morning routine:

4:35: wake up slowly, stretch a bit, open the window to let in some fresh air (and make your bed!)
4:40: drink a glass of water and take a quick shower
4:50: get dressed (prepare your clothes the night before to save time)
4:55: eat a quick and healthy breakfast :)
5:05: make up, hygiene, and make sure you have everything before leaving
5:15: time to go!

The most important part of โ€œlevelling upโ€ is discipline. YOU have to cultivate that discipline into your life.
The best way to change your life and create better habits is to start small.
You want to go celibate? Start by enacting boundaries in all your relationships. I say all because once you say โ€œnoโ€ in your non-romantic relationships, you will find it easier to do it in your romantic ones.
You want to stop over spending? Start by creating limits, budgets and planning out shopping trips. Even try shopping trips where you window shop and carry everything but your wallet/card/phone. Carry a notebook instead. Let the pride of leaving a store without buying something GO.
