2024 goals & resolutions 🎀
with 2024 right around the corner I figured it would be a good idea to list out some of my 2024 goals in the different areas of my life. I will have financial goals, health goals, fitness goals, academic goals, and relationship goals.
💕 Financial Goals
build my savings account to a minimum of 1000$ by the end of the year
save enough (~800$) to move into an apartment with my boyfriend
pay off my two credit cards, then use them sparingly
begin investing my money
use a monthly budget spreadsheet (loosely)
💕 Health Goals
Follow a semi anti inflammatory diet using the 80/20 principle
get closer to my goal weight range (healthy weight for my height)
only eat out on occasions, otherwise cook at home only
incorporate more whole foods into my diet
stay hydrated on a consistent level
💕 Fitness Goals
walk 7k-10k steps daily
keep a consistent weight lifting/cardio routine
begin attending pilates/workout classes
don't skip any of my yoga classes at my university
work on improving health and reaching my dream physique
💕 Academic Goals
raise my GPA closer to a 4.0
pass spring/fall classes with all B's/A's
keep a consistent study routine
turn in all assignments conplete and on time
increase class attendance as I am paying for my education and should utilize class time
💕 Relationship Goals
join one to two on campus clubs
make a friend or two within my major
take myself on solo dates
weekly dates with my boyfriend
keep in contact with all friends I make
💕 Random Goals
Read at least 3 books in their entirety throughout the year
Move into a new apartment/rented house
Continue regular posts on my tumblr
Get to N5/N4 level of Japanese proficiency
Get to conversational fluency in Spanish
Those are my goals for the next year! Given that there are 365 days in a year, I should be able to accomplish at least 85% of these!

Self Care Tips 💄
Exude Wealth and Class
In the spirit of lightheartedness, I want to share some of the self-care habits I've developed that have helped me build discipline and routine. Oftentimes, when we speak so seriously about self-mastery it may become unrelatable. I know that we women pride ourselves on our dedication to looking and feeling like our best selves. This skill can be the stepping stone to new heights. Within numerology, the number one represents the self; the very first step to improvement begins with us. Hygiene reflects mental sharpness, wealth, class, and spiritual favor. Instead of denying yourself love because you look unconventional cultivate your look. Be unique. Be the representation you want to see in the world. Please research the tips I provide, as they may not be compatible with everyone.
Facial Massages. Wow oh wow. These have seriously changed my life. I do them to shape my face and help me relax. They increase blood flow and give your skin a youthful, buoyant look. I also massage my neck and shoulders; I really love to do this at night to help me destress.
Hair Steam Treatment. Whenever I moisturize or condition my hair I ensure that it is dripping wet. I apply whatever product I want to really absorb into my hair, then put on a shower cap or processing cap. I leave it on for an hour and the heat from my scalp steams the water infusing my hair with hydration. My hair is so soft every time I do this and gives me a break between steps.
Bathing. Seriously, if all you can afford is 20 minutes a week you will be thanking me. Bathing is an experience. Sitting in the tub, watching the bubbles glisten on your skin, the warmth and aromatics filling your senses, complete relaxation being submerged in nature's hug. A good bath will make you forget everything troubling for a true moment of bliss. When it feels like the world is crumbling down on you take a salt bath and pray.
Foot care. Now this is a big one. The soles of your feet are your connection to the divine feminine. Cleansing and renewing your feet is important for spiritual well-being. Make sure you also take care of your nails. Weekly manicures and biweekly pedicures will keep everything prim and proper.
Dry Brushing. OMGGG! I SWEAR by dry brushing my skin has never been more supple. I've used various forms of exfoliation and got the best results from dry brushing. I like to do a light chemical exfoliation to help renew the skin this, however, is optional.
Movement. I know we're having a great time ladies but this is my final tip. Move your body! Stagnant energy will spill over into everything you do. Stop rotting in bed. Go outside, do yoga, workout, dance, whatever you feel called to do even if it's just 5 minutes a day. If we want to see movement in our lives we need to move ourselves.

So i want to increase my height. I'm 23 years old, female. I listened to many height subliminals. But didn’t increase 1 inch. What can i do???
