(and oops most of my commentary is in the tags XD)
#people really out here acting like some chocolate is gonna kill you#idk maybe you should check how stats and data actually work and not just blindly trust things that get it wrong and such#because hate to break it to ya but increased risk does not equal absolute risk#it just increases the risk which is normally only by a small margin and doesnt mean anything in reality because it doesn't mean that it's#absolutely 100% going to happen that's not what risk or increased risk means#anyway this reminds of when a friend of mine took part in a study#and they were like oh yeah you have a 6% chance of a heart attack in the next 10 years#they asked if they lost weight would that decrease by a lot and the person was like uhh by like 1% it's really not the big deal everyone#makes it out to be people are just fatphobic because that's the society we've built that at all times you must be skinny#or you aren't worth anything or worse when people act like you're such a strain on the system#and that you dont deserve to have healthcare like i will scream#everyone needs to stop being so damn weird about it!!!!!!!!!!#it's literally fine it's so literally fine#you know actually thinking about increased risk with alcohol and smoking - to which is totally your choice and up to you btw#i knew someone who smoked like a chimney and drank like a fish and lived to his 70s and died of something completely unrelated#increased risk is just that increased by a certain percentage which is like not a lot in the grand scheme of things to really put it into#perspective when you have like 1 in 100 chance and the increased risk is 100% that just raises it to 2 in 100 which yes is just 1% to 2%#i will scream when people act like food is going to kill you - especially when it gets so bad people act like fruit is bad for you because#of sugar like i will cry i will start sobbing because all of this is why im pretty sure most people have disordered eating#if not full on eating disorders and that's the real concern how our attitudes make people change their behaviours and develop mental health#conditions because society is just so insistent on this one issue that you can't escape it's bad it's so bad and i hope one day#we get past all this and people can just live how they want without others getting on their backs#fatphobic people are the reason why so many people i know think they're worthless and ugly and i just that's so upsetting to me and yes yes#there's the major issues like doctors ignoring symptoms in favour of just lose weight! and then just send people into the world with 0 help#in that oh and oops now they've got an eating disorder when the problem in the first place was not weight <.<#and even if it was (which it rarely ever is) it's like okay where's the help then because there is no help and then study after study is#like oh btw dieting doesnt work lol and then what do you do what do you do im gonna start screaming hdfghsdfg#anyway sorry these tags are long im just so tired and so frustrated at the world and i hope one day people get over themselves

ŕ¨ŕ§ absolute necessities .á
if you're trying to glow up, get healthier, etc, these are the very basics that you absolutely NEED to follow!
01, WATER .á
Staying hydrated is crucial for your health and wellbeing. While the recommended daily intake is 8 cups of water, you can gradually increase your consumption over a few weeks if that seems too overwhelming. Drinking enough water provides numerous benefits, from clearing skin and flushing out waste, to boosting exercise performance and supporting weight loss. Despite being the very essence that sustains life, water is often underappreciated.
02, FOOD .á
I used to skip breakfast, thinking it would help me lose weight. However, studies show that those who eat breakfast tend to lose more weight and keep it off longer. The truth is, food is incredibly important. It's best to regulate your eating habits by consuming at least 3 meals per day, even if they're only small portions. Some food is better than no food. If you want to go on a diet, that's fine! but make sure you research healthy dieting methods. At a minimum, eat one serving of fruits and vegetables daily, and try to increase that to five servings per day if possible. Proper nutrition is key for your overall health.
03, HOBBIES .á
i have this previous post regarding hobbies you could try! It's so important to find fun activities that you genuinely enjoy and look forward to doing. Hobbies add fun to your life and pose as a nice break from technology and the stress of work and school. They also greatly improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. You could do some physical activity, such as a sport you like, or something more calm and creative, like painting or writing.
04, SLEEP .á
a lot of people struggle to fall asleep at a decent time. Try getting ready for bed early. Personally, I tend to take off my make up and do my skincare immediately after i come home for school/work so i don't have to worry about it before bed.
Technology is probably your sleeping schedule's worst enemy, as the blue light from the screen keeps your brain awake, so try to pause screen-related activities at least an hour before bed. Also, try not to snack 2 - 4 hours before you go to sleep. This is because lying down makes it harder for your body to digest food, which can result in sleeplessness.
Forcing yourself to go to bed super early isn't helpful either. Like I've mentioned in my other points, take things slow and gradual!
05, SOCIALIZATION .á
Engaging in simple social interactions, such as conversing with family, seeing friends, or greeting people on the street, is incredibly important. Isolating yourself in your room all day accomplishes nothing.
There was a time when I dreaded spending time with friends, convinced I lacked the energy or mood. However, once I forced myself to make plans, I realized how much I genuinely enjoyed their company. Other people are what make life truly worthwhile. So why not reach out to a friend right now and invite them to hang out tomorrow?
06, ACTIVITY .á
you don't need an exercise routine if you don't want one, but simple physical activity is still a daily necessity! At least 30 minutes is recommended. Personally, i most enjoy plugging in my headphones and going on a walk around my neighbourhood for an hour or two.
07, SELF TALK .á
Arguably one of my most important points, quit the self-deprecating talk. You never realize how much it affects you until you quit it. Yes, you can absolutely get that assessment done. Yes, you are a likable and amazing person. Just keep affirming and reminding yourself that you are worthy, and you will attract so many good things. Trust me, it will help you so much in the long run.

I just discovered your writing and I love how you write Idia! If requests are open, could you write Idia with an S/O that cooks for him? It's heavily implied that Idia has depression and is very thin do to his lack of self care and malnutrition, but since he started dating he gains some weight and gets a bit insecure about it but reader comforts him because they're just happy that's he's eating healthy
SUMMARY: idia is starting to eat healthier and put on weight, which spawns new insecurities. you help him through it.

