Time for another review of a great tea. It's been a busy week so I turned to a tea that helps to change my mood. This week's review comes from Yunnan Sourcing called Jin Jun Mei Premium AA grade.

This has been the highest rated tea that I've done and for good reason. The aroma and flavor profile on this can not be easily described. I equate this tea to a Gran Reserva Rioja wine from Spain. The first thing you notice is the incredible silky mouthfeel with integrated tannins. There are so many hints and nuances in both the aroma and flavors.

It's an amazing tea. Please note that this review is for the 2021 offering (which sadly is no longer available). Even then, this tea still glows in the cup.

You need to purchase some of the 2022 from Yunnan Sourcing. It's priced the same as what I purchased last year so it's exceptionally affordable and worth getting some.

Girl Scout Cookies and tea pairing number 3: Do-Si-Dos and Cinnamon Apple Spice! 🥜 🍎 Apples and peanut butter are just a winning combo in my book, ok? I used to eat them every day for breakfast from high school through college. It’s a classic. So of course this pairing was going to happen.
