#I see so many transfems say they want to have “flat stomachs” or do diet and exercise regimes to try and get an “hourglass figure”#and it really worries me. girls you do not have to destroy yourselves to fit into unachievable beauty standards#the vast majority of cis women don't even fit those standards#and the same goes for you transmascs! I see you! I see you trying to get smaller chests and hurting yourselves with weight loss routines#and excessive workouts. it's not worth it. weight loss has OVER a 90% long-term failure rate and there's a reason for that#I assure you whatever diet you think you've found that “works for you” won't be working so well 5 years from now#and you're going to blame yourself for “slacking off”. but it's not you. it was never you. it was designed to fail.#these standards are made to hurt people and then sell them a false solution at the price of your health#I encourage you to transition if you'd like and live your best life I really do. but please please please do so SAFELY.#if weight loss is part of your transition goals please reevaluate WHY you believe thinness is necessary for achieving femininity#(or masculinity or androgyny but this stuff particularly affects women in the way it's marketed)#do research on fatphobia and the roots of weight loss culture. I’m excited to share TheeGreenMuse's workout routine designed to help you achieve an hourglass figure while focusing on losing belly fat, sculpting a small waist, and enhancing those glutes. This routine is a blend of Pilates, gym workouts, and targeted exercises that will help you feel strong, confident, and radiant.

🗓 Weekly Workout Schedule
☞ Day one:
Pilates + 10K Steps a day
I’m doing Madeleine Abeid’s 2 week Pilates Plan
☞ Day two:
Glute workout
Hip thrust 3x8 | Bulgarian Split Squats 3x8 | Sumo squats 3x8 | RDLS 3x8 | Step Ups 3x8
Progressive overload & don’t skip your dynamic and static stretches ❤️‍🩹
Cardio : 12-3-30 on the treadmill
☞ Day three:
Active recovery (rest day)
10K Steps
I want to start learning Kpop choreographies like I used to do before since I’ve been a Kpop fan since 2015☺️
☞ Day four:
Pilates + 10K Steps a day

☞ Day five
Glute workout

🍽 Nutrition Tips
To support my workout routine and achieve my body goal, a balanced diet is essential. Here’s what I will focus on and so do you:
☞ High-Protein Meals Examples:
Breakfast: High-protein smoothie with spinach, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens and quinoa
Dinner: Baked salmon with steamed vegetables and sweet potato
☞ Healthy Snacks:
Greek yogurt with berries
Sliced apple with almond butter
☞ Hydration:
2L of water daily
I drink Green Tea in the morning, Peppermint tea after my meals and Camomile Tea before sleeping. The only drinks I’ll include in my fitness journey are zero sugar drinks, herbal teas, coconut water and kombucha.

hi angels! if you're looking to get your dream body this summer, well this one is for you! here are three ab workouts that literally gave me a small waist+flat stomach+11 line abs!

this workout is literally heaven and gave me a smaller waist in one week! the only downside is that it has no breaks, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes alot easier!

i think everyone knows about the famous alexis ren ab workout, but it's famous for a reason! this is a killer 10 minutes workout that will give you results in a week (depends on how much belly fat you have) , it flattens the stomach and gives you abs. like daisy's workout there are no breaks and it may hurt your neck a little if you don't engage your core!!

and last but not least is this very underrated ab workout. it's a 15 minutes ab workout that makes your waist smaller and gives you a nice feminine ab look! i love it because it's like a two in one and there are breaks!
now that you guys have these, it's time to start working on that summer body! do these workouts 3-4 times a week for a month and trust me, your belly would look soo nice! btw, if you guys want a pilates version, let me know!
