The answer to that last question is YES, Michikatsu! You need to experience paternal instinct after over 400 years of dealing with kids because it's part of your job description! These kids are not part of the job description, so you get them.

Seriously, by the Infinity Fortress Arc, this man is willing to die for both the Kamado kids. And commit several more felonies than he already has for them.

Also had a comment written in here about how Tai and Izzy argue a lot, then compared it to how often Tai and Matt argued. Not a fair comparison, since Tai and Izzy basically only have maybe 2-3 arguments in the whole season, if I can even call them arguments, while Matt and Tai are at each others throats ALMOST every episode. They literally had an arc about it. (This is probably an exaggeration)

My reading comprehension and writing ability was absolutely not as good as it is now, and I’m glad it has improved.
