Tomorrow i'll have to go to the hospital because some days ago i just walked in circles around my house for almost 5 hours and now my legs hurt so much i cant move my feet. If I put a shoe on that foot I'm going to fucking faint no fucking joke.

Just a reminder

You can become disabled at any age. No one is too young to be disabled.

Chronic pain sucks and just because one day you can do something doesn't mean you can do it the next day.

Be mindful of your spoons/Forks!

Just because someone is disabled doesn't mean they are stupid.

If someone says they can't do something because of pain, believe them.

Have compassion and patience. Disabled people are doing the best they can.

Don't take anything or anyone for granted. You never know when disability is coming on your door knocking.

Disabled people are still worthy and deserving of good things in life. It's not something we/they can control.

Some disabilities are for life, and for some, it's never going to get better.

Be kind to yourself.
