Comprehensive Health Screening | Full Body Health Scan
Comprehensive Health Screening: Your Path to Better Health
Maintaining good health requires regular checkups, and comprehensive health screening is an essential part of this process. At H.R. Diagnostic, we offer extensive health assessments to help you stay on top of your health. In this blog, we'll delve into the benefits of Full Body Health Scan, what they include, and why they are crucial for everyone.
What is Comprehensive Health Screening?
Comprehensive health screening involves a series of tests and examinations designed to evaluate your overall health. This type of screening aims to detect any potential health issues before they become serious problems. At H.R. Diagnostic, our General health assessment includes a full body health scan, a general health assessment, and an overall health check.
Importance of Full Body Health Scans
A full body health scan is a critical component of comprehensive health screening. It involves various imaging tests that provide a detailed view of your internal organs. These scans can detect abnormalities that may not show symptoms initially, allowing for early intervention and treatment. Therefore, getting a full body health scan can save lives by catching diseases at an early, more treatable stage.
General Health Assessments: An Overview
A general health assessment is a broad evaluation of your health status. It typically includes blood tests, physical exams, and lifestyle assessments. This assessment helps identify risk factors for diseases and provides a baseline for future comparisons. Consequently, general health assessments are an invaluable tool for maintaining long-term health.
Overall Health Checks: Why They Matter
Overall health checks combine various tests and assessments to give a comprehensive view of your health. These checks include everything from blood pressure measurements to cholesterol levels. By getting an overall health check, you can monitor your health trends over time and make informed decisions about your well-being.
Benefits of Comprehensive Health Screening

always fun to remind myself of the side effects of my thyroid meds
#the first time i treated my thyroid my endo was like ‘i havent had a patient who had this happen for a while so im due for one’ THANKS MAN#personal#im just waiting for it to hurry up and work. my health has PLUMMETED in the last week or so#im so sick and i can’t DO ANYTHING. including SLEEP. even if i was getting enough good sleep i was be exhausted but i’m not so.#the energy’s doing Great#and i’m so hungry all the time but also nauseous so all food is unappealing#genuinely have no idea how i made it through years 7-10 undiagnosed. no wonder i ended up with such a severe phobia of going to bed????????#i don’t have to worry about routine right now so it’s not as stressful (just horrible because i’m so tired) but i COULDNT SLEEP back then#im just relieved that this time it was found through a routine check rather than me getting a test because of symptoms#usually i test when my anxiety gets really bad in a specific way#but my anxiety isn’t bad this time. no panic attacks and also no migraines. those are all usually the worst to deal with#so comparatively this isn’t even a particularly bad episode?/relapse?/flare?#still more sick than i’ve been in……..years?#im not sure if covid was better or worse. but it was only really bad for a week#this’ll be worse overall because it’ll last a lot longer#hopefully only a month or two but that’s still a few months of my life that just vanish. cool!!!!!!!!!!!#and there wasn’t even a notable event to trigger it this time. first time was whooping cough and subsequent times have been things like—#starting uni and then the last 2 years of uni where i took 10 units in one year then overworked myself doing my thesis#im SLIGHTLY worried that maybe i’ve developed rheumatoid arthritis and that set it off because it’s also autoimmune#i should see my gp soon to get a general antibody test. my joint have been so bad it’s been hard to walk for quite a few months#idk man it all sucks. but for now at least i have my white blood cells (even if they’re literally the problem lmao)

Hi so as someone whos been in a psych ward like multiple times a year since 2020 (im finally approaching 1 year no hospitalizations) this is completely true.
Im lucky, in that my psychiatrist works mornings in the psych ward and im always put either under his care or in the one or two times i wasnt, had him check in on me to make sure i was okay on the days he had time. The majority of the nurses there know me by now and are really really kind.
That being said?
No going outside, visits are limited and there are no electronics allowed except the 2 phones the entire ward had to share, making calls in a public area and the tvs in the lounges whos remotes were drilled to the table under a plastic that blocked everything but the channel, volume and power buttons, despite multiple patients saying theyd gladly log into their streaming services for the whole ward to use (they were smart tvs).
