dissociation/derealization holder culture is getting so dissociated that just turning your head makes everything spin and now youre lightheaded and not hungry and feel like a scared kid because nothing seems real or you yourself arent real

Dissociation sucks so much <//3 especially derealization (we struggle with that a LOT.) when the dissociative disorder makes you dissociate…anywho yeah, I’m so sorry abt that anon :( take care of yourself (if you can)!!!
