I wanted to try editing Tanjiro and since I like him with long hair in episode 1 I did this too :)

• He's blind from one eye because Nezuko scratched his face when attacking him.

• He wears Nezuko's hair tie as a bracelet.

• Always wears his hair in a loose ponytail, but sometimes put his hair down when resting.

• Tanjiro have nightmares every night so he has some trouble sleeping.

• Became a demon slayer to avenge his whole family being killed and to prevent other people to lose their families too.

I had an idea of them fighting demons near a river and ending up drenched, so Yui lends Mui his haori so he wouldn't catch a cold but Mui refuses bc he's also worried his brother would catch a cold (they're both perfectly fine)

I’ve been writing, thumbnailing and thinking about this au for a long time!

I’ve often thought about Kyojuro being some sort of Phoenix in the manga. Rising and being resurrected through conflict in order to help Tanjiro. I took this idea and ran with it making my own modern au with a supernatural twist— having Kyojuro come back as a Phoenix harpy!