I felt like a caged animal, was cut off from the majority of my support system and constantly bored out of my mind. On top of that, theres generally a lot of yelling in them which can trigger me into having anxiety or panic attacks, which could have been mitigated if i had my music or podcasts or coping strategies i usually employ in stressful situations.
I was roomates with a black woman on one of my stays and she had a meltdown over something another patient did, and shouted at them and then came to the room so she could be left alone. She was forced to take meds to calm down even though she was trying to do so without them.
The nurse didnt want to force her but had to because those were what the instructions were if she had a meltdown, even if she wanted to calm down by herself.
A schizophrenic the first time i was hospitalized had covid and wasnt allowed out of her room so they tied her to the bed because she kept trying to leave it when she was the only one sick and so instead she would scream for hours and have to be drugged to calm down.
A wonderful woman i met on the first time got red banded and put on watch for being violent because she punched someone for slapping her ass.
A bipolar guy got put in for a psych eval because his ex wife (he was going through a Messy divorce) called and said he was a danger to others and himself. He got a call from a friend who went to look after his dogs and sed ex wife had tried to use the spare key to get into his place when he wasnt there. He had to get his lawyer to get them to let him out after the minumum observation period.
So yeah. They need to be abolished. Even the ones with good staff trying to do their best within the shit system theyre stuck in.
and here is the thing. all psych wards are bad. every single one. I don’t think there is such a thing as a good psych ward—I’m willing to believe that there are some good people who work in psych wards, who have good intentions, and who might end up helping some people. but the psych ward as a whole? There are no good psych wards. The structure of a psych ward inherently prevents it from being good. Even if you personally think you had a good experience in a psych ward, most likely what that means is that the abusive practices weren’t used on you. But those things are still there. even if you weren’t put into solitary confinement, it is extremely likely that your psych ward still had a room for that. even if you weren’t drugged without your consent, it is very likely other people were being drugged without consent!! even if you weren’t strip searched, or tied to your bed, or starved…it is VERY likely that your psych ward has protocols for all these things and regularly does them to many people who come through the ward! And it is vital to think about how your race, class, and other identities affected your experience before making broad claims about things “never happening” in psych wards.
Psych wards are inherently violent, oppressive, and unethical based solely on the fact that they are a form of incarceration, but even beyond that? If a psych ward is committed to enforcing compliance and incarceration, it is going to have some of those abusive measures that I listed above, and that is going to be standard protocol. Even if there are good people working in a psych ward, their reach is going to be limited—the power of the institution means that they constantly have to weigh the decision to break the rules and help someone, or to follow violent protocols. Most clinicians and staff will choose not to lose their job and even if they find it personally distasteful, will still choose to enable these types of violence. Good people on the inside are not able to fundamentally change the reality of what psych wards are and what they can do.
I strongly believe that people who say they have good experiences are the outlier and also are likely to be white and rich. Even if people don’t think that their experience was abusive, a lot of people generally find it boring, unhelpful, and mediocre. And so, so many people are experiencing abuse in a daily fucking basis in these places. Even if there are individuals who manage to escape the worst of a psych ward, the fact that the psych ward has the power, structure, and protocol to do these things to anyone is a problem.
#ableism#hospitals psych wards#my experiences were overall a net positive#but thats not everyones case#its not even most people's case#its scary and isolating and on top of that its fucking boring#this isnt even going into the time the general doctor who did physical health checks made me cry by essentially saying i was fat and lazy#or the bitch social worker doing my discharge i got the last time i was there#who used me being slow and unable to follow her fast enough to her office as an excuse to verbally abuse me#when I had gotten hurt when my mom found me and called 911#and have a documented physical disability.#she got mad and tried to tell my mom i should stay longer because i had an anxiety attack over paperwork when my mom has always been allowed#to help me with it before#the system sucks!!!!!#its shit and rife with abuse#there are better ways to help people without treating them like animals

Preventive Healthcare: Importance of Regular Check-Ups, Vaccinations, and Screenings
Preventive healthcare is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being. It focuses on preventing illnesses before they occur or identifying them early when they are more treatable. Here’s a closer look at the importance of regular check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings.
Importance of Regular Check-Ups
Early Detection Regular check-ups allow healthcare providers to identify potential health issues before they become serious. Early detection of conditions like hypertension, diabetes, or cancer can lead to more effective treatment and better outcomes.
