No. V cannot get pregnant anymore. The decision was made before she married Snow that she should get her tubes tied.

I had initially wanted to address this in "Queenside", but they were busy with other things. Especially because it would have devastated Plutarch a lot how her bodily autonomy was stolen. I don't think he would have been able to go on, and I felt that, pace wise, the sexual liberation was far more important here (to V).

It's a fact the viewers ought to learn eventually, but with the current longfic Plutarch would logically already know. I have a place to mention it, but it'll take a while to get there.

It's also—even if horrendous—not something she finds that concerning compared to other aspects. The thought of having had a child with Snow horrifies her far more. And V already had to somewhat raise the children of his previous wife. She didn't enjoy the experience in watching them slowly become like their father.

For as long as V lives in that mansion, the horrors won't really reach her. They are too close to be fully realised. It simply feels different to have distance and reflect—and once she has that, there's, to her, a plethora of worse things to contemplate on than that. It's still horrible, but inevitably it protected her for decades of their marriage in having some kind of evil seed grow inside of her—as she'd put it.

There's AUs and all (@beedelia and I have one where her tubes aren't tied and she has a Kuckuckskind, or one where they marry instead of Snow and V), but realistically, they are also just too old for children.

By the time they meet in SSLWR, they are in their early 40s. BOTC has them in their early 50s. Menopause begins between ages 45 to 55. There's more pressing matters for both of them.

That said, it might delight you to learn that in those AUs, she has a son called Theseus who she protects and loves a lot.