So u said u didn’t increase, that’s mean that u are checking 3d instead of 4d, cause if you were reaching 4d you would see that you already have your desired height and would relax about it, remember that only your opinion and your vision of yourself matters, not others. If you are sure of this then it has already happened and it will reflect on 3d, as long as u feel it and maintain that state (that DOESNT mean u need to think about it all the time, just know that in your mind and live your life feeling what u would feel if your 3d was already align)
Here are some options that can help you if you are struggling(that’s normal, u got this):
1. Revisit Your Mindset and Belief System
Height subliminals rely heavily on belief and mental alignment. If you’re approaching them with doubt or frustration, it can create resistance. Here’s what you can do:
• Reframe your mindset: Instead of focusing on “I didn’t increase 1inch yet” shift to “My body is capable of amazing transformations.”
• Combine subliminals with visualization: Picture yourself at your desired height daily, especially before bed. Imagine standing next to others and feeling taller, looking at yourself in mirrors, and feeling confident. When you listening to the subliminal make sure to keep in mind that the subliminal ABSOLUTELY works, don't wait for it to work AFTER listening, FEEL it working while listening it.
2. Posture and Spinal Health
Poor posture can make you appear shorter. Strengthening your spine and improving posture can sometimes add a visible 1-2 inches.
• Stretching exercises: Incorporate stretches like cobra pose, cat-cow, or hanging exercises to decompress your spine.
• Yoga or Pilates: These can elongate your posture and strengthen your core, giving the illusion of added height.
3. Nutrition and Supplements (if u want to)
Optimizing your body’s nutrition can benefit your overall health and bone density.
• Calcium and Vitamin D: Essential for strong bones.
• Protein: Helps repair and strengthen tissues.
• Growth hormone boosters: Foods like eggs, fish, and nuts may support natural HGH production.
Maybe doing these more "literal" things will help you in the routine of FEELING that you are achieving the height you want, it is not necessary because the power is in your mind, but the more you can make the logical part of your mind collaborate with your subconscious, the better.
4. Persist!!!
Read some success stories, do SATS, don’t think about time, or rush. Do what makes you feel confident and certain that it is possible, that you will achieve it, and when any doubts arise or thoughts like "wtf am I doing", cut them off with the opposite thought: "YES, I can do it, even if no one else has done it, fuck it, I'll be the first, I know my power and my ability, miracles exist, circumstances don't matter and everything is possible AS LONG AS >> I << believe to." What matters is that YOU believe in it, your world revolves around you and your assumptions.

Harry felt a bit guilty about the fact he hadn’t been to her shop yet.
His girlfriend’s shop.
Girlfriend.
Girlfriend.
Motherfucking girlfriend.
The pep in his step increased as he approached the door to his damn girlfriend's store. His lover. They had made it official two days ago, and he had called his mother like a damn little boy. Telling her that the girl he was seeing had agreed and that she would ABSOLUTELY love her. Ever since the divorce, his mother had flourished and was very into yoga and stuff like that- so he figured she would get a kick out of Y/N Whenever she came down to visit.
It was a purple painted door. A window in the front with ‘Canyon Moon’ in a cool font with a neon crescent moon right next to it. It was adorable. There was a painting in the display window showcasing what he now knew to be amethyst and a full moon skillfully painted on the glass. There were crystals laid out on the bottom and some products showcased along with wind chimes and sun catchers gently swaying in the natural air. The chime of a bell sounded as he ironed up the door, and Harry was a bit lost.
It was magical, pun absolutely intended.
The smell of incense he couldn’t place hit him first, making his nose tickle just a little bit as he wandered inside of the shop. It was clean and quirky, the shelves lined with thousands of beautiful shiny crystals that he truly couldn’t even begin to name. All colors of the rainbow, sorted by color and tiny little handwritten signs giving ‘properties’ and names with the pronunciation. That would definitely save him some embarrassment.
He heard soft music playing, it had to be Stevie Nicks. Her raspy voice floated through the air as he heard the slight freak of the wood floor while his feet carried him further inside.
To the left was a room with velvet curtains acting as a door. Sparkling velvet, to be precise. Crystal mobiles hung from the curling every so often along with faux vines- or what he believed to be faux. The plants in the windows were absolutely real and thriving. Green and vibrant, large leaves and impressive height. The wall opposite had packets and jars of dried herbs and flowers. Why? Harry didn’t know, but he found them to be interesting. What did people use them for? He’d have to ask Y/N.
In the back corner were books and incense. He could see the burning one going and showing smoke coming out of a little ceramic ‘mushroom house’, making him smile as he approached it. Multiple books on spells and types of witchcraft, along with astrology and crystals lined the shelves. To Harry, it felt like something out of a fantasy novel. Coming to the healer's domain, all of that. He was 99% sure he had seen a shop like this while he played.