Health Monitoring Regular visits help track your health over time, allowing for adjustments in lifestyle, diet, or medications as needed. This ongoing monitoring can prevent complications and promote long-term health.
Personalized Health Advice During check-ups, healthcare providers can offer tailored advice based on your medical history, lifestyle, and risk factors. This personalized guidance can help you make informed decisions about your health.
Importance of Vaccinations
Disease Prevention Vaccinations are one of the most effective ways to prevent infectious diseases. Vaccines protect not only the individual but also the community by promoting herd immunity.
Reduced Healthcare Costs Preventing diseases through vaccinations can save significant healthcare costs associated with treating serious illnesses, hospitalizations, and lost productivity.
Long-Term Health Benefits Vaccines can protect against diseases that may have long-term health consequences. Staying up-to-date with vaccinations helps ensure lifelong immunity to various infections.
Importance of Screenings
Identifying Risk Factors Screenings help identify risk factors for various diseases, allowing for early intervention. For instance, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings can indicate heart disease risk.
Cancer Screenings Regular screenings for cancers such as breast, cervical, and colorectal cancers can lead to early detection and significantly improve survival rates. Following recommended guidelines is crucial for timely diagnosis.
Mental Health Assessments Mental health screenings can identify conditions like depression and anxiety early on, enabling timely support and treatment.

Went MIA for the past few weeks because I decided to take a social media break for the sake of my mental health after I spiraled a lil bit due to recent events and the conclusion I arrived at is that barely opening Twitter for 2 weeks was the best thing I did in recent years
#misc#specifically speaking about Twitter here - Tumblr is an overall grey area bc I feel comfortable here#I've grown convinced throughout the last few days though that I need to drop the habit of regularly checking Twitter#that site is a literal mental health hazard (personally speaking)#might also spend a bit more time on my secondary / personal blog opposed to primary but I'll see#overall: social media (specifically Twitter) bad#going on daily walks between 7:00 and 9:00 in the evening and focusing on OC & self-insert writing: good

Things Biden and the Democrats did, this week #24
June 21-28 2024
The US Surgeon General declared for the first time ever, firearm violence a public health crisis. The nation's top doctor recommended the banning of assault weapons and large-capacity magazines, the introduce universal background checks for purchasing guns, regulate the industry, pass laws that would restrict their use in public spaces and penalize people who fail to safely store their weapons. President Trump dismissed Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy in 2017 in part for his criticism of guns before his time in government, he was renominated for his post by President Biden in 2021. While the Surgeon General's reconstructions aren't binding a similar report on the risks of smoking in 1964 was the start of a national shift toward regulation of tobacco.
Vice-President Harris announced the first grants to be awarded through a ground breaking program to remove barriers to building more housing. Under President Biden more housing units are under construction than at any time in the last 50 years. Vice President Harris was announcing 85 million dollars in grants giving to communities in 21 states through the Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO) program. The administration plans another 100 million in PRO grants at the end of the summer and has requested 100 million more for next year. The Treasury also announced it'll moved 100 million of left over Covid funds toward housing. All of this is part of plans to build 2 million affordable housing units and invest $258 billion in housing overall.
President Biden pardoned all former US service members convicted under the US Military's ban on gay sex. The pardon is believed to cover 2,000 veterans convicted of "consensual sodomy". Consensual sodomy was banned and a felony offense under the Uniform Code of Justice from 1951 till 2013. The Pardon will wipe clean those felony records and allow veterans to apply to change their discharge status.
The Department of Transportation announced $1.8 Billion in new infrastructure building across all 50 states, 4 territories and Washington DC. The program focuses on smaller, often community-oriented projects that span jurisdictions. This award saw a number of projects focused on climate and energy, like $25 million to help repair damage caused by permafrost melting amid higher temperatures in Alaska, or $23 million to help electrify the Downeast bus fleet in Maine.
The Department of Energy announced $2.7 billion to support domestic sources of nuclear fuel. The Biden administration hopes to build up America's domestic nuclear fuel to allow for greater stability and lower costs. Currently Russia is the world's top exporter of enriched uranium, supplying 24% of US nuclear fuel.
