I'm taking my laptop with me to my physical therapist today. I show her the report that has been written about the MRI I had done earlier this month.

Remarkably, it says things look pretty much the same as they looked in January 2023, when the previous scan was made.

"This is good," she says. "It means you should just keep going with your exercises and continue to take good care of your back."
