Today’s goals!! (41 days left)
Today I will stay within my budget of 1,282 c@l$.
I’m making a nice dinner (chicken curry katsu) since I’ll be at my gf’s house tonight so I need to save c@l0r13s for dinner!!
I think night time is my biggest triggering time because I’m always tired at the end of a long day and I lose all willpower :,)
I start out so motivated in the morning but by the end of the day I’m over it, :,(
Anyway, today is a very sleepy day for me so I just need to stay strong and not give in to snacking.

I hate b1nging. I b1nged today. I mean, kind of?? I ate roughly 1500 - 1600 c@l0r13s today which, adding on the amount of calories I burnt today, wouldn't put me out of a d3f1cit, I still feel bad though. It was mostly bread. I can make a list if you want, maybe if I made a list of everything I would ever b1nge on, I'd feel so much shame I would stop doing it. I am glad that I've managed to go basically 3 weeks without b1ng1ng. That's progress. I used to not be able to make it to day 3 without 3ating in excess. So I think I'll still be proud of myself for stopping myself before I get into the 2000s. I've been meaning to have a m3t@bolism day anyways.

Took all damn week but i’m FINALLY back to 109.3-108.6. Ugh. Bad news is I already had to 3@t which sucks but my intake is nothing crazy so far. 136, because school has started for my siblings and I needed the energy to drive (I ⭐️ved yesterday and only had a total of 312.). I’m super nervous about later, I’m hoping I won’t be off of work in time for my family going out to dinner. That way I can hopefully end today with 800 max.
I’m aiming to be 106-105 by my birthday in two weeks and I will genuinely lose my fucking mind if I’m fucked over this weekend with being forced to drink/consume c@l0r13 bombs and go back to bloated + 112.

i’ve literally been e@t1ng so much lately bc i’ve been sick and had cabin fever and had nothing to do but b1ng3!! i hate everything about my b0dy and am finally starting to feel better but it’s my dad’s birthday and we’re going out for dinner and i’ve already had around 350 c@ls today and i’m fucking terrified bc i have to 3@t in front of six people lmao!! i think i’m gonna work out b4 just in case i have to eat smth high in c@l0r13s but i think i’m just gonna order a salad lmao. i’m scared that my parents will question it tho bc we’re going to a greek restaurant and i’m planning on literally ordering a house salad 😭😭 i’m greek and spanakopita is literally my favourite thing in the world but it has at least 300 c@ls and i super don’t want to do that!!! especially if we’re sharing appies first. but anyways!!! i should start losing more again soon bc this d1s0rd3r is kicking my ass 😍😍😍 also i started reading w1nterg1rls and it’s literally the most motivating, tr1gg3ring thing ever and i love it!!!

one of my fears about this d1s0rd3r is b1ng3ing.. i do it more then i' like to and i heard somewhere that if you're depriving yourself of f0od whenever you 3at or b1ng3 your body will store some of that food for it to eat off of you and idk its just always been a fear of if i'm limiting my c@l0r13 intake to 200 or less for a day i'm just afraid my body is still consuming more??? idk its really stupid i just wanted to share that.

i wanted to post these earlier but all of my personal technology are relics that deserve to be framed in museums. anyway i think i definitely need to start c0unT1ng c@l0r13$ again, or at least using the old apps i used to. this is what i wrote for last night's 0m@d D1nN3r: pork steak 300 rice 200 boiled vegetables 50 cake 450 protein bar 190 total 1190 christmas ass looking color scheme- anyway i originally estimated to be almost 2k+ ... skull emoji. almost literally wanted to make myself that emoji, then i had a rare moment of clarity and decided to at least half instead of quarter ass my counting and ended with less than 1.2k which is ... not good but. it could have been way worse. some part of me is still interpreting it as 1.5k :"/
slept near 11:30pm last night and woke up around 10:30am today... haha. i wanted to go jogging again in the morning but. i couldn't, or at least i didn't. removed sheets, i'll put on new ones later since i want to vacuum the mattress and pillows, quarter-assed stretches and i guess some of it counts as yoga, quarter-assed again some legs. unless i am panting and sweating by the end of a workout, i only consider it as stretching and or warm up and not count the potential c@/0r13s burned since its negligible anyway. i'm not sure if i will run later since i really need to get my shit together enough to finally fucking study to prepare for a goddamn future i am not even sure i will be present for. i guess a somewhat positive of waking up late is having slept for longer, which should help with my metabolism, also i more easily sk1p br3@kf@$T and even luN(h.

(December 26th)
I have 42 days to drop from 120 ish lbs to my goal of 108!

not a good day but I was in a defecit and got over 10k steps for the 3rd time in a row, without even going outside today.
total: ~ 1400 calories in (I did say it was bad)
calories burned:
excercise: 435
total: 1700
breakfast:
- special K ~75cal
snack:
- oreo donut from yesterday ~326cal
lunch:
- macaroni cheese school dinner (high guess 350cal but I hope it was lower, I didn't eat all of it)
- 13cal Rubicon spring
after school:
- kellogs nutri grain breakfast bar (I don't know why I ate this. mindless eating is my worst enemy, I will see it and think oh, there's some food... better eat it I guess) ~131cal
dinner:
I really didn't want to eat dinner but it's mandatory in my boarding hostel. I wanted to purg3333 but I've never done it and I was too scared.
- beef stew (I only had a little bit)
- mashed potato (too much)
- broccoli (the only thing I actually wanted to eat)
total has a high guess of 400cal
after dinner:
- like 3 nibbles of a rice crispy cake because I thought it was chocolate (another mindless eating thing) but it was dates or something so I didn't eat most of it. (idk like 10cal
- a waffle with the tiniest drizzle of syrup (I said 150cal but again it was homemade and not by me so i cant be sure.)