The Department of Interior awarded $127 million to 6 states to help clean up legacy pollution from orphaned oil and gas wells. The funding will help cap 600 wells in Alaska, Arizona, Indiana, New York and Ohio. So far thanks to administration efforts over 7,000 orphaned wells across the country have been capped, reduced approximately 11,530 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions
HUD announced $469 million to help remove dangerous lead from older homes. This program will focus on helping homeowners particularly low income ones remove lead paint and replace lead pipes in homes built before 1978. This represents one of the largest investments by the federal government to help private homeowners deal with a health and safety hazard.
Bonus: President Biden's efforts to forgive more student debt through his administration's SAVE plan hit a snag this week when federal courts in Kansas and Missouri blocked elements the Administration also suffered a set back at the Supreme Court as its efforts to regular smog causing pollution was rejected by the conservative majority in a 5-4 ruling that saw Amy Coney Barrett join the 3 liberals against the conservatives. This week's legal setbacks underline the importance of courts and the ability to nominate judges and Justices over the next 4 years.

I think...I'm beginning to understand why I am getting increasingly more visual migraines in these past few years.
I rarely ever got them before the pandemic. And after school was brought back into session, almost everything was on our school-owned computers. Then I would go home, and get on my own computer. And not get off said computer until I go nappy nap.
Most of the triggers I face is from me going from a darker screen to a lighter screen (such as: looking up from my TV to check my phone), so there's definitely the added light factor. It doesn't exactly help my poor eyes that much of my childhood was, embarrassingly, spent looking up at the sun because my grandfather is blind and little me wanted to prove that I was stronger than that old man. (Note: he did not lose his eyesight from staring at the sun, he is severely diabetic) Now I can't even breathe within the direction of the sun without black holes burning through my retinas for the next half hour.
There's definitely some ways that I can try and limit this from happening so so often, but I don't exactly have many hobbies that exist outside of a screen. I like to read books, but physical copies mess with my eyes and digitals do not.
Maybe I should get into roleplaying and pretend that I am an 18th century princess with tuberculosis locked in her bedchamber and sigh dreamily while looking outside her window. Maybe if I do that enough times I will be healed.
#texts from the underbrush#My eyes ARE physically healthy—I've had them checked in the last few months and the doctor said there's nothing present that I should be#concerned about in terms of overall health#My eyesight being poor is strictly hereditary but that isn't going to stop me from worrying about it constantly#I also figured out that I get visual migraines when I'm stressed—too bad just the idea of them make me incredibly stressed

The Importance of Regular Check-ups with an Endocrinologist
When it comes to maintaining overall health and well-being, regular check-ups with various specialists play a crucial role. One such specialist that often gets overlooked is the endocrinologist. Many individuals are unaware of the vital functions an endocrinologist performs and the significance of scheduling regular visits with them. In this article, we will explore the importance of regular check-ups with an endocrinologist and how they can help ensure a healthy and balanced life.
Understanding the Role of an Endocrinologist
An endocrinologist is a medical expert who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the endocrine system. The endocrine system is a complex network of glands that produce and secrete hormones, which regulate various bodily functions such as metabolism, growth, reproduction, and mood. Some of the essential glands in the endocrine system include the thyroid, pancreas, pituitary, adrenal, and reproductive glands.
Detecting and Managing Hormonal Imbalances
One of the primary reasons to visit an endocrinologist regularly is to detect and manage hormonal imbalances. Hormones act as messengers in the body, and even a slight imbalance can lead to significant health issues. Common conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) often require expert management by an endocrinologist. Through comprehensive testing and evaluation, an endocrinologist can identify these imbalances and create personalized treatment plans.
Managing Chronic Conditions
For individuals living with chronic endocrine disorders, regular check-ups with an endocrinologist are essential to keep the condition under control. Conditions like diabetes require continuous monitoring of blood sugar levels and adjustments to insulin or medication dosages. By staying in touch with an endocrinologist, patients can better manage their conditions and reduce the risk of complications.
