sun around, heat up a blanket in a clothes dryer! you can also use a weighted blanket, as the heaviness of it should be relaxing and warm as well. - dry brushing: i LOVE dry brushes, i fully endorse it for any kind of livestock kin! it feels just like getting a big bristle brush over your skin, it always always feels like i'm a big farm animal when i dry brush. - warm stones: resting warm stones atop sore muscles on your body will help you relax, while also invoking memories of the warm ground a pig would lay on in the barnyard. - truffle or truffle oil foods: cooking foods with truffles or truffle oil in them will remind you of your kin's diet! you can also eat salads with a variety of vegetables in them, to simulate the ""slop"" that pigs usually get.
stimulating your powerful mind with body care covered, we can focus on stimulating your brain too! since pigs are so intelligent, i've focused on puzzles and other brain-probing activities that simulate natural behaviors. - 'forage' for food: hide snacks around your room for yourself, or hide your foods within each other! for example, if you're having mashed potatoes, you might hide a piece of broccoli inside so you have to 'discover' it. - create a 'foraging box': using kinetic sand, clay, or pebbles, fill a small box. you can then hide items, such as small toys or marbles, inside of this dirt, and root around until you find them! - puzzle games: with the high intellect of the pig, you might find yourself stimulated by puzzles, whether that's simple jigsaw puzzles or hidden object games. - 'find it' games [link]: does anyone else remember those tubes with the little bits of plastic and all the items hidden inside them? finding (or creating!) one of those can simulate foraging when you have no other way to do so.
reconnecting with nature/farm life these are just some simple ways to feel like you've been around your home! i know i miss my kin home when i haven't been in an area similar to it for a while. - visit a petting farm: seeing some of your kin in-person, getting to interact with them, and see them interact with each other - all incredible feelings! petting farms are perfect for this. - collect nature for your home: keep a jar full of dirt, stones, straw, pieces of wood, etc. this lets you have a little piece of outdoors indoors with you, making it a little less unbearable when you're stuck inside. - lay in the sun: a warm sun beam can cure anything that ails... whether you're a pig or in a human body!
