カナイ区の看板は何語かわからない言語で書かれてるのにエーテルア女学院の掲示物はなぜか完全に日本語なんだよなぁ。流石にこれは他言語でもそのままなのかな。 The signage in Kanai Ward is written in a jumbled language so players can't tell what language it is, but the posters or something on the wall of Aetheria Academy are completely in Japanese. I'm curious to see if this will be localized.

演劇部の部室のホワイトボードに貼られているポスターだけ日付が書いてあって、6月2日（金)って書いてあるから、もしかしてレインコードのストーリーは5月の終わり〜6月初めあたりで始まってるのかな？(他に日付の情報があったか記憶が曖昧) The only poster on the whiteboard in the Theater Club room has a date on it, and it says that a summer festival will be held on Friday, June 2, so maybe the RAIN CODE storyline started in late May or early June? (I don't remember if there was any other information about the date).

idk if this is accurate but i’ve felt like in previous seasons riz & gorgug have been one of the inter-bad kids dynamics we’ve seen the least of & this season has been so great in that aspect. gorgug having helped make some of riz’s magic gear. riz helping gorgug with his studies. the shared birthday party. gorgug’s gift to riz being something he himself made to protect riz. riz’s gift to gorgug being something he illegally grabbed to protect gorgug. gorgug who utilizes rage to put his body on the line for his friends & riz who will take deep levels of mental stress for his friends. even though it was within the context of a joke, riz calling gorgug an “absolute sweetie.” like yea they might not be in a band together or both part of a presidential campaign team or owlbears teammates, but they’d go to war for each other, because they’re best friends.

my personal headcanon is the vees were unremarkable nobodies when they were alive. i just love it as a thematic throughline for them. they love to let the public of hell speculate on them being famed and acclaimed since before death, but the the truth is they were a d-list failed influencer that got by on cheap controversey and scamming, a broke junkie who burned every shaky bridge he ever had, and a worn-out broadcast production assistant with more rejected auditions and tossed out script pitches than he could count. nobody missed them when they were gone, nobody cared who they were until they were dead.

ive clarified this on my instagram but i don't know if i didn't explain it well enough. I am aro/ace-spec. I do not like romantic or sexual interactions. I do not like NSFW content. This is my OWN preference. I'm not condemning it or speaking badly about it. I won't engage with it, neither will I portray it in my own art. I make art because I like drawing characters I like together and doing things. This does not mean I ship these characters, nor am I drawing things with the intention of a ship. If I tag a ship, I mean this in a platonic pairing. You will never see me draw anything romantic unless it is very clearly me playing on a joke or something. i.e., I won't draw anything that makes me uncomfortable.

I cannot stop someone from seeing a drawing I make and taking it as a romantic ship. It's always been my intention that I draw what makes me comfortable, and that means platonic interactions. If YOU think it's romantic, then like cool ig? But that's not my intention, and it wasn't meant that way. It's not up to me to make sure every person will see things exactly as platonic, and if you ask me why something looks like ship art, then that's someone interpretation, and not my intention

sucks that beau seems to hate laudna. they have so much in common with this ep and the 95-96 eps of c3

tea! yeah it's sad bc i think that dynamic could've been rly fun but 1) marisha absolutely did not have her head screwed on straight enough to pull off a beau/laudna conversation and 2) i think they're both characters that require a significant amount of chipping away and also knowledge of a Lot of backstory to really see and understand all those commonalities, and beau (in this context) would absolutely not entertain laudna's company long enough for them to get to that point dkfjskdjfsd

speaking of which, i actually think it's a little interesting in itself that they weren't able to be on any level to chat with each other. it's a symptom of the fact that they both Present themselves a certain way that is vastly different from the way they are when amongst their closest friends and confidants, and those chosen Presentations are very different from each other. when meeting strangers/new acquaintances, beau is standoffish, rude, blunt, pessimistic. laudna is excessively bubbly and excitable and fills the space with both her body and her voice. extreme opposites. but in private and trusted spaces, they both fall closer to some middle ground. this is different from people like jester, orym, chetney, etc. – people who are more consistent in their behaviors across different social contexts (obviously i'm speaking in relative terms here – everyone is a little different and more vulnerable when they aren't meeting strangers). but that intentional masking of their more authentic (insecure, lonely) selves makes it a lot harder to put them in a space in which they would believably broach those topics with each other. idk i just think they're neat!!

if Kal had been slightly more sly with how he went about things earlier on, Gunpowder and Rum, Part 3 could have gone a little bit differently, I think

and here's my explanation for how Samuel was possessed here, although it's certainly not the only way this could have played out (I took some creative liberty with how Kal's fog works, too, so it doesn't entirely agree with canon):

in Gunpowder and Rum, Part 1, Kal doesn't do anything differently; he messes with Samuel's mind a little bit, but disappears once Rose arrives (same as canon)

Kal possesses AJ in Gunpowder and Rum, Part 2, however, at the end of the song, when Samuel comes in, he manages to trick Samuel into having a drink with AJ. the concoction he gives to Samuel is one he has engineered to be "dormant" until activated by some of his fog.

Samuel goes to Margaret, still suspicious about AJ (I would imagine Kal said something similar at the end of the encounter to what he said in canon), Something Familiar and Antikythera happen

at the beginning of Gunpowder and Rum, Part 3, Kal senses his chance and sends in The Fog™, taking Samuel's body and leaving AJ's body unconscious for him to return to as a back-up plan.

As an attempt at a polite "going forward" comment...

I do not plan to draw for Three Houses or Hopes for a long while. I know a lot of my followers are from the past four years and I appreciate that you followed me at all! But if you are only interested in the art of those characters I wanted to be clear and say you can unfollow me at any point if what i draw no longer aligns with what you want to see.

I might draw for other FEs (like Heroes or 13/14/17) but I do not want to get involved with 3H any more. I do have other interests and across tumblr, twitter (now inactive), and sometimes on discord I've heard enough "I thought it was (FE3H character)".

This is not one person doing it and it is not simply one character being mistaken. I simply want to distance myself from 3H and have unfollowed a few people that reblog art of it because it just leaves a lingering bad taste in my mouth.