Preventive Care and Early Detection
Regular visits to an endocrinologist also promote preventive care and early detection of potential health issues. Endocrinologists can assess a patient's risk factors for certain endocrine-related conditions and provide lifestyle recommendations to minimize those risks. Additionally, they can conduct screenings and tests to identify any developing problems at an early stage, increasing the chances of successful treatment.
Weight Management and Nutrition Advice
Weight management is often a struggle for many individuals, and the endocrine system can play a significant role in this aspect. Hormonal imbalances can lead to weight gain or difficulty losing weight. Endocrinologists can provide valuable insights into effective weight management strategies tailored to an individual's specific hormonal profile. Furthermore, they can offer nutrition advice to support overall endocrine health.
Reproductive Health and Fertility
For couples planning to start a family or facing challenges with fertility, an endocrinologist can be a valuable resource. They can assess and address potential issues with hormone levels, which may be affecting fertility. With their expertise, endocrinologists can suggest appropriate interventions to improve the chances of conception and a healthy pregnancy.
Addressing Bone and Calcium Disorders
Bone health is crucial for maintaining an active lifestyle and preventing conditions like osteoporosis. Endocrinologists can diagnose and treat disorders related to calcium metabolism and bone density. They can recommend lifestyle changes, supplements, or medications to strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures.
Managing Menopause and Andropause Symptoms
As individuals age, hormonal changes can lead to menopause in women and andropause (male menopause) in men. These transitions can come with various uncomfortable symptoms, affecting both physical and emotional well-being. Endocrinologists can offer guidance and treatments to alleviate these symptoms and improve the overall quality of life during these phases.
Understanding the Impact of Stress
Stress can significantly impact the endocrine system, leading to hormone imbalances and various health issues. Endocrinologists can help individuals understand the connection between stress and hormonal health. They can suggest stress management techniques to maintain hormonal balance and reduce the risk of stress-related complications.
Creating Individualized Treatment Plans
No two individuals are the same, and neither are their endocrine systems. Endocrinologists excel at creating personalized treatment plans that consider each patient's unique medical history, lifestyle, and health goals. This individualized approach ensures that patients receive the best possible care and support for their specific needs.
Conclusion
In conclusion, regular check-ups with an endocrinologist are of utmost importance for maintaining a healthy and balanced life. From detecting hormonal imbalances to managing chronic conditions, addressing reproductive health and bone disorders, and offering personalized treatment plans, endocrinologists play a vital role in our overall well-being. By prioritizing regular visits to these specialists, individuals can take charge of their hormonal health, prevent potential issues, and enhance their quality of life in the long run. Remember, your endocrinologist is not just a doctor; they are your partner in achieving and maintaining optimal health. So, schedule your check-up today and take the first step towards a healthier future.

Some tips and tricks on how to spot scam accounts in general. This isn’t a detailed explanation as I have more info on my other blog but here is some general things to go by and what to look out for overall.
The pinned post is only a few days old or even a few hours old. The text may occasionally be multicolored for the link.
The ask they sent you seems catered to a specific issue or event and looks very odd if you read it throughly. Text might seem out of place or make no sense at all by a health standpoint.
They sent you an ask after following you and have no prior interactions and isn’t someone you’ve met before. This is usually prompted when interacting with a trending post or sharing a post related to certain topics.
The blog doesn’t have very many posts. It’s usually limited to a few posts from a trending tag, a popular topic, or catered to pass at a simple glance if you don’t scroll far enough down. Most posts are made the same time as the pinned and shared seconds apart.
Even if your bio says no aid asks, the account will send you one anyway because they don’t read or don’t care they just want your money and will keep spamming asks until you share the post or block them.
Sometimes the same ask is sent from multiple accounts all using the same story and setting as the account that sent it to you at a different time. Any errors in the text don’t get fixed and it’s usually a quick way it’s a scam.
The accounts usually base their blogs overall theme around whatever is going on at that moment more often then anything else.
Sometimes the ask is about sharing their pet aid post. Any images used may be stolen off somewhere else so it’s advised to ask them questions back and see what they can tell you and if it matches.
On occasion they’ll say to answer privately because they don’t want anyone else to see the ask.
In general, most strangers asking you for money in your inbox found you from searching tags and you need to check and ensure their being honest as scammers unfortunately exist. Not everyone asking for money is a scammer! Just do your research.

