hi!
that's the routine I'm currently trying my best to stick to. i still fail more that i'd like to, but that's okay! I still get it done about 85% of the time.
the ones with exclamation marks next to them are the ones I struggle with the most 🫠
currently i'm trying to implement some new elements into it as my New Year's resolution - drinking more water and going to the gym more often are definitely the ones that I'll try to prioritize the most!
morning:☀️
drink a glass of water
eat breakfast (!)
take a shower
wash + floss my teeth
cleanse + moisturize my face, change pimple patches
make my bed (!)
get to school early to stretch a bit before class
evening:🌙
brush my hair, braid it and put it in a bonnet
take a shower
wash + floss my teeth
cleanse + moisturize my skin, use pimple patches
breating excersizes
prepare my bag and my outfit for the next day (!)
melatonin gummy
set the alarm clock for the next day
20-30 mins reading
lights out the latest at midnight (!)
additionally:
drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day (!)
prepare my lunch for school/work in advance, so I don't have to spend money or eat meals that aren't healthy and/or won't be able to sustain my energy
go to the gym 2-3 times per week (!)
stretch everyday
practice for school at least 5 days per week
clean my flat 1-2 times a week (!)
