75 soft challenge - day 04
Okay so I'll be honest.
I cant be sure how many calories I ate today. Because I cant weigh stuff, I don't know if the burrito I had was 400 or 800 calories, and i dont know if dinner was 300 or 600.
I believe my cal count today was around 1700
But i did walk 15000 steps and burn a lot of calories horse riding
But i dont know if, because i worked out , I should let it cancel out the extra calories. Because if I do that, I will most likely start eating more calories than i should because my watch isn't great at tracking calories.
so, since I ate over the limit today and didn't read today, I'm restarting the challenge. Again.
Because if I keep forgiving myself for going above the limit and such, I will go over the limit at least once a week and not do the challenge properly
so, this is the only way to discipline myself. By restarting this challenge. Even if I'm on the 74th day, if I eat above 1500, I'll restart. I don't know how long it will take but I'll get there.
I'm not sure if today was over 1500 but it almost certainly was.
Just a disclaimer - there will be a few days I might allow myself to go over, such as my birthday and such. But very rare.
Success can't come without failure

my watch says I burned around 700 but it usually estimates so I'm assuming around 500
hopefully going to wake up early tmrw and either go for a run or workout before school
reading: didn't count how much I read but I did read :) been kinda slow lately but it'll pass soon

Restarting the challenge :)
75 soft challenge - day 01 (again) ✅️
calories: about 1500, so in the limit yay :)
ate too much during lunch but skipped dinner to stay in the limit
water: 2L
workout: 30 mins gym, 1h walk
reading: 20 pages
Starting the 75 Soft Challenge tommorow
for those who don't know what it is:
If you haven't heard about the viral 75 Hard Challenge that has taken TikTok by storm (despite its launch back in 2019, the term has over 935 million views and counting today), it's a hardcore daily routine that was created by entrepreneur Andy Frisella to "build mental strength and discipline".
The Rules (slightly modified)
Eat Well, and only drink on social occasions. I will be limiting myself to 1400-1500 calories a day, unless its a special occasion
Workout for 45 minutes everyday (walking, doing my workout routine, PE, sports)
Drink 2L of water everyday
Read 30 pages of any book, everyday
I'll be starting tomorrow and posting every day on my progress, whether or not I met my goals, and (on saturdays) weight lost/gained. Hopefully this will keep me accountable.

5:15: good morning! time to wake up ♡
5:20: stretch a bit, wash your face with some water
5:25: drink some water (hydration is important!) and prepare your breakfast
5:30: have a nice and relaxed breakfast ♡ use this time to check your phone, or read if you can multitask
5:50: take a bath - add extra time if it's hair day
6:00: get dressed, brush your teeth, put on makeup
6:20: make sure you have everything you need - fill up a water bottle and add lemon/mint if you'd like
6:30: free time until you have to leave! gou can read, do any homework you have, try to limit screen time
7:00: time to leave! have a nice day
morning routine 2:

6:50: make sure you have everything you need! fill up a water bottle - add lemon/mint if you'd like!
7:00: time to leave! have a nice day

workout: none (i walked around for a bit and fixed a boat and burnt 450 cals according to my watch but idk if it counts)

okay so today was a shitty day
i messed up on lit everything
had a healthy breakfast but then basically ate lunch twice and then had a froyo
so
going to restart the 75 soft tommorow.
It's okay to fail sometimes! When you fall, get back up :)
I'll get there someday.
Hopefully this year but if i don't, well, theres always next year.

still up to making morning routines if anyone would like ♡♡
the summer is about to end, and the school year about to start
going to meet new people, and they'll meet a new me, hopefully
making a new morning routine, to see if i become more productive and a better version of me ♡
I love making routines so if you'd like me to make you a morning/afternoon routine just send an ask with the time you want to wake up and the time you want to leave, along with any specific activities you'd like to be included ♡
my morning routine:

6:15 to 6:25: wake up, slowly. stretch a bit and make the bed, open the window
6:25: drink 500ml of water - hydration is important! Do 10-20 pushups, or a one minute plank
6:30: get dressed, wash my face, put on some music
6:40: breakfast! (I've made a meal plan for each day of the week). will use this time to finally turn on my phone and check up on any messages
6:55: brush my teeth, put on make up, brush my hair
7:10: check my bag, make sure I haven't forgotten anything, fill my water bottle
7:20: leave
7:32: catch the train
my meal plan:
