Mini Pineapple and Condensed Coconut Milk Cheesecakes Ingredients: 180g plain sweet biscuits (such as Nice, Granita, or Milk Arrowroot) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 90g packet pineapple-flavored jelly 125ml (1/2 cup) boiling water 160ml (2/3 cup) cold water 90g unsalted butter, melted 250g cream cheese, at room temperature 125ml (1/2 cup) sweetened condensed coconut milk 150g (1/2 cup) well-drained crushed pineapple 250ml (1 cup) thickened cream Directions: Lightly spray twelve 80ml (1/3 cup) silicone muffin pans with oil spray. Line each pan with a small strip of baking paper, extending paper 2cm over the sides of each hole. Place biscuits and cinnamon in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add the melted butter and process to combine. Divide the biscuit mixture among the prepared pans. Use a flat-bottomed glass to press the mixture down firmly over the base of each hole. Place in the fridge. In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the jelly crystals by pouring in boiling water. Stir until dissolved and then add the cold water. Set aside to cool but not set. Beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed coconut milk in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the jelly and crushed pineapple until combined. Whip 125ml (1/2 cup) of thickened cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture. Spoon the mixture evenly over the biscuit bases in the pans. Tap the pans gently on the bench to remove any air bubbles. Smooth the surface. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set. Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped. 1/4 cup milk. For the Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting:. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup confectioners' sugar. 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Additional salted caramel sauce for drizzling optional. Sliced apples and cinnamon for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a medium-sized bowl with a whisk. Put away. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a separate large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing in the milk every so often. Mix the dry ingredients in at the beginning and end, until they are just combined. Add the chopped apples and mix them in well. Fill each muffin cup about two thirds of the way to the top with cupcake batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. After the cupcakes have cooled in the pan for a few minutes, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. To make the Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting, soften the butter and beat it in a different bowl until it is smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract, salt, confectioners' sugar, and salted caramel sauce little by little. Beat until everything is well mixed and fluffy. You can use a piping bag or a spatula to frost the cupcakes with the Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting once they are completely cool. For extra flavor, drizzle more salted caramel sauce over the frosted cupcakes. If you want, you can decorate them with sliced apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped celery, diced carrot, diced onion, diced bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Apply cooking spray or oil to a muffin pan to grease it. Evenly divide the meat mixture among the muffin cups, packing it firmly to ensure that there are no pockets of air. Tuck the ends under as you wrap a slice of bacon around each meatloaf muffin. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the meatloaf muffins are cooked through and the bacon is crispy. Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup bourbon. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup chopped onions. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bourbon, and chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Shape the mixture into four burger patties. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. Spread barbecue sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese. Add a slice of tomato and pickles on top of the burger. Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, rolled oats, and chopped nuts if using and mix them in until they are spread out evenly. Place cookie dough spoonfuls on baking sheets, leaving some space between each one. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