In the beginning of your relationship, getting Idia to eat and drink was like pulling teeth. You didnât want to force itâIdia knew how he felt far better than you, and making him do something he didnât want to was just cruel. You knew from the start that if he didnât want to eat, he wouldnât, and even after consulting Ortho you didnât notice any changes in his attitude towards eating. You reminded him to drink water constantly and brought him little snacks, but the water bottles remained mostly full and the snacks were unopened. While you managed to coax another few sips of water out of Idia, the snacks were still a no-go and his vitamin drinks won the day once again.
It took until the two of you were second years for him to consider eating more, and you were so delighted that you began to cook for him. Although he still gained most of his nutrients from those vitamin drinks heâd always drink in place of meals, you were so proud of him when he started eating the small portions youâd set out for him. Each container had four sections, one full of dried fruits, one with nuts, one with vegetables, and the last with meat. You always wrote him a note telling him how proud of him you were, encouraging him to eat the whole thing but letting him know he could stop eating whenever. It was more of a snack than anything, but heâd eaten it, the whole thing, and you felt so moved youâd almost cried.
Idia never thought it was that much a deal, even when you started gradually increasing his portion sizes into your third year at NRC, always replying to your praise with bashful mumbles and scoffs, twisting his beautiful hair into knots as a nervous habit. He would finish his snacks and bashfully ask for more, turning his pink cheeks away from you when youâd beam and tell him youâd be on it right away. Noodle dishes were popular, along with sweet chicken recipes, and anything with rice or pasta. You avoided using meats like pork or beef or anything that wasnât light like poultry. Idia always favored things that went down easy, not hearty meals that left you feeling stuffed (and, of course, you never fed him sushi due to his dislike of raw fish.)
He was drinking more water as the years went on, tooâby the time you came to collect his dishes and figure out if he wanted more food or not, youâd catch a glance of a half empty water bottle and feel your heart fluttering in your chest. It made you so happy to see him eating and drinking healthier. Even if he complained about needing to go pee more often (which took out of his gaming time, oh the dramatics) you could tell he felt better. It had been a journey of three years but you and him were making some serious progress together, and you couldnât be more proud.
To celebrate just how proud of him you were, youâd gotten Idia a small chocolate cake to go with his lunch, and you were delivering it a bit early to surprise him.
Balancing all of the food on one hand, you bounce on the balls of your feet as you punch in the security code to his room (it changed every day and he always texted you the new one, reassuring you that your messages had been encrypted ten times over so nobody could even chip at the defenses, not that you were worried about someone hacking your phone in the first place.) The door opens with its usual mechanical woosh and shuts behind you the second you step inside, immediately locking again.
âIdia, I bought you a gift today!â you cheer, setting the containers down on his bed.
You turn around to face the rest of his room before stopping dead in your tracks, coming face to face with very wide eyed, shirtless Idia. Heâs clutching his shirt to his chest, trying to hide as much of him as he possibly can, but the way the fat of his stomach pinches and rolls at his side could still be seen past the fabric. Your mouth forms a small o shape as you stare, taking him in.
âStop staring!â he yells, and it's only then that you notice the tears in his eyes and the pink borderline red flickers in his flames, âGet out!â
He throws himself into the gamer chair, spinning it enough so that the back of it faces you. You can see him curling up into a little ball, struggling to get his shirt on in the state heâs in.
âIdia, wait!â you call out, stopping him in his tracks.
Soft sniffles fill the room, and it breaks your heart.
âWhy are you here early?â he snaps, still not coming out from his hiding place.
âI bought you a miniature cake. Youâve been eating more lately and Iâm proud of you for that.â you say softly, sitting down on his bed, âIâm not going to come over there, darling. Donât worry. This is a safe space, you know? I would never judge you.â
Idia is silent for a few beats before he speaks again.
âMaybe...maybe I should stop eating.â he murmurs, and the pain that shoots through your heart makes you gasp.
âIdia, no.â you plead, gentle even though youâre panicking, âWhatâs making you feel this way? Youâve been doing so well, youâve told me how good youâve been feeling this past year because youâre eating healthier, what changed?â
âI look like this!â he spits out, and thereâs so much self loathing in his tone it brings tears to your eyes as well.
âYou look beautiful, darling, you always have. What about yourself do you not like?â you plead, hoping and praying heâll open himself up to you.
âIâve gained weight. Iâm not as skinny anymore. I look gross.â he peeks out from behind his chair and your heart breaks at how bloodshot his eyes are, âI donât...want you to see me like this and leave me.â
âMy love...â you keep his gaze, leaning as close as you can to him without leaving the bed, âI love you no matter what you look like, you know that right? I love you as a person. You will always, always look lovely to me. I love you. I donât love a perfect version of you I made up in my head. Every single insecurity you have, I love, because they arenât flaws. Theyâre just you.â
You let him take your words in, listening to his heavy breaths before you stand up.
âDarling...can I see you?â you ask carefully, âI want to see you.â
He hesitates.
âPromise me you wonât be disappointed.â Idiaâs voice cracks mournfully, like heâs already accepted a fate that will never befall him.
âNever.â you answer immediately.
Your breath catches in your throat when he shamefully moves away from his gaming chair, staring at the ground to avoid looking at you. Your heart hits the ceiling with how light it feels, your lungs contracting and your body growing warm. Oh, heâs ethereal.
You take in the parts that he hatesâthe creases of his neck and his soft pecs (his nipples are blue, you note, and honestly that doesnât surprise you), the rolls of his stomach and the fiery trial of hair that leads to his pelvis. You take in the blue glow under his arms and the way the fat of his upper arm folds into his shoulder, and his way his stomach hangs a little over the waistband of his pants. You take it how his arms are bigger now, whether that be from growth or the added weight you donât know, but what you do know is that all of this beauty was hiding under his hoodie for the past three years. Probably even longer.
âYouâre beautiful.â
And your voice breaks as a single hand covers your mouth, hearts in your eyes as you finally, finally make eye contact with Idia, his hair sparking and popping like solar flares as the flames turn pink.
You love that pink.
âB...Beautiful!?â Idia jerks back, looking so scared and ashamed and confused, âWhat are you talking about!? Beautiful is for men in otomes with eight pack abs, Iâm no ikemen but Iâm not stupid and how could you ever call me something like thatâ!?â
âIdia Shroud, youâre beautiful!â you shout, your voice far louder than you intended and it cracks again because oh, youâre so emotional, how could this man think heâs anything but beautiful?
â...what?â he whispers, shirt still clenched in his hands like a lifeline, âYou...you donât want to leave me?â
What you want to do is ask why you ever thought heâd leave you in the first place.
What you do instead, is tell him no.
And you stay.
You donât make an excuse to leave or try to let him down slowly. You stay in his room and you ask to hug him, you stay in his room and you embrace him so tenderly when he says yes, you stay in his room with him and you kiss his temple, holding all of the extra fat he didnât come with when you fell in love with him in your arms, loving him all the same even though heâs changed.
He doubts youâve ever called someone beautiful as many times as youâre calling him that right now.
So Idia shuts his eyes and buries his face in your shoulder, hiding his face and his body and his sobs from the rest of the world in the safety of your arms.
You really will love him no matter what.
He doesnât know what to do.

