It’s Father’s Day in the Uk and that can be hard for those without dads or a father figure in their life. My dad left when I was 4 and I haven’t seen him since. Well I met him in 1973 and I found out why he left my mum and I behind but I don’t forgive him for it. He left out of fear but that imbedded the fear of not being able to raise me properly into my mum’s head. I understand why he left but I don’t think it was justified. Father’s Day has always been a celebration for the two women in my life that raised me and loved me. I love you lots Mum and Auntie Heather, you’re better than my dad could have ever been. When I was younger I use to think “When dad comes home, I’ll give him a big hug and tell him how much I missed him.” But now that I’m older I understand that I don’t miss the man that abandoned me and I wouldn’t accept him into my life is he ever came back. He’s missed 33 years of my life that my mum cherishes experiencing with me.

Single parents are the most bravest and strong people known to man and they should be appreciated every day of the year for their hard work. It’s tough raising a child and it seems like the world is against you but you are not alone. So, if you’re on your own and raising a child or multiple children by yourself then remember that I’m proud of you and that you’re doing great.

Happy 2nd Mother’s Day to my Mum and happy Aunt day to my Auntie Heather ❤️

Well there are multiple reasons he’s a background character for 3 of the 4 (or us 8 1/2 fans sat 2 of the 3 because we hate season 4) seasons of the show which is not very well know though the people who like it are very active (if you check out the rp blogs of which I have like 20 last I checked) as I said 8 and a half fans he’s also kinda insane as he (spoiler alerts so don’t read past this if you don’t wanna get spoiled) became a master criminal and sabotaged (putting many others and himself in life threatening danger) his way onto the first manned mission to mars so that he could steal a door shaped rock that he believed would open to only him to a door filled utopia which he wanted to bring everyone to he also believes to know everything about everyone (proven to be wrong as he could not predict how Harl would act though everyone else in the city he actually could) he’s very particular about how to open doors and the proper way to do it annoying the doorman (Cortez) who works at the building next to the one he works at by correcting the way he opens doors constantly he also an informant for his stepfather’s criminal enterprise all this is in season one though because he gets degraded to background character with occasional speaking line :(

He is from Tatort, one of the most popular German TV shows, which airs every Sunday to tens of millions of viewers. Yet most people who watch the show are older people who do their laundry or fall asleep to it in the background, and only a tiny amount of people watching it are actually invested. Most casual viewers probably couldn't remember some of the characters names because he and his team only get a single episode every year. It's the most boomer show of all time and every year, when it trends on tumblr, uninitiated Germans who see it are confused why people are invested in Tatort. I love my sad gay German cops but man is it hard to explain to anyone.

Nico's near-death experience endows him with powers and now he has to be a Savior which means he has to fight phantoms to keep people safe which would be a doable job, BUT that's not the only task of a Savior. He also has to uphold the integrity of the Savior System (ugh),Do good deeds and report them to his supervisor (double ugh), train his Lumen (dead eyed little thing doesn't like to listen to him so...ugh again!) and last but definitely not least he has to dedicate his life to figuring out how to use his endowment to cure a great societal problem... to perform... a MIRACLE TM. (yikes on bikes, no pressure). Will he be able to live up to the expectations of greatness that has been thrust upon him? or will he fail?

Each Level comes with its own set of rules. The level right before heaven, which requires Demons to go to earth to collect evil humors that taint people's souls, has the MOST rules. With him being unable to see his family, not knowing what he's doing, and finding out that his childhood friend has grown into a handsome...Preist in training?!? Nico finds that he can't keep the all of the rules straight, especially because he's not. (Rated M)

owen carvour hcs because he’s in my brain always

he's very reservedly sentimental. the things in his life that mean a lot to him will always have a special place in his heart, but he'd never tell anyone that. his favourite childhood book, a lighter curt gifted him, old letters and photographs etc.

his favourite childhood book is the hobbit. when he was a kid he'd draw in the margins and go through and underline his favourite parts. his childhood pet was a fluffy cat called bilbo!!

