My @na rules

- Only lean protein sources (chicken & white fish)

- Only low c@l fruits ( berries, peaches, green apple, watermelon) AVOID FRUITS HIGH IN SUGAR ( mango, grapes, cherries, bananas, etc)

- Fill yourself up with veggies

- Omad religiously

- FAST EVERY SINGLE DAY

- No processed foods, only eat food that has been prepared by yourself!

- No seed oils, artificial flavors, gluten or gmo foods

- Eat slowly, chew your food well

- Drink water before eating and during

- Try to leave food on your plate at least one bite