⢠"Nooooo!!!!" This was your first reaction when you measured your current weight on the machine.
⢠You have gained quite a lot weight you thought looking at the number on the machine.
⢠Today at office a coworker said to you that you were looking quite chubby this days and that led you to this checking out your weight.
⢠You looked at the mirror and thought to yourself that now you have to go on diet as you cheeks looked a bit chubby and your weight increased.
⢠You didn't want to go on a diet because that would mean not going to your favourite bakery, seeing the cute baker and eating his delicious treats.
⢠The mouthwatering pastries and cakes are now replaced by veggies, fruits and nutritional food.
⢠It has been a huge record that you have not gone to the bakery since 5 days.
⢠Your absence made yan worried about you and sad.
⢠"Are my baking skills not good now?" He thought while waiting for you but you didn't came.
⢠He would look at you through bakery glass wall jogging in morning. He would come out and call out for you "Y/n I just baked your favourite pastry, come inside and let's have a taste." While holding the tray with mouthwatering pastries at you.

⢠This man starts a new section in his bakery with title "SUGAR FREE BAKED GOODS" which has no sugar and is made from only healthy stuffs only. Like sugar free bananas muffins, oatmeal cookies which health influencer shows on their channel even though it is totally against his baking ethics. But this man would do anything for you. For you to eat his food. After all this man's love language is feeding you his handmade food.
⢠His bakery now has oatmeal cookies, apple donuts which is nothing but fruits cutted and some healthy toppings on it. Making all this in his bakery even though he hates it as he loves making stuff filled with cream, toppings, chocolate etc.
⢠But he will do anything to have you back at bakery and eat.
⢠His sale increased as he was selling both cream fillied delicious pastries and healthy sugar free things made from apples and berries and oatmeal etc.
⢠His bakery was all over the internet viral through health influencer videos you followed which made you go to the bakery too.
⢠You ate the healthy stuff and even complimented him on this new business ideas of his (only if you knew that he started all this for you)
⢠He was happy that you would come sometimes at bakery for the healthy stuff now.
⢠But he was not elated as you were not coming everyday and eating those baked stuff which made you happy.
⢠He would come with you on morning joggings to be near you.
⢠After a month with your exercise and dieting you loss a good amount of weight. Which made you happy.
⢠Upon your success in weight lossing he gave you a small cupcake of your favourite icing.
"Come on y/n I made it for your celebration on losing weight. I wanted to make a cake but I know you won't eat it so I made a little cupcake. And come on all the health influencers says you should reward yourself with a little treat after work. And a little cupcake won't hurt." He said manipulating you with his puppy eyes and pretty words.
And the cupcake he made for you looks so tempting that you ate it thinking a little cupcake won't hurt. You ate it and felt like you were in heaven again eating it after a month. You missed all this so bad!!!
⢠Well you have fallen again now in his sweet baked trap coming everyday eating crossiant, pastry, cake while yan tells you " a little won't hurt y/n you have already loss weight and you also eat the nutritious food I made it's all balance" he says while feeding you his delicious treats being happy that you are back to eating his baked goods.
⢠Seems like you are never gonna be able to escape his pastries and the good looking baker who makes it.

your art is so so so so inspiring to me which is strange bc my style isnt very similar to yours at all. but it makes me happy to see your art, especially when you make art from things from childhood id forgotten aboutđŤđŤđŤđŤđŤđŠˇđŠˇđŠˇđŠˇ
Thanks. Your message and similar messages from others over the years inspired me to try to put into words why I draw 'nostalgic things'. I ended up writing a lot.
There was a period of time when I became cynical about being seen as an 'artist who reminds people of childhood' or a 'nostalgic artist'. I no longer feel that way but I will explain why. Some artists, who I like and respect, will sometimes mention 'nostalgia holding artist's growth back' and 'nostalgia causes learned helplessness.' But I feel differently.
Maybe I perceive time differently. I have lived long enough to witness cycles of 'what is valued, and what is not valued' repeated. For example, I loved what is now called 'Y2K' style, but during mid 2000s, for whatever reason it was derided as something to be left in the past, something embarrassing. "Aren't we glad we optimized things now, and they are 'sleeker' and less complex? Old things were childish, an embarrassing weakness for humans, we must advance and reach our ideal evolution." That became the common attitude. I felt pressure to have the same thoughts. I just couldn't make myself feel that way no matter what, though. Even with the increasing threats about, 'keep up with others or you won't ever develop positive social relationships!' I couldn't change my mind.
(If what is currently valued becomes devalued and then it becomes valuable after that⌠that's an odd cycle to me. For example, if we like bananas, even when bananas cannot be harvested, we still like them even though they occupy a smaller space in our minds but we don't deride them. Going even further, though, I sometimes wonder if it is possible for humans to eventually remove the 'devaluation' stage, particularly in art 'trends' as I am an artist. Whatever is considered valuable remains valuable. A counter arguement would be, 'no, the devaluation of the previous thing is exactly what causes the next thing to be valued, and then the cycle flows beautifully: X was valued -> Y is valued, X is devalued -> Y is devalued, X becomes valuable again. If you want X to always remain valuable, just develop better patience. Like we cannot pick fruit we like all year, we cannot simply keep adding onto the pile of things we like, something has to be seen as inferior by the majority of humans.' I disagree. I might explain my thoughts against this argument more in the future.)
Anyway, what people call 'Y2K style' or 'art that emulates how things commonly appeared in early years of 2000s' is popular nowadays. Even someone who did not grow up with it can become attracted to it. That 'desire' itself is a communication between past and present. Something can make someone feel 'lighter' [in sense of, "wow, the crushing weight of my circumstance feels not so crushing when I look at this'] -- a similar 'light' to how someone in the past was perceiving it when it was the present and not the past. So, even though two people were born in different eras and may not become friends or even meet, they're still connected by that 'lighthearted' feeling they both like. I know it will be seen as 'lower value' soon, but I truly cannot care because as I mentioned earlier, I might perceive 'time' weirdly.
When I started playing video games, a family member would point out, 'those games were made before you were born, interesting!' but that statement confused me at the time since my perception was, 'well, if these games are from before I was born, I don't understand why she is bringing attention to it. Why is it interesting? It's just regular. They're alive in the present now, because I'm in the present and so are they.' That was when I was a very young child. I subconsciously kept the same feeling even as I was reaching teenage and adult years. The feeling echoed when people liked to ask the question 'why are you still playing games from long ago?' as I got older but still played the same 'old' games. The answer: they are beautiful and will remain beautiful, and something made in the past is still communicating in the present, so are they really truly 'outdated inferior games'...? Just because the cycle of valued and devalued happened to be in a different position and those old things were seen as an embarrassment? (Now there are popular games inspired by the era of games many people ridiculed me for consistently enjoying, lol. Similarly, I was using 'crappy' old versions of programs even through 2017. Now people from wealthy upbringing and background use 'crappy' programs willingly. lol)
The present talks to the past all the time, nostalgia is not a dead end. In that sense I cannot see nostalgia as a death trap but rather a connection made from past to present. A string between the past and present that feelings can crawl across and communicate. Feelings such as 'I wish my life took a different direction. I can't make things like how they were back then, it won't ever be the same again, so I'll do nothing.' The criticism of 'nostalgia' is towards that last sentence. But there are things you can do with those feelings. 'Doing nothing is boring. And I keep thinking of that fun drawing I saw... I kinda wanna try to make something.' Making something while thinking of the past and present at the same time, so there is a communication between past self and present self. Pure bitterness communicating with slightly light-hearted view, the 'end result' is artwork/creation.
*I used light-hearted feeling as example, but nostalgia can exist for any feeling, and not just for people who were nice when they were younger. If someone was cruel as a child/teenager, after the person has been an adult for a while, they can communicate with their younger self about what was it about the cruelty that was enjoyable, and then extract a small part from the cruelty that they wish to bring back into the present -- example, the attraction to 'high speed activities, playful mischievousness' can be extracted from 'hurting people on purpose so they will acknowledge/react to you'. The dialogue could be something like, "'honestly, you and I both know spamming people with bad things felt pretty fun at the time, so let's just keep the 'high energy mischievousness' feeling and leave behind the crap that hurt people deeply, and let's make an animation while thinking of that high energy feeling.

