Roy and Artemis flipped through a photo album that Bruce had specifically dedicated to pictures of Jason. Jason sat to the side, mortified. He wanted this moment to end and hated seeing himself in the old suit, but his friends were anything but kind.

Roy: Aww, he was so cute in the suit! Look how happy he is, which is rare.

Artemis (sardonically): As he constantly reminds us, he did die. And he brings it up even when it’s not needed. I can’t believe the first suit didn’t even have pants. I respect the confidence, but oh my Hera!

Jason (embarrassed): Please close the book. I said please.

Artemis: We’re only at age fourteen. We have to get through that first!

Roy: He documented everything, dude. He’s not perfect, but this is thorough.

Jason: Yes, yes! You don't have to look at every picture. Close the book!

Jason tried to take the album away, but Artemis casually shoved him back. She gasped as she turned to the next page.

Artemis (laughing): Oh, is that you dressed as Jason from Friday the 13th? That is perfect! I’ve gotta send this picture to Rose.

Jason (horrified): You guys text each other!?

Artemis (mischievously): We have a group chat. It’s called "Jason's Booty Calls."

Jason stormed out of the room, his face turning as red as his mask while his friends continued to flip through the photo album, laughter echoing behind him.

Diana turned to the side to proudly show off her belly. Hippolyta fiddled with her necklace, trying to remain calm.

Diana: I was going to, but thanks for the reminder.

Artemis (interrupting): I said that.

Hippolyta: Shut the Zeus up, Artemis!

Artemis sucked her teeth annoyed. Diana smirked. Once her mother released her, Hippolyta left with other Amazon women, discussing plans for the baby shower. Diana walked over to the red-haired Amazon and placed a hand on her shoulder.

Diana: It’s okay, Artemis. I believe you. Would you like to attend the party? I already invited Jason.

Artemis chuckled, shaking her head.

Artemis: I’ll come, but I’m not buying a cutesy gift for her. She needs a proper gift for a warrior.

Diana: Hm, I would've preferred baby clothes, but surprise me.