The prompt was: "Marriage had been good to Joel. His mental health and financial stability had improved, and he seemed overall a happier person. The only drawback seemed to be the effect it had on his waistline."

Joel adjusted his sunglasses, glancing at his reflection in the mirrored elevator walls. It was late afternoon, and they’d just come back up from the beach to their hotel room. He scratched his beard, tugging his shirt down over his belly, feeling the fabric cling just a little too snugly.
Tommy’s teasing echoed in his mind. "You packin’ some extra cargo these days, big brother?" The little shit had poked his side earlier as they lounged by the beach, laughing like it was the funniest thing in the world.
"Asshole," Joel muttered under his breath.
You glanced up at him, curious. "What’s that, honey?"
Joel shook his head, giving you a half-smile. "Nothin’, sweetheart. Just thinkin'." He hooked an arm around your waist, pulling you close as the elevator doors slid open. You walked out together, your hand slipping down to his lower back as you strolled through the quiet hallway.
“Tommy’s words still botherin’ you?” you asked softly, your voice coming off with gentle teasing. You gave his belly a playful squeeze. He’s full of shit, Joel. I love you like this. Tommy don’t know what he’s talkin’ about.”
Joel grunted in response, though a small smile tugged at his lips. He didn’t say anything as you continued walking, but you could feel the tension in his body slowly easing under your touch.
Once you reached your suite, Joel swiped the keycard, and you both rushed inside, quickly locking the door behind you. You double-checked the lock, raising an eyebrow at him. “You sure you locked it, Joel? You know how those girls are… Wouldn’t put it past Sarah or Ellie to barge in at the wrong moment.”
Joel let out a low chuckle, his hands finding your waist as he pulled you close. “I ain’t paid this much for a vacation just to get interrupted when I’m tryin’ to make another baby with my hot wife,” he murmured, his voice dropping to a gravelly whisper. “Trust me, darlin’. That door ain’t budging.”
A playful grin tugged at your lips as you teased, “Baby, aren’t you a little old for a newborn?”
Joel cut his eyes at you, a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth. “You’re real funny, you know that?” He dipped his head, brushing his lips against yours. “Doesn’t matter how old I am. If it were up to me, I’d keep you pregnant all the damn time.”
Your body flushed at his words, the heat between you flaring with the roughness in his tone. “Yeah?” you whispered, your voice thick with need. “You’d keep me pregnant, huh?”
Joel’s hands slid down to your ass, squeezing as he pulled you close. “Damn right. We could start right now if you want,” he growled, kissing the side of your neck. “Or maybe after a couple more vacations like this one.” His lips traveled lower, sucking a mark just beneath your ear.
Your breath caught as you smiled, running your fingers through his hair. “I don’t mind more vacations first,” you teased, your hands wandering down his back as the two of you continued to make out as you made your way toward the bed.
Joel’s large frame practically caged you in as he guided you down onto the plush mattress. You tugged at his shirt, pulling it off as he hovered over you, his body solid and warm. His fingers made quick work of your bikini top, tossing it aside.
As he leaned over you, your hand ghosted over his once-firm stomach. Marriage had been good to Joel. His mental health and financial stability had improved, and he seemed overall a happier person. The only drawback seemed to be the effect it had on his waistline.
“You look so good…” you hummed.
Joel’s expression softened for a moment, his thumb brushing over your cheek as he kissed you. “You mean I’ve gone fat?” He grinned before leaning in, his lips grazing your ear.
You laughed, cupping his face. “I love it,” you assured him, pulling him in for another kiss, deeper this time.
As you kissed, Joel’s hand slid between your legs, fingers dipping into the wet heat between your thighs. “Goddamn, baby,” he groaned against your mouth, his fingers teasing your entrance before sliding two thick digits inside you, curling them just right.
Your body jerked at the sensation, and you whimpered softly, “Jesus, Joel!” It’s pretty good and scary at the same time that he knows exactly where and where to curl his fingers inside you to hit that soft spot that makes you see stars.
His fingers worked inside you, while drawing slow circles on your clit with his thumb that had your hips bucking up toward him. “So needy,” he murmured, “But you’re gonna have to wait, sweetheart. Wanna take my time with you.”