Gym Headcanons - Lisa & Ningguang x Male!Reader
A/N: I hope you'll like this one! All the others WIPs are staring daggers at me though... CW: Nothing notable.
Going to a gym? Lisa will pass, thank you.Â
All the sweat and all the effort could, if she had to exert herself at all, go towards other things than gaining muscles. What would she use them for anyway? Her strength doesn't come from raw, brutish power, but rather from her brilliance and knowledge.Â
For Lisa, getting some gains would be a bad thing as far as her appearance is concerned. She feels great as she is - of healthy weight with some delectable fluff on her belly, thighs and butt. A girl's got to have some meat on her bones, doesn't she? It's perfect for touching and resting your weary head on those plushy thighs. She won't ruin that especially since you're far from complaining about her assets.Â
Even if she won't train, Lisa will care for her diet, and will keep an eye on yours too if you ask her to. She'll buy more of her natural yogurts, fruits, granola and other healthy foodstuffs. You'll be in good hands - Lisa will buy you shakes and foods with lots of protein to help build that dazzling body of yours.Â
If at any point you find yourself tempted to cheat, sheâll gently remind you of your goal and help you resist.Â
She's a vegetarian herself, but will not, to any extent of the word, force her views upon you. She just dislikes the taste of meat, especially when it's fried. The heartburn she feels after is straight up awful. Still, she won't object to making you hearty meals with all the love she has. After all, she has all the time in the world.Â
Although she wouldn't ever come to the gym herself, it's different with you there. Lisa will gladly tag along to keep you company whenever she can. She won't hesitate to do her research, helping you in maintaining the proper position and form as you train. Need a break? She'll pass you the water and take away the weights (according to her ability). Feeling tired or bored? Lisa will be there, keeping a conversation or reading out loud to you - this way you train both your mind and your body. She'll get you whatever help she can offer.Â
Is she accompanying you to gawk at your bare chest, your tensing, sweaty muscles, hear your masculine groans of exertion as you lift inhuman weights and give it your all? See you doing what men do, pushing yourself to the limit to become bigger, better, faster and stronger? Perhaps. Is that an invalid reason? Not at all.Â
After a certain amount of these trips, the mage will start eyeing the exercise mats with increasing curiosity. Of course she wouldn't do any actually tiring exercises, but it wouldn't hurt to stretch a little, would it? Being flexible has a few uses Lisa can't think of, most of which involve you~
The first few times would render her limbs and joints crying in pain as years of ârustâ come off. It would surely leave her grumpy the next day, but it's alright - you'll do your duty and massage her pains away, wonât you?Â
When going at them, Lisa likes to do stretches that let her poor back get some lovely relief. Every time she begins the cobra stretches of the day, she can't help but sigh in satisfaction. The first one's the best, no doubt about that. On the other hand, those exercises that require her to lean down are the cause of her pains rather than the relief. Toe touches aren't easy, and things like forward folds are the stuff of nightmares, the mere thought of which is enough to make her spine ache.
Ningguang isn't one to work out either. Sheâs on a strict diet, planned out for her by the best dietitian and cooked by the best chef Mora can buy. Each of her meals has its calories counted to the letter, and - should the situation demand it - Ningguang is capable of counting them herself. Even when there's no label, she's able to judge it with impressive accuracy.Â
It's thanks to this attentive lifestyle that she can flaunt her wasp waist. Even if a person's worth is more in merit than appearance, impeccable beauty can go a long way too. Oftentimes just her looks alone can charm an interlocutor, leading to favorable outcomes.Â
Eating this little has a downside, coming in the form of low energy levels. She can push pencils all day long, but even short jogs can find her out of breath after a while. Ningguang gets tired and sore fairly easily, making it no surprise that she avoids straining herself.Â
She avoids training, but that doesn't mean she simply sits around looking pretty. Each of her mansions is equipped with a rich and well stocked gym for use at yours and hers leisure. Before you came they were mostly gathering dust, but your interest in training reminded her of that purchase. It was nice to see they finally had a use.Â
Sometimes, on a slow day, Ningguang will bring out her sport gear and join you in the training room. Most of her time she'll do stretches or use the treadmill, since these don't increase muscle mass that much - the high class canon of beauty doesn't include muscle girls, nor does she see the appeal if truth is told. She's the Tianquan, not some⌠sea captain.Â
Besides, that would be threading on your territory. Why be muscular if you're the muscle man here? If you're strong, then she'll be swift and agile. Perfectly complementary, wouldn't you say?Â
When it comes to date ideas, a gym date is a unique one to be sure, but she doesn't mind. It gives both of you a chance to show off your hard earned physiques and spend some quality time together. Ningguang enjoys you spotting for her, even if she won't do the exercises by herself. The attention is always appreciated.Â
She wouldn't admit that to anyone, but she enjoys goofing around with you. Using her as a dumbbell or doing push-ups with her casually sitting on your back is both amusing and quite flustering - getting a first hand experience of your strength never fails to get her a little red. But don't tell anyone, or elseâŚ!
Sometimes when she needs to think, Ningguang visits you and simply enjoys your presence in silence. There's something hypnotic about you going about your business and the repetitive motions of the equipment. Many times she watched you in silence, only to mutter a silent âgot itâ before getting up and thanking you with a kiss. Each time after she left the room you were left fairly confused. Confused, but happy to be of help nonetheless.

