I tried C/S for the first time and it wasn't THAT disturbing actually, even for someone who has very bad emetophobia.

It's very good cuz sometimes I'm just craving a taste or a feeling on my teeth, so no need to swallow anything, and honestly when you see what some foods look like once they're chewed you're thankful you spit it out...

I still need to get better at it though cuz I think I did swallow a bit, it's like a reflex