His gazing and awe was interrupted by arms wrapping around his waist from behind, a soft kiss pressed to his shoulder blade covered by the fabric of the Harley Davidson tee shirt covering his torso. Chills littered his skin as he felt lips ghost him, the warmth of her presence making him relax into its hold. It was almost immediately that his heart began to thunder, his stomach a mess of sparkles that only Y/N was able to conjure up.
Witchcraft.
“What do you think, Handsome?” She rested her hand on his tummy, making it jump slightly. He never got tired of her touch, especially like this. Intimate. Allowing him to feel desired. He was thriving in this moment, a stupid grin on his face as he placed his larger hand over top of hers.
“S’unreal.” He muttered. “Like something from a video game. Or movie. I’m in awe.” Truly he couldn’t believe he hadn’t been here before. He felt a bit sad that he hadn’t. She had spent quite a bit of time at the bakery and this was only the first time he had stepped into her own place. There was a comfort in the place that H found to be….a little odd in a good way. He partially attributed it to the fact the shop was so entirely Y/N. Everything reminded him of her as he looked around. The colors, the scent, even the tone of wood. It screamed Y/N and he wanted to stay in here and soak up whatever feeling he got in it.
Y/N smiled with her face smushed against his back, nuzzling betweeen the shoulder blades. There hadn’t been an expected reaction to the shop, but this was better than she had hoped. The actual awe in his voice and watching him from the shadows as he had looked around, picking up things and putting them down. It wasn’t fake, or to please her. He really did find it cool. It helped a part of her that had been a little bit embarrassed from the past where she had been ridiculed and degraded for liking the things she did. To anyone else, they were just pretty rocks. Hell, even to her they could be. That didn’t mean she liked people making fun of them.
“I’m glad you like it.”
His hand rubbed over the back of hers, yet again unable to keep his own hands away when she was in close proximity to him. “I do. It’s sick.” She was too far away, though. Grabbing her hand, he tugged slightly and pulled her away from behind him, making her slide around the front.
There was no wasting time. Now that Harry had his permission to kiss her, his large hands cupped her hot cheeks and tilted them upwards, pressing his lips to hers in an affectionate greeting. It was a chaste kiss, but he elongated the peck because he simply didn’t want to pull away. Giving a few tiny kisses to the bottom lip and one single to the top, tearing his forehead against hers. “Hi, beautiful girl.” Thumbs stroked her cheekbones, a dopey smile on his face as he pulled back slightly to get a look at her.
Her beauty caught him off guard every time. Making his heart stutter in his chest, his stomach twist in those flocks of butterflies. This woman was his girlfriend, the twinkle in her eye was for him and the breathtaking grin was caused by his own actions. Pride swelled in his chest, even more grateful that she had allowed him to be in her life like this. “Missed you.”
It hadn’t even been that long. She had seen him at the bakery yesterday, but he had been swamped with orders for cupcakes for a birthday party. Y/N had spent her lunch break helping him ice the cupcakes, but ultimately she seemed to be a distraction rather than help. He had a hard time being in the same room as her and not having his hand on her.
“Dork.” She teased, reaching up to tweak his nose lightly. “Missed you too, though. I’m glad you’ve come over. The space could use some good energy.” Her ringed fingers brushed over his chest, straightening out his tee shirt. “I have some readings booked with both me and Delilah. She’s behind the curtain with a client now.” She nodded her head in the direction of the velvet curtains.
“Readings?” He had seen the advertisement for readings on her shop instagram, but didn’t know exactly how it worked. “How do they work, if you don’t mind me asking?”
Y/N beamed at the question. For once, a man she was dating actually seemed interested. Genuinely curious. To her, it didn’t matter if he got it nor if he believed in it, but it would be really nice if he did. It was just nice to see him take interest in things she did.
“Come.” She took his hand and crossed to the back where she had her own reading space free. Pulling back the curtains, she exposed a cozy space. The velvet curtains covered each wall except for the one with the window, which was cracked open just a little bit. A plethora of crystals lined the windowsill and herb bundles were drying above the top, hanging from the ceiling. She could see his confusion, a little laugh coming from her.. “They’re protection bundles. The properties of the herbs help with keeping the space clear from any negative energies and things like that.” She squeezed his hand, motioning for him to take a seat on the black velvet armchair in front of the table.
“It’s really like a movie.” He mumbled, looking around the room with another feeling. Almost like he was in a dream or something along those lines. “It’s so pretty. I hope. that isn’t weird to say or anythin.” Harry was tredding lightly as he commenting, hyper aware that he wanted her to be happy and comfortable with his words. This was her thing, her business, and he wanted to say the right things.