NUTRITION JOURNALS: VITAMINS (PT 1/2)
HOW MANY VITAMINS ARE THERE?
- there are thirteen (13) essential vitamins; vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pathogenic acid (B5), biotin (B7), and folate (B9). these are the ones i'll focus on in this past, and it will be a longer post.
WHAT IS VITAMIN A?
- vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that supports your immune system, vision, reproductive health, and fetal growth. there are two forms of vitamin A; preformed vitamin A which are found in things like dairy, liver, and fish, and provitamin A carotenoids which can be found in fruits, vegetables, and oils. - The recommended daily amount of vitamin A is 900 micrograms (mcg) for adult men and 700 mcg for adult women.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B6?
- vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune system healthy. Food sources of vitamin B6 include poultry, fish, potatoes, chickpeas, bananas and fortified cereals. - vitamin B6 has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and helps your body to make DNA, hemoglobin, and neurotransmitters. - in addition to low iron, low vitamin B6 has been linked to anemia, which i dont imagine i need to tell yall is incredibly common in disordered people. - because B6 is connected to neurotransmitters, it can help regulate mood and even aid sleep. One study showed that higher vitamin B6 intake is associated with lower depression and anxiety risk in females, but not males. - vitamin B6 also helps your body maintain normal levels of homocysteine, an amino acid that helps to build proteins. - vitamin B6 supplementation specifically has been shown to improve body composition â your ratio of lean muscle to fat. it has also been linked with higher muscle mass and lower body fat levels. in particular, vitamin B6 supplementation has been linked to lower-body weight loss, with a reduced amount of fat across the hips and waist.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B12?
- vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function and the production of DNA, the molecules inside cells that carry genetic information. - sources of vitamin B-12 include poultry, meat, fish and dairy products. Vitamin B-12 is also added to some foods, such as fortified breakfast cereals, and is available as an oral supplement. - some studies suggest that vitamin B12 could affect body fat and metabolism. one review concluded that vitamin B12 plays a key role in fat metabolism, noting that a deficiency could be linked to increased fat accumulation and obesity. take this with a grain of salt, though, because there is limited research on the topic. - vitamin B12 plays a role in serotonin production, so a deficiency may be connected with clinical depression. this may feel irrelevant, but your physical and mental health are really complexly connected. taking care of one can help improve the other.
WHAT IS VITAMIN C?
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a nutrient your body needs to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle and collagen in bones. vitamin C is also vital to your body's healing process. additionally, it is an antioxidant that helps protect your cells against the effects of free radicals- molecules produced when your body breaks down food or is exposed to tobacco smoke and radiation from the sun, x-rays or other sources. - vitamin C is found in citrus fruits, berries, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli and spinach. - vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron in foods like beans and spinach, who's bio-availability is lower. - although vitamin C doesn't necessarily cause weight loss, it seems to be related to body weight. getting sufficient amounts of vitamin C increases body fat oxidation during moderate-intensity exercise. - another critical function of vitamin C is synthesizing carnitine, which transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria that produce energy.
WHAT IS VITAMIN D?
- there are different forms of vitamin D, including ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). vitamin D is found in fish, eggs, and fortified milk. It's also made in the skin when exposed to sunlight. during periods of sunlight, vitamin D is stored in fat and then released when sunlight is not available. - your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuro-protective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity. - vitamin D might play an important role in regulating mood and decreasing the risk of depression, and some studies suggest there may be a link between vitamin D and obesity, though more research is needed to verify this.
WHAT IS VITAMIN E?
- vitamin E is a nutrient that's important to vision, reproduction, and the health of your blood, brain and skin. vitamin E deficiency can cause nerve pain (neuropathy). - foods rich in vitamin E include canola oil, olive oil, margarine, almonds and peanuts. You can also get vitamin E from meats, dairy, leafy greens and fortified cereals. - getting enough vitamin E may help prevent oxidative stress and cellular damage. oxidative stress occurs when thereâs an imbalance between your bodyâs antioxidant defenses and the production and accumulation of compounds called reactive oxygen species (ROS). this can lead to cellular damage and increased disease risk.
WHAT IS VITAMIN K?
- vitamin K is actually a group of compounds, with the most important ones being vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. vitamin K1 is obtained from leafy greens and some other vegetables. vitamin K2 is a group of compounds largely obtained from meats, cheeses, and eggs and synthesized by bacteria. - vitamin K's key role is to help heal injuries through blood clotting and strengthen bones by making four proteins among the 13 that are needed for blood clotting (coagulation) and osteocalcin.

and okafor stressed the importance of being on time to you. after all, he needed his best soldier bright eyed and bushy tailed in the mornings.
you had to have your ass in rickâs bed by the time he was ready to hit the hay. it didnât matter if he was planning on fucking you that night or just enjoying having another warm body around. okafor had clocked that you somehow increased the average hours of sleep rick gained each night and assigned you to a semi-permanent sleepover.
you watch from your elbows as the handsome man in front of you brushes his teeth.
this isnât the first time okaforâs utilized your âgirlish charmâ or whatever the fuck he sees in you to get what he wants.
this is the farthest heâs ever asked you to go however. it was always innocent before; distracting important people, taking advantage of certain perversions to finish the mission. you shouldnât complain. okafor did get you the job of your dreams, all things considered.
where else could you spend hours designing maps, establishing operation routes, and do it all with the help of formerly world renowned military engineers and some of the most advanced technology still left on the planet?
besides, the lieutenant colonel had kept his word; there isnât a thing you want for at the moment. aside from the occasional homesickness which was gradually dulling into a numb, nearly nonexistent feeling, you didnât yearn for much - only rick.
so now you spend your days in your new state of the art geospatial mapping studio and on your rare but highly anticipated surveying trips. okafor had reviewed your past surveying maps of the delaware valley with general beale and other senior staff - including rick - and your work proved fruitful enough to allow you a small team to continue surveying operations under the umbrella of logistics.
in all reality, okaforâs rewarding you handsomely.

