i hate that it's even a thought in my brain to go to that club w them and their friends in ldn tonight (the one full of iranian girls dressed as vampires) GIRL U HAVE AN 80% EXAM TOMORROW THATS WORTH HALF UR GRADE THIS YR AND YOUVE DONE NOTHING FOR IT AND ITS IN THE MORNING 3 HOURS TO WRITE 4K WORDS GET IT THE FUCK TOGETHER . When he was introduced at the beginning I thought he was just a pretty face but then, THEN he does this:

When Maddie is talking to Vi about what she did in Zaun. He even faked that he was snoring so he would not get caught listening.

So I though, mh, probably a noxian spy to check on Vi and Caitlyn. Not one we should trust. I mean I was unfortunately spoiled that Ambessa was behind the attack at the memorial so when I saw this:

I was like "AHA for sure you are working with them!" Right place, right time, with a shield non the less. (he did seem nice with what little we saw of him but I did not trust him because I thought he was a SPY)

But then,

BUT THEN,

Ambessa does her crazy stunt appointing Cait as a general and HE'S NOT HAPPY.

Also why did they immediately put him on the squad? He literally deank in the street the whole night with Vi when they introduced him to us. What made them go "Ah yes, enforcer materials to go on a super important mission." Like WHY.

You know what we should bring back?

Older christianity. I mean the anti government, anti military, community based christianity. The one that cared the most about peace, equality, mercy, kindness, and radical love. The one with shared property. The one that didn't conform to society but instead existed mostly outside of it. The one where noone considered one sin worse than another because in the end, we are all sinners trying our best to be better.

You can't make this shit up. My man's really got riled up over a number 💀

But all joking's aside, lore actually checks out as Barbatos is the eighth demon in the Lemegeton Salomonis Regis/Lesser Key of King Solomon! So the Dev Team didn't put just a random number. There's also some interesting lore about the number eight, time and infinity but I won't bore you of the details.

I just heard the truth about Barbs being upset at Solomon will be revealed at Lesson 25 so I skipped some story to get to it 🤣 man idk how to react other than my wife doesn't deserve the vitriol the fandom threw at him. 😔

Actually playing sonic forces for real (last time I tried to play it was years ago and it ran like absolute dog shit on my old computer and I didn't think to try it on my current one until recently)

And. It sure is A Game

#ramblings #it's so painfully mid chat.....#like it's not the worst thing ever but it's kinda boring #the stages feel so automated. way more than other sonic games. like i barely feel like i'm doing anything most of the time #literally the best part of it is the character customization which sucks bc i have to play the rest of the game to get more accessories #i wanna play with my dress up doll dammit let me have all the funny little outfit pieces!!#btw i got to the first infinite fight this time around. last time i got to the zavok fight before giving up #bc the game ran so badly it was practically unplayable #i plan on at least finishing it. definitely not gonna 100% or anything tho i do not have the patience #just wanted to experience it for real before like. discounting it as bad in its entirety #playing it at least makes me glad that the franchise seems to be heading in a better direction #this writing. and the level design. it's not great #at least the writing is kinda funny bad and not bad bad y'know #i need to go to bed lol

i do not like when people say kaede would be a static protagonist if she survived the game like as if she wouldnt have 5 whole additional chapters for shit to be thrown her way and see how she'd change and adapt... plenty of writers have pulled off this idea with flying colors so idk why ppl say "ok but IN CANON kaede would just vote hope/despair in the end!" like LITERALLY WE DONT KNOW THATTT THOUGHHHH . shuichi was very different in ch1 compared to ch6 why is kaede exempt from this logic...............
