i’ve been thinking about why it’s always the same characters that are thrown into ships (james,regulus,evan….) but that other characters have been labeled as ace ever since i can remember?

why is peter always ace? because he is not as attractive as the others? because he’s bigger?

what about snape? besides the snily delusionals, i’ve never seen him with anyone else? why is that?

do you guys only like making characters gay and/or in love when you think they’re pretty and skinny enough to fetishize them? because it seems to me like timothee chalamet as regulus black is the perfect exemple of this.

or think about the lack of sapphic ships and depth to them. they are always background characters. or used in mlm relationships as objects

Hahaha I love the ship name. I actually prefer James and Peter. Like not endgame. But knowing Peter always loved James, then James try and give him a chance bc he is that kind of person and friend and then it doesn’t work out. Maybe in some universe it does. But in the majority it doesn’t and in some it even causes Peter to betray him for picking Lily or Regulus over him.