his southern drawl breaks you from your staring.
âhuh?â utterly oblivious, you fall under his deep blue gaze.
âi asked you if i can turn the lights off." he repeats, fingers hovering over the light switch.
you nod. "yeah, i'm ready for bed."
the bed dips with rick's weight and like routine, you're drawn into his crushing embrace. rick liked to cuddle before bed. you donât ask but there has to have been some wife or some woman somewhere who used to be in your position.
the soldier is stoic and stands on business, but that sour expression had begun to soften since youâd first seduced him on his sofa. little bits and pieces of a southern, east coast kind of background popped up through the twang of rickâs accent. anyone with a history with law enforcement instantly picked up on his past as a cop. youâd playfully asked if he had to cuff anyone before and just received a dim smile that started to sour until you threw yourself into his lap and cast away whatever storm clouds youâd brought on with kisses.
heâll never outright tell you why he sleeps better with you or how he slept before he was even a consignee, but you donât mind. the cozy embrace really gets you conked out every night, without fail. his dick does too.
thatâs how you end up backing against him and tempting the hard outline that never seemed to disappear due to his size.
rick chuckles behind you but doesnât move, just pulls you closer. "good night." he says with a kiss to the back of your head.

âplease, rick!â you pull out the begging already, having expected you would be fucked silly tonight.

needy and craving the man beside you, your knees squirm. itâs only when youâre lightly kicking rick that he pays you any mind; your legs are shut closed by the force of his human hand and the prosthetic digging into your soft flesh.

he scoffs and lets go of your thighs. âcâmon, honey, why donât you just lay down and get a good nightâs rest?â the gears are turning in your head and youâre lifting your legs and shifting between his legs before he can even try to draw you back to your pillow. he croaks your name when you start pawing at the drawstring of his pants. âhoney, you need to-,â

youâre not giving him enough time to complain with his sensitive head already on your tongue. rick curses his traitorous groans, and himself when he does nothing to fight against the firm hand you're utilizing to usher him onto his back.
"so, you want to relax?" he manages, despite the shudder inducing way in which fully go for it and swallow around him. midway down your throat, a light thrust and a near gag from you is all he needs to know your answer.
rick can only lean back and take what you give him. he's pretty sure that you're going to have him coming in your mouth but before he knows it, youâre face to face again. thereâs no reason to be disappointed by the firm hold you still have on him with your hand. a few more sluggish licks and youâre readjusting, straddling him to tease his tip with the slick of your entrance.
"what about you?" rickâs rasping, not yet prepared after you removed him from your sweet mouth.
"what if i told you i came here ready?"

you don't know if you're expecting an answer but the quickened pace is to be expected. without a doubt, the man is sinking deeper inside of you as he forces his hips flush to yours.

Danny always knows everything about Gotham. From people's personal history to their location and current activities.
Gotham is beyond cursed but what the bats are doing weakens the curses bit by bit. They are still a burden though.
Danny has conned the conman Constantine himself into keeping an eye on the curses too and to try remove any of them completely once they feel weak enough. No the bats and birds don't know. Yes they are beyond confused once the Joker out of the blue turns sane and gets put on death row.
Alfred somehow gets cursed into immorality and no one is touching that curse.
Unemployment percentage lowers and lowers slowly but steadily and at some point the batfam have no more goons and loons to fight. Red Hood's goons are registered as employed the very moment they get downgraded to street kid babysitters and worker ladies bodyguards because suddenly there are no more drugs shipped in Gotham.
So out of boredom the batfam annoyed Poison Ivy into creating a forest around half of Gotham, and a fruit and vegetable garden around the other half of Gotham and the most beautiful botanical garden in the center of Gotham.
That leads to lessening pollution, food prices and crime rate being half of what it used to be.
At this point the batfam are annoying their villains to find more legal ways to do what they want to do out of pure boredom. After all there is one theft tried a month at most, the villains have no goons, the Joker is dead and Ivy and Harley are happily tending to lord knows how many acres of land, there are no drug deals to take down, kids and ladies are safer than ever in Gotham and Tim is getting to sleep for 4 hours a day!
The bats create a show for the Riddler to host. He gets to ask all of his riddles and people are actually engaged and enjoying themselves!
Suddenly Red Robin invades Mr. Freeze's Lab, muttering about getting too much sleep and starts working on making a serum to save Nora Fries. And all Mr. Freeze can do is watch and wonder if Red Robin has lost his marbles as he effortlessly heals his wife.
Waylon Jones says 'fuck it' and joins Ivy and Harley and the gothamites slowly start treating him like a person.
Black mask hisses like a cat and leaves permanently with Danny chasing him out with an ecto-broom.
Danny helps Harvey Dent find healthier copying mechanisms.
Scarecrow moves to Amity Park and sets up shop there. Enough said.
And so on and so on.
Eventually Gotham becomes a gothic sunshine city and the batfam are bored to death aside from superhero club Things and Tim is complaining about having a regular human sleep schedule.
Danny is a happy little noodle man due to lack of curses weighting on him.

CREATING YOUR DIET
Determine how many calories you need daily. Your daily caloric intake depends on your age, sex, weight, height, and activity level. Some online calculators can help you with like this. However, if youâre calculating it, make sure to consider your activity levels.
Then, determine how much of what nutrients you need. If youâre lacking in one, you may want to increase the intake of that nutrient. Or, if you think you eat too much of it, you may decrease this.Â
The best way to find out what nutrients you need is by a calculator. However, the best form of action is to ask your GP what they advise you. Here are the formulas;
Calculate your protein intake 10-30% of total calories (for adults)
Amount of fats - 20-35% of total calories (for adults)
Consumption of carbohydrates 45-65% of total calories
Recommended water intake 1 kcal = 1 mL
Number of grams of fibre Fiber = (kcal/1000) Ă 14
Limit processed foods, sodium, sugars and saturated fats as much as you can. While it is okay to eat them in moderation, they shouldnât be a part of your daily diet.
To create healthy meals that are suited to you, consider your daily lifestyle and what times you feel hungry the most. While I cannot speak for your needs, this is typically what your meals should look like.
BREAKFAST - Breakfast should not be anything processed or fatty. It is the meal you break your 8-hour fast with, and it is the energy you use for the rest of the day.Â
The most ideal breakfast is one that is protein-rich, as it can help you be more productive throughout the day.Â
LUNCH - A lean, light but colourful meal is best suited for lunch. This shouldnât be too filling, but enough so it can sustain your hunger until dinner.Â
Lunch should be a meal that has lots of veggies or fruits that can energise you as well.Â
DINNER - I donât want to sound forceful, but dinner should be your healthiest meal. This is the energy that your body uses to recover and heal from the day youâve just had.Â
It should be balanced with complex carbs, vegetables and proteins. However, for dinner, it is advised that you either eat early or eat small.Â
SNACKS - Light snacks that are filling. Avoid snacks in which you mindlessly eat them, those are the type of snacks which are most likely not good for you and youâll end up overeating. Fruits are the best choice here.Â
This is a diagram I use often to measure how much food I need to eat without weighing them or counting calories. To be precise;
Vegetables or/and fruit should be ½ of your plate
Proteins should be Âź of your plate
Grains/Carbs should be Âź of your plate.Â
Adjust this to your liking, but I thought it would help you.Â
CREATING YOUR EXERCISE GUIDELINES
This is a process that does not happen overnight, even if you want to start running kilometres a day if youâre living a sedentary life currently, that is not possible.Â
Start by finding small intervals in your day to exercise, experimenting around and documenting how each one makes you feel. For now, just try to figure out what you like and form the consistency,Â
Then, once you get the hang of exercising regularly, you get to make your own rules. For example, your rest days, how many minutes or hours, what you do that day etc.Â
Exercise is just another way to fuel your body, and you only know your body and what feels good for it. So I cannot provide any further advice than this. Make sure to start slowly though.Â

