the crazy thing is that yoga tantra is probably both one of the best ways to physically re-integrate post-traumatic healing back into the body as well as one of the best institutional practices with which to abuse and traumatize even further due to its esoteric nature

☀️🌼Living & Learning🌷🌳YES, I brought home another rose bush to go alongside of the beautiful yellow one I planted recently he he.
I love spending time with #MamaEarth
When I was first medically retired from the Army, everyone kept preaching #meditation because I was high strung, #HyperVigilant and all the things.
But I COULD NOT MEDITATE 🧘🏽‍♀️ the way they wanted me to… I was easily annoyed that they didn’t understand that…
I found, in my own time, that my meditation was movement.
No one told me #MovementMeditation was a thing 😂😃 but I found out on my own…
💃🏽🕺Dancing in my kitchen on those #insomnia fueled nights…
I found my #Mindfulness came in my backyard. Moving into a new home with my toddler at the time, there was so much to do…
But picking flowers and plants for my yard, making it my own #sanctuary was healing for me.
It was healing for my soul and my #InnerChild.
I share this with you today because I am honored to work with and help so many incredible souls —
💚🌳who, like myself, were told that they “just” needed to do or be something & no matter how hard they tried it just didn’t work for them…
Soulpreneur Life was birthed to create this space where we belong, where we belong as we navigate the darkness and #shadows, as we find our #Light
I want to share my beacon of light with you. There is a million ways to accomplish a task. We just get to find the one that works best for us, and here is a key 🔑 component…
That we are open to and willing to try out #wholeheartedly 💚🩷
The rest can and will come later, there won’t be a morsel of life that you miss out on that is designed for you. ☀️🐝🌳
If this resonates and you want to work together, dive deeper… Book a call with me and let’s make it happen. No better time than right now 🦋your transformation awaits.
Book a session or discovery call by visiting: https://soulpreneurlifellc.com/work-with-me

Freude - ist der Schlüssel zur Selbstliebe
Hallo, Du Liebe*r!