You gasped, head falling back against the bed as he worked you over, his free hand holding your hip steady. The rough pad of his thumb brushed over your clit, and the pressure was just enough to send sparks flying through your body. “Fuck, Joel…”
Joel growled, his mouth closing over your breast, his tongue swirling around your nipple before sucking it into his mouth. You moaned at the sensation, your body arching into his touch as his fingers continued their slow, torturous rhythm inside you.
Your hands tangled in his hair, tugging hard as the pleasure built deep in your core. He kissed his way back up to your lips, his beard rough against your skin as he murmured, “You’re gonna cum for me, baby. But not yet.”
His words sent a shiver down your spine, and your body trembled beneath him as he finally pulled his fingers out, leaving you gasping for breath.
“I need you, Joel,” you whimpered, your voice trembling with need. “Please…”
Joel positioned himself between your legs, the head of his cock pressing against your entrance. “You’re gonna take every inch of me, darlin’,” he rasped, his voice thick with lust. “Gonna bury myself so deep inside you, I’ll be the only thing you can feel.”
With one slow, deliberate thrust, Joel buried himself to the hilt, his cock stretching you wide as his blunt tip kissed your cervix. You gasped, your hands flying to his shoulders, clinging to him as he held himself still, giving you a moment to adjust.
“Fuck, baby,” Joel groaned, his forehead pressed against yours as he began to move, each slow thrust hitting deeper than the last. “You feel so good… so fuckin’ tight around me.”
Your nails dug into his shoulders as he picked up the pace, his cock dragging against every nerve inside you, setting your body on fire. “Joel…” you gasped, your voice breathless.
He leaned down, his lips closing over one of your nipples again, swirling his tongue around the hardened peak before sucking hard. The sensation sent a jolt of pleasure straight to your core, and you moaned, your hips rolling up to meet each of his thrusts.
Joel groaned, his hand sliding between your bodies to rub slow circles on your clit. “Cum for me, baby,” he growled, his voice rough and commanding. “Wanna feel you cum all over my cock.”
Your body responded instantly, the tension snapping as your orgasm crashed over you. You cried out, your walls clenching tight around him, your vision going white as a wave of pleasure rippled through you.
Joel’s hips stuttered as you came, and with a deep groan, he buried himself to the hilt one last time, his cock pulsing as he filled you with his release. He collapsed on top of you, both of you panting and trembling from the intensity of it all.
After a few moments, Joel gently rolled off you, still catching his breath as he sat up on the edge of the bed. “Don’t move, darlin’,” he murmured, brushing a kiss to your forehead before disappearing into the bathroom. He returned moments later with a warm, damp towel, gently cleaning you up with tender strokes.
“C’mere,” Joel whispered, tossing the towel aside and pulling you into his arms. You curled up against his chest, his warmth and steady heartbeat lulling you into a blissful daze. He kissed the top of your head, his large hand rubbing slow circles on your back.
“You okay, sweetheart?”You smiled sleepily, nuzzling into his chest and just humming your reply.
Joel chuckled, brushing a hand through your hair. “Good thing we locked that door. Last thing I need is Sarah or Ellie walkin’ in while we’re busy.”
You snickered, burying your face into his chest with a soft laugh. “We’ve done a good job avoidin’ that so far.”
Joel sighed contentedly, running his hand along your back. “Yeah, but I swear, if they catch us one day, Tommy’s gonna have a field day. He’s already givin’ me shit about puttin’ on a little weight.”
You laughed harder, resting your chin on his chest as you looked up at him, your hand slowly sliding down to his soft belly. “This pudge’s the proof you’re enjoyin’ yourself, Joel.”
Joel chuckled, his chest rumbling as he pulled you closer. “Hell, maybe you’re right,” he admitted with a smirk. “Can’t say I’m complainin’, though.”
You smiled, pressing a kiss to his chest. “I love you like this. Softer, but still strong.”
Joel squeezed you gently, his voice quieter. “Feels good, don’t it? Finally bein’ able to enjoy things.”
You could only hum in response. You let sleep take you, safe in the warmth of his arms.

Astro Observations pt 2
1.If you have sun conjunct ascendant//sun in 10th house, people might really see who you really are or your real personality maybe visible to people you choose to interact with.
