Journos wondering why there's not much interest in ski jumping in Japan every time there's World Cup in Sapporo

like maybe if you had to regularly watch competitions in the middle of the night, it would also be hard to build large following of the sport

#competitions in europe usually start at 4-5 pm #it's 8 hours later in tokyo #do your math #they ALWAYS forget about the most obvious reason in their analysis

Research for Gaza & Sudan

Hello everyone, this is my attempt in helping Raise funds for 3 campaigns that are in dire need and are extremely low on funds.

What I can do:

I am a physics major & have access to neat software such as HyperChem & Gaussian 09 and know how to use both efficiently. I can help build & do the necessary calculations for your modules. I can help you find resources for your research, and I am open to doing math and/or physics homework, as well.

How does this work?

• For HyperChem & Gaussian 09: you need to donate €25 to each of the two gaza campaigns I have below.

I think this is a more than fair price given that licenses for both softwares range from 50$-2500$ (in the academics alone!)

demanding a series in the same vein (heh, vein) as Dexter/Hannibal wherein a prolific serial killer plays cat & mouse with the police--except the serial killer in question is a preteen schoolgirl. this would make for compelling television due to the fact that middle school frequently causes girls to become deranged, and more media should reflect this

#she hangs out at active crime scenes in a way that should be a red flag but 'evades' the police simply by merit of being in 7th grade #the ONE 'detective'/nemesis who is convinced she had something to do with The Murders #is the classmate who sorta tried to bully her at the beginning of the school year but then the vibes got all intense and sapphic #so she backed off and has been Ignoring the Nerd she does Not have a special interest in #except then The Murders begin and she has so many Suspicions BUT #everytime she confronts the antihero the interaction ends in accidental intimacy followed by furious blushing #the nemesis's father is an (unsympathetic) cop character who repeatedly ignores his daughter's concerns #'dad i think the weird girl in my math class is a serial killer' 'that's not an excuse for failing algebra. go do your homework'

I get why people headcanon that Trucy would call Edgeworth "Uncle Miles" because it represents how close he is to Nick and Trucy and how he's basically part of the family etc. HOWEVER I cannot help but imagine the shock and horror of passersby who hear Trucy call one man "uncle" and one "daddy" as they watch Nick and Miles interact lovingly in public and come to the conclusion that Nick is openly cheating on his spouse with his spouse's brother.

#they're like “oh my god and he has a daughter... this affair must be tearing the family apart has he no shame”#I do in general like the idea of kids calling your friends uncle or aunt. Very it takes a village to raise a child #it's often a cultural thing to call everyone aunt and uncle too which i do in my family!#I just don't love it when the dad and friend-uncle are ambiguous lovers!!! But this is a lighthearted complaint. 3 hour study session☕️

taking the first longer break since I started at 3.30pm. after dinner ill probably continue with solving math problems. at least I got the latin presentation done. my head is hurting but I’m motivated :‘)

update, 10:30pm: switched to working on my term paper about an hour ago, google docs is making me loose my mind. But at least I finally have some words written down.