But, secondary to their abundance and dominance, is another clade of herbivores also spreading out across the land and eking out an existence in the shadow of a more successful group: the hamtelopes.
Descendants of the gouties of the Early Rodentocene along with the cavybaras, the first, early forms of hamtelope would find themselves quickly pushed to the margins by jerryboa domination of the open grasslands, savannahs, and prairies, where a saltatorial means of movement proved more energy-efficient at traversing wide, open land. But, rather than this be a catastrophe that spells the end of this lineage, they quickly adjusted, primarily becoming browsers feeding upon shrubs, bushes and low-branched trees, while the jerryboas focused more on grasses.
Many hamtelopes would remain quite small, such as the dusty hoofhare (Lagungulomys cricetolepus), basal grazers scarcely larger than their goutie ancestors, and living out in the open plains where they fed on clover and softer vegetation that grew amidst the grazing of the jerryboas. However, as with the trend in the Late Rodentocene, many hamtelopes have gradually been increasing in size in the absence of occupied megafaunal niches, like the scrubland hamtelope (Cervolagocricetus punctus), which too inhabits open plains dominated by low-growing plants and shrubbery, specializing on being browsers rather than grazers, and thus partitioning niches with the grazing jerryboas and allowing the two clades to coexist.
Some, however, have taken advantage of areas less conducive to the jerryboas, who are adapted to quickly moving across flat plains with little effort, but are less suited for rougher terrain. The alpine montelope (Eocapricricetus altus) is one such species, inhabiting steep cliffs of mountainous regions and precariously clambering up rock edges in order to feed on alpine vegetation, some growing straight out of cliff faces. Another is the forest deerat (Eoaltocricetus myocervus) which lives in dense, forested areas, where it thrives off a diet of fruit, bark, shrubs and especially the low branches of trees, standing on its rear legs to access the tender shoots, an abundant food rarely contested and out of reach of many browsers.
While for now, the hamtelopes boast moderate success, a few begin to hint at a greater future, with special adaptations now that, in many million years time, will give them an advantage that would allow them to take over in a changed world. The big-toed spurfoot (Centrungulopus mesonychus) is one such species bearing a unique feature. While most hamtelopes walk upon two central toes while another pair serve as dewclaws, the spurfoot rests its weight upon just one toe each, leaving the other hoof a pointed, claw-like spur that it uses for digging, defense and grooming.
As of the moment, the spurfoot's distinctive features seem trivial. Yet this would come to define its descendants once a herd of spurfoots manage to migrate to the isolated continent of Borealia in the Late Rodentocene during a period of low sea levels and minor glaciation lasting a few thousand years, that enabled them to cross over to the continent and become quite established. Their heavy grazing on the local grasses, which they fed on in the absence of jerryboas on Borealia, would cause said grasses to develop harsh defenses that made it lethal to consume to the unprepared. Thus, on Borealia, an arms race between plant and herbivore would bring about the evolution of the saberleaf grass and the ungulopes: two major players with a bigger role to perform in the distant future as the continents merge, break and reconfigure, mixing up the dynamics of species that evolved in isolation.
The ungulopes would not be the only clade to rise from these basal forms. Also in an arms race with both local flora and jerryboa competition, the deerats would also bring about, over several million years, taller and taller individuals better able to browse from leaves in trees, reaching in a relatively short time of 5-10 million years incredible proportions that would give it access to leaves out of reach of any other herbivore. With its niche unchallenged, these giant hamtelopes would in time return to the plains uncontested by the jerryboas, and come to become the tallest of all terrestrial animals, giving rise to the girats, the dominant high-browsers throughout the Therocene and the Glaciocene.
But, for most of the Late Rodentocene and the Therocene, the majority of hamtelopes would remain small, inconspicuous, and far more abundant in small-herbivore niches to the hoofhares and the montelopes. Spreading across the main continents, they would live side by side with the leaping megafaunal jerryboas known as the boingos, but would be notably less abundant in the southern continent of Easaterra as the landmass fragmented before they could reach the region, only arriving much later as tall browsers. The relative lack of small grazer and browser forms is reflected by the local success of the oingos across Easaterra in the Therocene, smaller jerryboas that in time give rise to the walkabies and rhinocheirids.