left handed. constantly curses out his pens when he's writing and gets ink smudges all over his hand.

an only child, and was never really that close with his parents. his relationship with them grew strained once they found out he was gay.

would happily never interact with a dog for the rest of his life if he could help it. (too slobbery, loud, and boisterous for his liking.)

biiiiig smoker. his hands get twitchy if he hasn't had a cig in a while. he constantly spews some bs about the refined taste of tobacco.

similarly he's a big time wine snob. he gets offended if you suggest it tastes like vinegar and he'll try with all his might to convince you that the aromatics matter.

definitely has a sprinkling of road rage in him. in his opinion he is always in the right, and everyone else on the road needs their license taken from them.

'love' is a name he uses for pretty much everyone on accounts of him being british, but he's much more fond of using 'darling' and 'sweetheart' as pet names when it's just him and curt.

he LOVES the quiet moments between him and curt when they get to spend the night together. watching over him as he falls asleep and running his fingers through his hair are some of his favourite things to do.

he can be surprisingly bashful! talk sweet to him and he’ll blush like hell. pepper kisses over him and he’ll be squirming and giggling like there’s no tomorrow.

he's welsh but moved to london when he was a teenager. he taught himself to speak in an rp accent so he wouldn't be looked down on, and it just kind of stuck. not many people know that he's welsh, not necessarily because he doesn't tell anyone but no one’s ever asked because as far as everyone else is aware, he’s as english as you can get. when he's tired he can slip back into his old accent, and he uses the odd welsh word every now and then around people close to him (mostly curt.)

the first house he lived in in london got destroyed during the blitz, and luckily most of what few possessions he owned survived. he doesn't like to talk about his time during the war often.

after the fall, he gets tinnitus and his hearing is far from as good as it used to be. he lost his right eye, and the glass eye chimera got him has never quite been a perfect colour match. he has trouble with his knee, and has a decent amount of scarring over his body.

post fall there's a part of him that still loves curt, and desperately misses what used to be. it's mostly overpowered by the hatred within him, but the love rears its head out every now and again and catches him off guard.

he likes to cook, but he's kinda shit at it. he doesn't get much practice on accounts of being a spy, so whenever he does cook, something inevitably goes wrong.

once, he'd moved into a new flat and had curt round as his first guest and tried to cook him dinner. it ended up burning and there were full on flames in the frying pan. (curt still takes the piss out of him for this years later.)

he's a bit of a loner, but enjoys his own company for the most part. outside of curt he doesn't really have any close friends, and he isn't in contact with his family.

he has an angry streak in him. he’s easily riled up and the first emotion he goes to is barely concealed rage. he yells more often than he’d like to.

he hates using the term 'boyfriend' to describe curt. he thinks it makes him sound juvenile and he prefers 'partner' way more. plus, he can get away with introducing curt without giving away the fact that they’re together. (he also loves calling curt his 'best friend' in the most romantic sense possible.)

this! bitch! loves! musicals! the wizard of oz is a favourite of his, and he has a soft spot for disney’s cinderella. he has an extra fondness for the term ‘friend of dorothy’ because of this too.

tea over coffee always. two sugars and a splash of milk, not too weak but not too strong.

What is the correct canon for him? Was his life on the red planet just a pre-show for his afterlife as a devil? Who knows. Hes still gay and miserable

With all of the Paces' encouragements, Emily hesitantly stepped forward and retrieved the bottle from the medical cooler and brought it back to the table with her just as Randall and his parents had sat down with their own meals.

Sheepishly, she took small sips from the bottle, like any human would. Her stomach ached with hunger, but she was sure take her time and not gulp it down all at once, not wishing to appear ravenous. Somehow, she hoped that the casual way she sipped from the glass bottle would help distract from its morbid contents. As she drank, she cautiously watched the Paces, looking for any trace of discomfort in June's and Wilhelm's eyes. To her surprise, she found none.