2. People who's sun and mercury match, they more than most of the time, say what they really mean
3. People who have Sag sun/stellium usually have a strong liking for some kind of mainstream media, like kpop? football? bollywood?
4. The sign of your fifth house can influence how you like spending your leisure time. Example:
Capricorn 5th house might like cleaning as a form of relaxing or spending their free time
Leo 5th house might want entertainment or hanging out with a group of friends, social circles
Gemini 5th house might like scrolling the internet or talking about their favourite shows and dramas
Pisces 5th house might like day dreaming or doodling or creative working
Libra 5th house might put make up on just because, or doing a whole self care routine
Taurus 5th house might just lay in bed and sleep? lol maybe cook something or play some instrument if they please.
5. Jupiter is said to expand. People who may have sun conjunct Jupiter may have huge sense of self or awareness of identity, which is really good in a world where people try to tell you who you are. However, this needs to be checked so it does not turn into a huge ego
6. Sagittarius women could really like dancing
7. 8th house stellium could deal with sleep paralysis or insomnia or some kind of mental health related problem at some point in their life for sure
8. 12th house stelliums could really like day dreaming a lot
9. Most Libra people I have met are usually already well liked regardless of anything. and the ones that aren't, really care about being liked by people.
10. Speaking of this, most libra placements, esp suns, may really be gossiped about or do gossips.
11. Sagittarius placements (sun and rising esp) always have something going on with their teeth. Its either crooked, it may have had an injury and even if its perfect, they might be a little insecure about it at least for a brief period in their life
12. Neptune in 7th house could mean the native has kind of like imaginary ideals about their partner. It could also be that they "like the idea of someone more than the person" or straight up like imaginary characters as ideals
13. Sag mercury women usually are very vocal. May advocate for things like unequal rights, feminism, maybe the first one to speak. tbh sag mercuries overall are the types to take part in global challenges and really take time out to think about it seriously.
14. Sun in 8th house is a mysterious placement. Sun in 8th house won't reveal themselves to you. To be fairly honest, growing up their personality goes through a lot of transformation before they finally get to even know themselves and who they are. They could also be very introspective if not self aware
15. while Moon in 8th house natives are usually said that they won't reveal their true emotions, I'd say that's subjective since they are actually "aware" of their feelings on a deep level. This depends on the sign and degree of the moon imo. However, they may instead absolutely illusion you into thinking "you know everything about them" lol. Also, they could eventually get very emotionally intelligent in their lives with time. They may also never fully reveal their past to someone.
16. Moon in 8th house can have two moods. I know this will happen. See this happened. OR I know EXACTLY why this did not happen lol. Very intuitive.
17. Moon in Gemini degrees can indicate being able to verbalize and intellectualize emotions better than most people. While Moon in Aquarius or Capricorn may suggest otherwise.
18. Idk how but most Aquarius people I have seen have either of these two things. Being extremely different than most people (in a good or bad way) in some way or the other, a different thinking than most. OR, being really really good with Internet related stuff, like maybe freelance? Digital Media? Social Media?
19. Venus/Sun/Moon in virgos will get you the small thing you mentioned in a random seemingly unimportant conversation for your birthday gift.
20. A placement that makes me think of "attractive personality" is Venus in harmonious aspects with mercury.
21. Mars in 5th house/1st house are said to be automatically physically active or athletic. While this maybe true, mars or any other planet at a weak degree or Mars in Earth signs may not manifest that way, even though it may seem otherwise.
22. I think mercury in 11th house is an OG placement for over thinkers or the people who are thinking how would it feel to get married while riding the car/train and looking outside, or being constantly in their head the second they woke up.
23. " I am so stupid in love"- Pisces, Cancer placements.
24. Neptune in 3rd/11th house placements could have a social media or chronically online addiction.
25. Sun in 1st house in SR can indicate getting a sense of identity and purpose and moreover finding yourself again
26. Uranus in 12th house in SR can indicate a change/transformation in old belief systems and thoughts
support me on ko-fi :)
Well, I am thinking of making proper dedicated posts now instead of random notes like that. What suggestions do you have? I would loveee to know.