âThe Dareâ
It all started as a joke between them, an offhand comment during a workout. Dylan and Kevin were at the gym, lifting weights like they had done countless times before. Dylan, a 160-pound athlete with a body sculpted by years of dedication, was hitting personal records on the bench press when Kevin, spotting him, smirked and said, âI bet you could eat the whole gym if you tried.â
Dylan laughed it off at first. But Kevin, always the instigator, couldnât let it go. Over the next few days, it turned into a running gag between them. Kevin teased that Dylanâs unstoppable commitmentâwhether at the gym or on the fieldâwasnât just for sports. He could probably take on any challenge, no matter how absurd, and win. Dylan, never one to back down, played along, claiming he could out-eat anyone, anywhere, anytime.
One night after work, while hanging out at Kevinâs place, the conversation took a serious turn. Kevin, now working as the night guard at a local grocery store, dared him to put his words to the test. âI dare you to eat everything in the store,â Kevin said, grinning. âYouâre always bragging about how tough you are. Prove it.â
Dylan paused, realizing Kevin wasnât joking anymore. It sounded insane, but his pride wouldnât let him back down. With a mix of bravado and dread, he accepted.
Thatâs how Dylan found himself standing inside the dimly lit grocery store after hours. Once a place where he casually shopped, it had now become the stage for his ultimate challenge. Kevin, with his night guard keys, had let him in, grinning like a kid about to witness something wild.
At first, it was almost fun. Dylan, still in peak shape, made quick work of the easy stuffâfruits, snacks, and sandwiches. His muscular frame handled the initial rush of calories easily, his taut belly barely showing any signs of strain as he devoured loaf after loaf of bread, chips, and cheese. His six-pack abs, defined and sharp, flexed beneath his skin as he reached for more food.
But after an hour, Dylanâs body began to betray him. His stomach, once flat and hard, started to bloat visibly. The powerful definition in his abs softened, the skin stretching to accommodate the increasing volume. His muscles, once outlined perfectly, were slowly hidden beneath a soft layer of fat.
By the time he reached the halfway mark, Dylanâs athletic physique was disappearing under his growing girth. His stomach had swelled to the size of a beach ball, rounding out from beneath his shirt, which had ridden up, exposing the tight skin stretched across his gut. His once-powerful arms, which could press massive weights, were thickening, the muscle buried under a growing layer of flesh. His legs, which once propelled him through fast sprints, were slowly losing their definition, thickening as his thighs spread.
âNot so lean now, are you?â Kevin teased, watching as Dylan struggled to bend down and grab more food.
Dylan forced himself to keep going. His face had started to puff up, cheeks rounding as he chewed through the next item. His biceps, once taut and bulging, softened, losing their defined curve as his arms thickened with every bite. His neck had nearly disappeared, buried beneath a rising double chin, his face rounder, his jawline softening.
Every movement became a chore. By the time he reached the freezer section, Dylan was more mass than man. His once lean and muscular body had swelled grotesquely, the weight piling on at an alarming rate. His belly was now gargantuan, sagging down past his thighs, forcing his legs apart with its sheer size. His skin stretched tight over the ballooning fat, faint veins visible under the surface. His arms and legs had swollen dramatically, thick slabs of fat hanging from his once-toned limbs. His movements were slow and heavy, each step causing his body to jiggle and sway.
When Dylan finally collapsed onto the floor, his body was unrecognizable. What had once been a fit, muscular frame was now buried beneath a mountain of fat. His belly spread out in front of him, dominating his form, a massive dome that pressed against the shelves and spilled onto the floor. His arms were thick and useless, weighed down by layers of soft flesh, and his legs, bloated beyond belief, could barely support his own weight.
Kevin stood over him, slack-jawed. Dylan had to weigh at least five tons nowâan impossible figure. He filled the aisle, his swollen body spilling over into the next. His face, once sharp and defined, was now a bloated, round mass, his cheeks puffed out. His clothes had long since been shredded, hanging off him in tattered pieces, leaving his enormous body exposed.
âYou actually did it,â Kevin whispered in awe, snapping a picture of the sight before him. Dylan was no longer the fit, muscular athlete he had been just hours ago. He had become an immobile, mountainous figure, consumed by the dare that had pushed his body to the absolute extreme.
As Dylan lay on the floor, his immense body taking up nearly the entire aisle, he heaved slow, labored breaths. His gigantic belly, now a massive, heavy dome of flesh, rose and fell rhythmically, the sheer volume of food inside him leaving him in a food-induced stupor. Kevin stood above him, eyes wide with disbelief.
âYouâre a monster dude,â Kevin finally said, still processing the sight of his once-fit friend turned into an immobile colossus. âI canât believe you actually did it. You ate everything.â
Dylan, despite the crushing weight of his own body, managed a small, exhausted smile. His cheeks, now round and swollen, wobbled as he turned his head slightly to look up at Kevin. âI told you⌠I donât back down from a dare,â he murmured, his voice breathy and strained. Even speaking seemed to take effort now, with all the weight pressing down on his chest.
Kevin chuckled, shaking his head in disbelief. âMan, I never thought youâd take it this far. Look at you. Youâre massive! I donât even know how to describe it. Youâre like⌠a mountain.â
Dylanâs small, tired grin widened slightly, a hint of pride flickering in his eyes. âYeah? You think so?â His voice was timid, as if he wasnât sure how to feel about his new size. But there was a certain satisfaction in knowing he had completed the challenge, no matter how bizarre.
Kevin crouched down beside him, shaking his head. âSeriously, Dylan. Youâve got to be⌠five tons? Maybe even six. Look at yourself. Youâre literally the biggest guy Iâve ever seenâprobably the biggest anyoneâs ever been
Dylan shifted slightly, his massive form wobbling in response. He blushed beneath the layers of fat now covering his once sharp cheekbones, feeling the weight of Kevinâs words. âI guess I kinda went overboard,â he admitted shyly.
âOverboard? Dude, you blew past overboard like fifty pizzas ago!â Kevin teased, though his tone was light. He patted Dylanâs massive belly, which jiggled under the touch. âBut I gotta admit⌠itâs impressive. In a totally insane way.â
Dylan blinked up at Kevin, his swollen face showing a mixture of embarrassment and pride. âYou really think so?â he asked quietly, as if starting to embrace the idea.
Kevin nodded, grinning. âNo doubt. I donât know anyone else who could have pulled this off. You didnât just eat a lotâyou ate everything. I donât know whether to call you a legend or an idiot.â He laughed, but the admiration in his voice was clear.
Dylan let out a weak chuckle, his whole body trembling from the movement. âMaybe both,â he said. He looked down at the mountain of flesh that was now his body, a mixture of disbelief and reluctant pride in his eyes. He could barely move, let alone get up. But something in him felt⌠oddly satisfied.
âI guess Iâm the biggest winner here, huh?â Dylan joked, his voice laced with shyness and pride.
Kevin laughed, shaking his head. âYeah, man. Youâre definitely the biggest. Not sure about the winner part, but youâre one for the record books.â
Dylan, despite the exhaustion and the overwhelming pressure of his own body, couldnât help but smile. The dare had been absurd, but he had done it. He had proven somethingâthough he wasnât entirely sure what. Even if he was now an immobile mass of flesh.
âJust⌠donât tell anyone how much I enjoyed this, alright?â Dylan murmured, blushing as Kevin snapped a picture of his massive form.
âYour secretâs safe with me, big guy,â Kevin grinned, slipping his phone back into his pocket. âBut you might want to get used to that size. Itâs gonna be hard to forget.â
