I've talked about it in private with @peachiiihearts, but i figure a headcanon on his birthday is the best time to really talk about ways my Kaito's characterized and his background.

For one thing, Kaito's stage name is Kaito Shion, or typically just KAITO; but his real name is Kaito Ishikawa. He naturally has black hair, but wears a wig while performing and in "idol" mode, and contacts to make his eyes look more of a bright blue.

Kaito was scouted by Crypton when he was 19 and performing at an open mic night that the cafe he worked at part-time held weekly. It was something that was out of pure luck, but he said yes so that he would have more ways to help support his family. He's the oldest child of four kids, and his parents worked hard for him and his siblings. He's got two younger sisters and a younger brother- and he goes the extra mile for all of them. He's 26 in his main verse, so his siblings are 18 (sister), 16 (brother) and 13 (sister); and while there's an obvious age difference, Kaito's close with his siblings.

The first chance he got, he helped his parents buy a house so that the family didn't have to live in a small apartment longer. While he lives in new york in his default verse, he often travels between New York at his apartment, to California to see his family, and to Japan for work.

Situation where Clark has formed a tentative working relationship with Batman, but somewhere in that time, Batman acquired Robin and, naturally, didn't tell him.

Clark finds out about Robin's existence when a ten year old Dick Grayson in full Robin gear breaks into his apartment at two in the morning and shakes him awake because Batman's missing and Alfred's away and Bruce taught him that, in the case of emergency, Superman was one of the only people he could trust. Bruce just didn't think to tell Clark that he was, by all means, his son's emergency contact.

Clark: -wakes up to a small boy that he's never seen or heard of before in a cape and a mask with lenses that reflect light like a cat's perched on the edge of his bed in a pitch black room-

Dick, calmly: Hey, Batman's -- stop screaming -- Batman's missing. I need help.

The only acceptable trans Tim headcanon would be Tim introducing himself to the batfam as a boy from the get-go with such confidence that no one questions him. Then, his first solo case as Robin is investigating the disappearance of Jack and Janet Drake's "daughter," so he pretends to have a twin sister by forging a bunch of documents and photoshopping family pictures. He then fabricates evidence of her death, committing multiple crimes in the process, and holds a fake funeral at the end. Because if his previous name is dead to him, he's gonna kill it the Tim Drake way

A younger Stan squints at his blurry reflection in the mirror, leaning in really close to see himself clearly. He sighs and grabs a pair of Ford's glasses on the dresser. Putting them on, he stares at his reflection. "Welp," he says, "this is unsettling."

He turns away from the mirror to adjust his tie, saying, "But it can't be helped." His reflection is now a disheveled Ford, mirroring Stan.

Hilda, despite the way she presents herself, is actually naturally gifted in more things than she gives herself credit for. Physical activities come easy to her, in part due to her blood (her older brother has just as much of an advantage, and he's crestless) but also in part due to the training her father and older brother had put her through.

But arts and crafty things are where she really shines. She's always loved crafting and artistic pursuits, it's part of why she eventually makes it a business! Making accessories and other things with her hands makes her happy. It started as stress relief when she was young due to the men in her life (as well as other stressful things) but it was something she quickly fell in love with, and has stuck with ever since.

Lex Luthor hates Superman, Lex Luthor hates the Justice League, bla bla bla… You know who Lex must really hate? Bruce Wayne.

Because he knows that bitch is Batman. He’d worked it through that big brain of his and he’s without a doubt certain that the same idiot who spilled champagne on him last New Year’s Eve moonlights as the Batman.

But he can’t fucking prove it. So he’s resigned to a lifetime of having to make stilted conversation filled with double meaning while Brucie just flutters his eyelashes and pretends to be a ditz. And Lex just has to sit there and take it, because Bruce knows that Lex knows and absolutely uses that knowledge to fuck with Alex at every opportunity—he says the absolute shittest, godawful pickup lines and flirts to his heart’s content, knowing full well that he helped Superman kick Lex’s ass last week and that Lex knows it was him.

Tim: "So one of the executives of this firm has been stealing some stuff, but unfortunately, he also has the resources and status to get him off the hook with a light sentence. Which sucks."

Damian: "What if you add a more serious crime to up the charges?"

Tim: "...That is GENIUS! I have dozens of cold cases that I've solved, but the culprits have already died! Im sure one of them could easily pass as him! "

Damian: "I can help if you need any evidence planted."

Tim: "Sure thing! I'll let you know when i find the right felony to give him!"

Dick: "At least they're having fun and getting along?"

Bruce: "This is not better. Stop trying to pretend this is better."

here's some of my headcanons for the Tallman AU. I am SO picky modern aus because I feel like they almost never take canon dynamics into account enough, so I tried to do that as much as I could!!!

The main reason it's a tallman au is because I needed Izutsumi and Chil's daughters to go to the same school and I wasn't invested in the worldbuilding enough to figure out the logistics of how school would work with races that age at very different rates. also the existing tallman designs are fun lol
