sometimes i randomly remember how insane maggie stiefvater was for making ronan lynch—a man that can create reality—a man of god, when he himself is a god of a man. then to take this man and have him be not only in love with, but a literal soulmate of a man named adam. parrish. adam parrish. who, mind you, lives above ronan's very own place of worship. and is the namesake of the first of mankind that the bible says god made from the literal dust of the ground (adam parrish: comes from nothing, hair "dusty" in color) and appoints him to care for the garden of eden (adam parrish: sacrifices himself to ronan's sentient forest). then has adam viewing ronan as a god and ronan saying "maybe he dreamt (created)" adam???? like who just fucking writes that and goes about their life?

I wanna explain mine since it was multiple options apply!

So, most of our alters form knowing their names. But for Hope, he named himself after the game Hope: The Other Side Of Adventure, because his memories somewhat align with it. With Cheeto, we looked at a bunch of 'silly names for your orange cat' type blogs, and he also chose the name 'blue :3'. With Viran, he came remembering his actual name, Logan, but considering we already had a Logan he wanted to change it for simplicity. At first we looked at baby name websites, but eventually he just combined his name and his husband, Virgil's, name, looked up what it meant, then decided he liked it!

Okay okay okay so this is 100% something that feels stupid to be upset over and I'm sure I'll get over it eventually BUT we've been seeing a lot of fnf soft mod art(not a bad thing we love fnf) and pico in that look SO similar to one of my exes that really fucked me up, like literally go in and recolor the hair to be brown and boom it's that ex, so like we HATE pico in that mod. It's literally no one's fault but it's so fucking annoying bc the art is so good but like I can't look at it without thinking of that ex!!

Man sometimes I’ll be minding my own business, feeling perfectly fine and then I’ll remember this one comic someone made (it was a gorgeous comic and I hold it very dearly in my heart) where basically Echo walked in on Crosshair causing some mischief and accidentally called him Fives.
