i had a really bad appointment yesterday. and i'm still reeling from it. and i know depriving myself of good things doesn't do anything except mean i miss out. but it's really hard to turn off that voice today. i'm really grateful that i got to see my therapist earlier. she just... knows what to say. and understands what happened. and she listens to me. it helped. so kids go get yourself a therapist it's important!!
