生地無しのキッシュがめちゃくちゃ簡単でついつい作りがちな今日この頃。。😅 
卵、牛乳、玉ねぎ、冷凍野菜(ブロッコリーやマッシュルーム)、何かしらのチーズをパラパラとふりかけてトマトなんかものせてオーブンでやくだけ。味付けは塩胡椒だけでもめちゃくちゃ美味しくできちゃいます!
Crustless quiche is my go to lazy day dinner to make. It’s sooo easy that you just need eggs, milk, onion, frozen veggies (like broccoli, spinach and mushrooms) with sprinkle of cheese and sliced tomatoes on top. Put it in an oven and bake. That’s it!! It’s so delicious and will last for a couple of days at least 😉🧀🥦��
