wow. WOW. hello welcome oh my god. so the first thing to remember is the pee together quote is LINKED to the trade but not BECAUSE of the trade. The quote came from Derek Lee interview Trevor for this January 2, 2024 Sporting Tribune Article. When the trade happened, Derek released additional quotes, including the infamous pee quote. Here is the full quote. It’s important to remember Trevor was just going around saying this about Jamie not in any way influenced by the prospect of missing him. (X)

And this is just weird enough it caught attention right. Especially in light of the trade where one of the dominant narratives was how would Trevor Zegras take this? The answer is clearly not well. BR Open Ice posted part of the quote on Instagram just so everyone knew Trevor would need time to get over the loss.
