Ingredients: 1 ciabatta bread loaf. 4 slices of prosciutto. 4 slices of salami. 4 slices of ham. 4 slices of provolone cheese. 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers. 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. 1/4 cup of sliced green olives. 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup of olive oil. 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Separate the ciabatta bread in half along its length, and then take out some of the bread from the inside to make room for the fillings. Provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, green olives, and fresh basil leaves should be stacked on the bottom half of the ciabatta bread. Mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil together, then add them to the filling. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the bread with food and then put the top half of the bread on top of it to make a sandwich. Put plastic wrap or aluminum foil around the sandwich and wrap it up tight. A cast-iron skillet or a brick can be used to press down on the wrapped sandwich. It should be placed on a baking sheet or a cutting board. Put the pressed sandwich in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. Take the sandwich out of the package, cut it into pieces, and serve.

Ingredients: 6 hot dogs. 6 slices cheese cheddar or American. 6 flour tortillas. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. On each tortilla, put a slice of cheese. On top of the cheese, put a hot dog. Roll each tortilla up very tightly. Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Roll the tortillas up and put them in the pan seam side down. It should take about two to three minutes per side to cook until golden brown on all sides. Put the flautas on a baking sheet. Warm the oven up and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until the food is crispy. Add salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro and serve hot.
