My husband decided to reenact that scene last night, but when he covered my mouth with his hand and leaned in close, he whispered “they’ve hit the pentagon.”

Had a very stressful dream about going to an amusement park with all of 1A and they kept getting separated and lost on the way and when we finally got there I immeadiatly lost Denki and Kirishima and spent the whole day trying to find them and didn’t get to go on any rides :(

Just had a dream where I was on a flight with Chyler Leigh and her husband (tm). I say (tm) because I have no idea what her husband looks like and I doubt that he would act the way this guy did. Anyways.

I was in a window seat, with the husband next to me in the aisle seat, and Chyler Leigh across the aisle. Chyler wasn't talking to me, but someone in the row ahead, talking about her role on Grey's Anatomy, and some of the things that informed her character and some behind the scenes stuff about how her final scene was cut so as not to overshadow McDreamy or something.

(I have not seen her character's final scene or really anything else-- I think I was *just* meeting Lexie when I stopped watching.)

Anyway, I was just sitting and facing her around her husband and listening, basking in the presence of someone I admire talking about something their passionate about. It was great.

When there was a lull, I mentioned I was a fan of Supergirl and asked some very basic questions about life on set or something. She was beginning to give some preliminary answers when the whole thing got derailed when her husband changed the subject and talked over her and starting hooting and hollering about a Lone Ranger adaptation or some shit. Dunno if it was a series or movie or what but Lone Ranger was specifically mentioned.

And Chyler Leigh just stopped talking. Totally clammed up and looked embarassed in that way women do when their dudes act like asshole bros.

Friends--- when I tell you I have never wanted to throttle a man more...

Thank god my cat woke me up before I decided to wrap my hands around this guy's throat.

i don't know who needs to hear this but in the official fanbook gege stressed that suguru really loved his family and deeply cared for them. he always made sure to provide nanako and mimiko with food, clothes, a roof and some entertainment. he never imposed his beliefs on them, neither directly nor indirectly like in a manipulative way (which he surely would have been able to). we know he didn't for a fact, which is nanako and mimiko wanting to go eat crepes in jjk0 : it implies unnecessary contact with non-sorcerers and eating something they made, and suguru found it indeed disgusting, yet nanako and mimiko weren't bothered in the slightest at the idea. and not only suguru made sure to bring them there, but he never showed his disgust to them, going as far as eating the crepe he was offered by the twins, when he had basically chosen to lead his new life trying to avoid where possible any contact with or reliance on non-sorcerers whatsoever.

There are two kinds of plot twists. One where you go “oh of COURSE I should have seen that coming, the clues were there and I was distracted but of COURSE!!”

The other where you go “what the FUCK. Was that. What the fuck.” Shock value and shock value alone. This kind is rage inducing.

I have just learned that there is a third kind. In which the whiplash of the rage inducing shock value twist sets YOU! THE READER! up for the better “I fucking KNEW IT!!!” kinda twists

And I have never experienced that and holy fuck that shit was bananas. Okay! Fuck yeah!

hii so the state of missouri is trying to propose a bill that will allow the government to hunt down migrants and place them in concentration camps!

theyre bribing people to report undocumented immigrants for a reward of $1,000. this is clearly an excuse to detain people of color as there is no way to tell if someone is here legally based purely on the color of their skin. anyone found guilty will serve life imprisonment.
