Good morning peeps! . The daily oatmeal today in a fruity chocolate nut butter variation. 😋 I added cacao powder to some cooked gluten free rolled oats, and topped it with frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, frozen cherries, frozen pomegranate, peanut butter + cherry chocolate squares (@eschocolate) 🥜🍫🍒🍓🤩 . . . My sister ended up in the E.R. again last night. So if you could please return her to your prayers, that would be amazing! 💕💕 . . I decided to just let go yesterday, to allow myself to not feel good and to sleep if I needed to. Pressure is my enemy, and I would probably work myself to death if I didn’t set up boundaries. Acceptance dissolves pressure. So that’s the alternative I had to choose. . Chocolate-oatmeal cupcake

Ingredients: 1 egg Table 3. tablespoons oat bran (or oatmeal) 1 Dec. tablespoon of fiber (can do without it, to replace the bran) 3 table spoons of milk 1 tsp. spoon Natur cocoa Baking powder Sugar substitute (Stevia) Cinnamon
Impregnation, cream, decoration: 1 natural yogurt (ACTIVIA, for example) Stevia Cherry/strawberry/blueberry/blueberries(cherries can be frozen, strawberries are better fresh) The juice of ½ or 1 orange
Preparation: The egg is very well beaten together in a bowl and add everything else, mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes to swell oatmeal. Before baking again to stop and place the Cup at 3.5 minutes in the microwave. To get, cool slightly and cut into 4 biscuits, each soak juice (liberally) and start to fold the cake: muffin spread with yogurt with added stevia, put it on the berries, top with another cookie and so on. Drained yogurt to coat the sides. Leave overnight in the fridge.

#FlashbackFriday #FBF I woke up craving a breakfast meal I ate when I was kid: #champorado #Filipino #ChocolateOatmeal I remember my mom would add milk chocolate powder to our oatmeal sometimes as a breakfast treat. It was so yummy, especially for this #chocoholic. (Not too much for my brother, @droolius @juliusmayojr 🤣) As I have gotten older, I have realized certain highly processed foods have been the causes of my ongoing stomach pains. I am learning now how to eat more whole food ingredients, lower sugar content, and minimally processed products. So for my champorado today, I mixed in 2 #organic #DarkChocolate #Cacao squares into my cooked organic #OldFashionedOats. And, I topped my oats with some #unsweetened #CalifiaFarms #AlmondMilk and unsweetened #CoconutChips. My breakfast was delicious and my stomach has not hurt me yet. Шоколадно-овсяный кекс

Ингредиенты: 1 куриное яйцо 3 стол. ложки овсяных отрубей (или овсянки) 1 дес. ложка клетчатки (можно и без нее, заменить отрубями) 3 стол ложки молока 1 чайн. ложка натур какао Разрыхлитель Заменитель сахара (Стевия) Корица
Пропитка, крем, украшение: 1 натур йогурт (активия напр) Стевия Вишня/клубника/черника/голубика(вишня может быть заморозка, клубника лучше свежая) Сок 1/2 или 1 апельсина
Приготовление: Яйцо очень хорошо взбить в чашке и добавить всё остальное, тщательно перемешать и оставить минут на 10, чтобы разбухла овсянка. Перед выпеканием еще раз помешать и поставить чашку на 3.5 минуты в микроволновку. Достать, немного остудить и разрезать на 4 коржика, каждый пропитать соком (можно обильно) и начать складывать тортик: коржик намазать йогуртом с добавлением стевии, положить на него ягоды, сверху следующий коржик и тд. Стекающим йогуртом обмазывать бортики. Поставить на ночь в холодильник.

Шоколадно-овсяный пирог с яблоком и бананом

Ингредиенты: Яйца - 3 шт Овсяных хлопьев - 500 г Какао порошок - 3 ч. л Яблоко - 1 шт Банан - 1 шт
Приготовление: Промываем овсянку (так же, как для каши) и оставляем её набухать. Натираем в миску яблоко и банан (на средней терке, чтобы получилась не совсем уж кашица). Добавляем в миску яйца и все это перемешиваем. Добавляем порошок какао и снова перемешиваем. Постепенно всыпаем в миску уже достаточно набухшую овсянку и все это очень, очень тщательно перемешиваем так, чтобы получилась максимально однородная масса. Выкладываем получившуюся смесь в форму для выпечки и ставим в заранее нагретую до 180 ° ду��овку. Выпекаем пирог при 180 градусах в течении 40 минут. Даем пирогу хорошо остыть и только тогда вынимаем из формы (иначе может развалиться). Затем ставим в холодильник.
