perfect morning routine 💗

1. wake up early (5:30-6:30 am): start the day off with waking up early to make your mornings feel less rushed.
2. hydrate (5 minutes): drink a glass of water to kickstart your metabolism and rehydrate after a night’s sleep.
3. yoga (10-15 minutes): a short yoga session can help loosen muscles and improve blood flow.
4. meditation (5-10 minutes): practicing deep breathing to center your mind and reduce stress for the day ahead.
5. exercise (20-30 minutes): moderate workouts like a jog, bodyweight exercises, or cycling to boost your energy levels and release endorphins.
6. healthy breakfast (20 minutes): aim for a balance of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. (if you take daily vitamins, do it after having breakfast)
7. shower/skin care (15-20 minutes): refresh yourself and do your skincare routine.
8. daily intentions/scheduling (5 minutes): write and/or vocalize your priorities or goals for the day. you can use a calendar or a journal. this will help you with getting all important things done.
all 8 steps do not need to be done every day but consistency brings the best results!! this routine will leave you feeling energized with a clear mind to start the day!!

well! I was supposed to get my CT myelogram this morning but when I got to the hospital the front desk lady at radiology said that my doctor only ordered the CT bit and not the myelogram bit . soooo I wasn't able to get the scan. and they had no openings for later today if my doctor could get it done quickly. I'm so frustrated, my mom took off work to take me. luckily the front desk lady was super sweet and said that the scheduling department should have noticed and shouldn't have scheduled until they had both referrals. she gave me her number in case I had trouble getting it scheduled again. I can't schedule my neurosurgery appt until I get this done. everything takes so loooooong.

Give me a modern AU where Perona is a collage drop out because her best friend/roommate Gekomoria ended up being a criminal handing in illegal trades. Like he was her rich friend buying her everything but they genuinely got on great. But after the apartment being ransacked through the investigation. The interview and court dealings taking so long she failed all her classes. And because since he was arrested she lost her house. She dropped out.
She ends up having to reach out to extended family until one distance uncle agreed and is now staying with Mihawk until she can mentally and financially recover from the biggest fuck over of her life. She’s part time employed at an alt fashion store and rather then pays rent does most of the chores.
Zoro moves in a year later to not have to pay for his own house while in collage and mihawk suddenly finds his happy single (probably rich) life filled with annoying 20 yo’s baking cookies at three am and drinking all the damn milk.

hiii everyone! just wanted to preemptively update you all that chapter 5 will probably be a couple of days late 😔✌️ i’m moving out of my current place next weekend so packing + the woes of a 40 hour work week and commute + a shorter than usual turnaround period between chapters 4 and 5 have made it a bit slower going than i would’ve liked and i would hate for you guys to wait all day tomorrow just for it to not be posted at all :( i’m currently aiming for it to be out sometime this weekend but i’m hesitant to give an exact day because 1. i hateeee rushing my writing and would always rather take a little extra time to make sure i post something i’m happy with and proud of and 2. life happens so on and so forth etc etc etc and you never really know! it will be out Soon though. i Promise. thank you for your patience! you all were rockstars with the ch4 wait and i hope i can deliver when ch5 does come out 🤸🫡

I have another autism question.
Is constant noise like... draining? Like. Can dealing with it make you feel exhausted?
I ask because I recently got some noise cancelling headphones for my journey to and from work. I didn't realise just how much noise I was dealing with every day on my journey on the bus, train and then another bus. A trip that takes about an hour and a half, surrounded by tons of other people.
And. Since getting the headphones... I feel like I've felt less drained after getting home from work?? Like. I don't even remember the last time I got home and just had a nap rather than doing things. And I'm pretty certain the only thing that's changed is the headphones.
So... is that like. A thing? Can constant noise be like. Overwhelming and just. Draining? And make you tired? Idk how to explain/word it...
