hello there i was wondrong if you can giveme some feedback on old redesigned i made of vaggie last year -1
keep in mind i didn't know about her backstory or her pirate themed thing (i don't understand it really like i get the rebellious part but idk)
i still wanted to change her body type to a more muscular / bodyworkout but i didn't know how to draw it properly so i kept it the same
here :
-2 i made this edit also last year and i have nothing to add just want your general thoughts on it
Alright, for the first drawing, you mentioned that you wanted to draw Vaggie with a muscular body type but didn't know how to do it.
Well that's what the internet is for!
There's plenty of guides and tutorials and some references you can look at to help you!



Using real life images as reference can help you when it comes to character design and anatomy.
Even if you're worried that you'll draw it horribly, that's OK! You can take in feedback and consideration and learn to hone your craft and improve!
Other than that, it's a really nice design with a lot of appeal and charm to it.
Your Millie edit is pretty nice too! I was not aware she was/implied to have been black coded, mostly because her hair doesn't look like the textured hair that normally would be here. (Same thing goes for a lot of her black characters)
(I don't know if Millie is meant to be black coded at a, please correct me if I'm wrong.)
But you managed to make a nice edit where it would be easy to animate and good enough that people would see she's black (if the skin color wasn't obvious.)

Beautiful sky for my early walk. What a positive way to start the day. Then a cloudy, but very pretty sky in the afternoon for another little walk.
I have had a nice, active day. And I've eaten lots of good food.
As well as my two little walks. I've done a couple of good workouts and a bit of cycling.
A short upper bodyworkout, a bike ride to my favourite coffee shop for breakfast (that yes, I took with me, to enjoy with a large cappuccino, made with full fat milk), then back home and into a full body kettlebell workout.
Lunch was one of my favourites. Bacon, scrambled egg, cheese, cottage cheese and salad.
As I always say, life's just better with bacon!
Some days are fabulous, some days are a struggle, most days are somewhere between those two markers.
Blood sugars are showing promise of stabilising. Hopefully getting there with this pump system now.
Unfortunately, the mucus thing is still off the charts. Awful.
But even with that, today falls further towards the high end of that daily positive to negative scale. And I am very happy with that ☺️

▪️ Tips:
• Try not to take any breaks in between.
• While performing the exercises, make sure to keep an upright posture. Your back should be straight: spine long, shoulders back, glutes and abs engaged.
• A plié is not the same as a squat. While lowering, your hips and back must stay in a straight vertical line (avoid "sitting" backwards). • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.

Keep it simple so that you keep at it. Just because it is simple, doesn't mean that it's easy either (after 5-6 rounds of this circuit, you will understand 😆). Taking care of your feet and ankles is an absolute MUST for dancers, however, taking care of your feet and ankles outside of the dance studio does not need to take a lot of time. Here is one of my fav ankle and foot strength routines.
➡️ Heel raises - feet in parallel x 10
➡️ Foot doming x 10
➡️ Heel Raises - feet in turned out x10
➡️ Foot doming x10
➡️ Heel raises - feet turned in x 10
➡️ Foot doming
➡️ Toe raises x 10 (lean your bum on the wall)
➡️ Foot doming Repeat 5-6 rounds most days 👍
