I feel like there’s a lot to be said about Azriel’s weird relationship with women because it ain’t normal.Like he has this pattern of falling for women that are unattainable,women he knows are unattainable,but that just makes him want them more.Specifically because them being unattainable eliminates the potential of ever being in a relationship with them which he can’t handle because he believes he’s unworthy of them.He also puts them on this weird pedestal where he sees them as divine and pure,and he thinks if he comes near them he’ll taint them with all his baggage which just continuously feeds into his self worth issues.

And despite these women already being unattainable azriel makes them even more unattainable by distancing himself from them,avoiding them,and just acting unbelievably weird around them.He essentially builds this huge bridge between him and these women so he can no longer just crush on them like a normal person,he can only obsess from afar.And because he’s distanced himself so much from these women,he ends up not even knowing who they really are and he’s literally obsessing over some idealized version of them.On top of all of this he’s got the “I’m not good enough/Im too dangerous” mindset but he’s got an obsessive personality so he ends up never moving on from the women he’s trying to push away.

So this combined with his hero complex and inferiority complex is just a recipe for disaster.

This probably has everything to do with his mommy issues and self worth issues but azriel being slightly off putting and weird is just a little fascinating to me.

As peeved off as I am that we never got to see Zeke’s teenage-adulhood commitent to workplace racism + discrimination in the form of his rise to power in Marley I do think it is a funny detail that the premise is about “freedom” and Eren’s out there manipulating his family’s memories and actions left right and centre Grisha Kruger Zeke’s own mother Dina etc etc etc and yet Zeke is (presumably) the only person exempt from this. Eren doesn’t know what his half-brother went through. Grisha once within the Walls doesn’t know what his first son went through. Dina turned into a mutilated murderous Smiling Titan doesn’t know the fate of her only child, the only one in the family to look like her. The viewer doesn’t know what the once main antagonist went through. Zeke is a character that keeps secrets and cannot/does not get close to anyone and yet the only “freedom” he can get is the retaining of his past and his own memories in a world where even those can be manipulated.

The more I think about it, the more I really want to know how Tetsuji managed to keep the fact that the Ravens are a cult under wraps, considering that even Neil was having trouble functioning normally after only 2 weeks.

Like, it isn't even the physical abuse that causes the biggest problem. It's the 16 hour days, inability to do anything other than exy, social isolation, and the dictated nutrition and choices. They learn none of the skills that a typical young adult learns in college- cooking, cleaning, time management, money management, networking, etc. Not all of the Ravens can be rich enough that that sort of thing just doesn't matter. They basically get dropped into the world after college with no idea how to get a place to live, feed themselves, pay bills, or anything required of an adult and with no support network to help.

And including the physical abuse, all of these athletes suddenly have to have a miriade of health problems due to over-exercise, lack of sleep, violent playing styles, and I'm assuming physical abuse from Tetsuji and/or Riko.

All of these athletes are apparently signing with pro teams and there can't be that many that they only have one or two athletes a piece. We know from Lucas that the drastic change to their personalities is very noticiable to anyone who did know them and they're mentally unstable enough to off themselves after being forced to leave the campus, so how has no one noticed that all of the players that get signed from this one college team are barely functional, incredibly mentally unhealthy, and insanely violent?

Just thinking about Feyre and Rhysand with their baby and just doing life stuff. Eating, sleeping, being up for the late-night feeds, the baby's nursery, Rhys doting on Feyre and making her comfy as possible, making sure Feyre is eating enough as breast feeding uses so much energy, nap times, doing High Lord and Lady duties in Velaris with the wee baby in tow, getting into a bath book bedtime routine with the little one at night time, idk it just makes me smile we were truly robbed.

💀 I'm in a very small fandom and mod an invite-only discord server for it. I invited someone in only to find out they are super pro AI and I wanna stab myself for not finding that out first. Now we got someone sharing AI images and talking about how it's sooooooo great that we have AI to make good stories now. To make matters worse, us mods can't just kick them bc we're all also on tumblr and the line is too blurry and they haven't done or said anything that overtly breaks the rules (yet). I just wanna tear my own teeth out bc it's my own damn fault and we're all suffering for it.

The hate is for the AI fuckbitch AND myself because I had a feeling in my gut about them and I didn't listen. FUCK.
