I will forever be upset that Henry was wasted as Superman. He was promised his own movies and he was so passionate about the character. Despite the shitty writing and direction, he still stuck with it in hopes of finally getting his sequel, and then he got fired. And just like that, ten years wasted. He could’ve been the best Superman, he had the looks, the physique and the passion (certified nerd) but was given literally the worst cbm writer of modern cinema. And I think that’s so unfair. I’ll always mourn the Clark he could’ve been.

I love Our Flag Means Death because you can clearly feel the chemistry of two close friends who just love working together, and are so comfortable with themselves, they can act intimately as a gay couple without being insecure about it. Same with Good Omens except one of them won’t shut the fuck up about wanting to powerfuck the other on Twitter

Vanto eyed him thoughtfully. “What about you, Commander? Why do you seek high rank?” It was a question many had asked over the years. Thrawn had asked it of himself. The answer never seemed to satisfy the questioner. “Because there are problems that must be solved. Some cannot be solved by anyone except me.” “I see.” [...] Vanto had now asked the question. He was no more satisfied than anyone who had come before him. Thrawn wondered if anyone would ever be satisfied. Or would ever truly understand. —Thrawn (2017) by Timothy Zahn

David Suchet on his moustache in AGATHA CHRISTIE'S POIROT tv show → Studio 10 interview, Aug 13 2019
"By the step leading up into the sleeping car stood a young French lieutenant, resplendent in uniform, conversing with a small lean man, muffled up to the ears, of whom nothing was visible but a pink-tipped nose and the two points of an upward curled moustache. [...] Two men below her window were talking French. One was a French officer, the other was a little man with enormous moustaches. She smiled faintly. She had never seen anyone quite so heavily muffled up." - Agatha Christie, Murder on the Orient Express
