why is it so hard to not eat? more specifically, to not binge… i am trying so damn hard to ⭐️ve i really am but like at the end of the day my binging habits take over and suddenly i find myself done eating takis, donuts, burritos, and rice. like ?? i don’t know how to control myself . i don’t know how i ever did it, lose this much weight. but what i do know is that it’ll get easier to not eat over time…
my issue is that i am an INCREDIBLY busy person, and I am always doing something whether it’s work or personal life. so i see good and i think hmm my body needs that when it literally doesn’t lmao it has more than enough already. i thought i could do it today but i was wrong. tomorrow is a new day. tomorrow I refuse to make todays mistakes. also going to start intermittent fasting again, as that helped me lose a lot of weight last time. so, i guess i am starting over which is embarrassing but at least im trying again and i know ill be as thin as i can be soon.

now on heavy calorie counting
app set limit 800, personal limit 500
Fighting my hardest to not get used to counting calories bc I’m a heavy binger my whole life so I’ll just eat the max allowed and regret and ⭐️ve for the rest of the day
And total ⭐️ hunger is so much easier to ignore than binge hunger.