"I, um, wonder where those crooks are now," she remarked,wishing to distract herself from her nerves. "I wonder if they've told anyone about what they saw that night?"

"Do whatever makes you comfortable, dear," June reassured, not wanting to shoo Emily out of the room while she drank her meal-it was how she ate, what she had to do to survive, and no one could fault her for that. If she were to be completely honest, June had the distinct feeling that she'd seen much worse at work as a nurse (even a pediatric one)-a little blood, even being drank, wouldn't rattle her too much, she felt.

And although he didn't voice it, Wilhelm felt similarly: He'd seen some pretty nasty injuries his coworkers had sustained on the job when things went awry, and even before that, he had long been accustomed to some of the less-than-palatable sights that came with growing up on a farm, the sorts of things people didn't think about when they looked at their supermarket-purchased meat and poultry and so on. Thus, if Emily was comfortable eating around them, he'd be comfortable with that.

And of course, Randall had already seen Emily drink before-he wasn't bothered then, and he knew he wouldn't be bothered now...

I’m absolutely exhausted but I also can’t sleep. Good thing is that it finally rained after a week of intense heat. I hate lounging around in shirts and shorts, I miss my zip up hoodies. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned it on here before but since I’ve got all this free time I’ve decided to learn how to draw. I drew my mum and my auntie Heather since we spent all day at my aunt’s house. She put it up on her fridge which made me feel like a kid again. I can’t really decide if that’s a good or bad thing though.

Also, I found out what YouTube is today. Watched some interesting videos about different drugs just to polish up my knowledge. If anyone has any recommendations for me to watch then please tell me. I have been thinking about cannibalism (not in a weird way, I’m not that insane), most importantly, the psychological effects of cannibalism. So if anyone has a recommendation about videos for that the please share.

Ive been trying to busy myself with all that cause I keep hearing voices, screams from the people I left behind. Even when I’m not hearing them, they’re all I think about. Especially Gene, the look on his face when he’d found out I betrayed him is forever stuck in my mind. He was so mad, I didn’t like it at all. Which is weird cause I loved pissing him off. I’m not sure how to stop it, every time it happens it just feels more real. Everyone tells me that it isn’t and that I’m in the real world again but it doesn’t feel like it. I don’t feel alive here at all. Is living a fake life so bad compared to the real world where I don’t feel alive no matter what I try?

You feel like you don’t belong here, either in real life or in the fantasy book you are written for. You always imagine there is something better out there and you hope one day to be able to find it. While you did survive you still aren’t focused on living. For now you continue to try to live in the stories written of even more fantastical ones than the one you were dropped into.

You work very hard and never let anything get in your way. Or at least almost anything. You are good at being aware of your surroundings and stand up for what you believe in. Of course this doesn’t always work out, you are witnessing the end of the world after all… but maybe we can just all move to Mars?

You are very good at being aware of your surroundings… just not when it mattered most. You have very little care for yourself and instead care more about others and what you deem to be “good”. This of course ends up with you being a sacrifice. Not only that but your death is simply overshadowed by showing off just how powerful this villain is.

Hi there, anonymous beings! My name's Mars. And...I guess that's it? I mean, there's nothing that special about me. I go to Hatchetfield High. I work a booth at the Honey Festival each summer. I get the hot chocolate at Beanie's down the block (it's surprisingly good! but you gotta catch it early before they spit in it). (Ohhhh yea… that’s always not fun—bdjeihwjkd Finch! You bastard! I guess. Except for the fact that I've been seeing things lately. I go to the doctor for them and they say I'm in perfect health, "just a strange mind." It's...wacky, to put it lightly. Sometimes I'll see giant eyes staring at me from the ceiling, or I look at my watch and the clock on the wall and they're showing different times. And there are voices, too. They're laughing. Always, always laughing. (Yeahhh they do that a lottttttt it sucks) But...I'm sure that's normal! I'm fine. I just have to get used to it. Right?