“Not weird at all. Don’t worry, love.” Her hands grabbed two different embroidered pouches, placing them on the tablecloth in front of him. “I’m going to do a one card pull for you. You can choose to take what resonates with you. I’ll just have the deck call to you and you can choose which one you want.” The punches were adjusted for him to look at. One was a soft looking leather pouch with an image of a wolf howling at the moon in black thread embroidered on the front. The other, the one he felt more drawn to, was a royal purple cotton pouch. It had the moon and sun along with flowers scattered across the fabric. Something about it just felt comfortable.
“This one.” His finger pointed to it, feeling a little nervous but excited all at the same time. He had never imagined getting a reading. In all honesty, things like this had always been a bit scary to him. The idea of the future, knowing about it, and if it said something bad to him, that was something that unnerved him. With Y/N however, he felt more comfortable than ever. Of course the nerves from his past feelings had lingered, but it was mostly something along the lines of excitement now.
“Okay. Let me light some incense for it.” She leaned back, standing to grab her chosen Sandalwood and lighting it on the tray that rested on the windowsill. “I tend to do it because it helps clear the space and the energy around us. Makes it less dense. I like a clear space for reading. It’s easier for me to focus and not feel so heavy.” Y/N knew Harry was naturally curious and she could feel his eyes on her back.
He was curious, Yes, but he was also admiring the midnight blue dress she wore today. It clung to her a bit tighter than normal, nipping at her waist and letting him see her curves in a way that made his mind wander. It was… a new favorite of his for sure. The man was trying to focus only on her actions, though. This was a new one for him, and he already knew Y/N was probably the best reader.
She sat in front of him with a smile, placing the leather pouch back on what he knew was some sort of crystal plate. “Okay.” She took the cards out, tapping them three times on the table. “Hello, cards. Thank you for giving us guidance today. Been a while since I’ve used you, I’m sorry.” She murmured quietly. “Makes sense that the prettiest boy chose my prettiest deck.”
Harry flushed at her words. The prettiest boy chose the prettiest deck? Oh, she was too good. “They’re hand drawn, have gold foiled accents. One of my favorites, actually. Most people and the cards don't choose each other but I had a feeling you’d want this one.” Intuition came in strong yet again. “I always tell people that the card you choose in a drawing like this means what makes sense. The cards are tools for us. Because you’re my boyfriend, I’ll tell you that I do believe in the cards. I think they’re important, but every deck has a personality of their own. This one is classy, romantic, sweet. You didn’t choose my sassier deck, but I think that’s good for a first time.”
Harry was trying to keep up. It was intimidating, but his mind did go a bit fuzzy. She called him her boyfriend again, and it made him abso-fucking-lutely giddy. Boyfriend, boyfriend, boyfriend. God. He would never ever get tired of hearing it come from Y/N’s mouth. “Okay. I think i got it…” he muttered, watching her spread the deck out on the table like a fan. Her shuffling skills were insane, and it made him side note to always have her do that for him if he was playing poker dealer. “So…” he looked at the cards, all face down and then at her. “Do I just pick?”
“Yes.” Y/N had to giggle, looking at his face. Harry was obviously a bit intimidated but it was adorable. “There’s no pressure. Go with your gut. Close your eyes, let your hand hover over until you want to stop. Then pull the card out.”
It sounded simple enough.
Doing as instructed, his eyes fluttered shut and he cleared his throat, letting his hand hover over the cards. Back and forth, he went, until. He felt a tiny buzz in his fingers. It caught him off guard slightly, a nervous chuckle leaving him as he placed his hand down and slowly pulled the card out.
Y/N watched him in interest as he opened his eyes, looking down at the card before he turned it over.
“Two of… cups?”
Y/N could have choked.
Two of cups.
“The two of cups… Well, it usually comes about when you’re in a new state of heart. New relationships.” She could feel her cheeks burning. The excited nerves returning to her tummy, looking as Harry observed the card and the image of two golden challises pouring into one another. “It’s… it’s encouragement card. It means a pairing is right, balanced.. That you can give and take evenly, building each other up and making each other happy. People refer to it as the love card. There’s another card called the lover, which is self explanatory but…” She paused, taking a little breath as the smile she couldn’t help repressing grew.
“I’m getting the feeling that it’s something you’ve maybe needed confirmation on? Maybe not the relationship itself, but your contributions to it. It’s a confirmation that you are the other half, an equal. It’s a good thing.” Y/N had never given a partner a reading before so it was all brand new to her, and thr fact that that particular card was chosen felt like the spirits teasing her. Yes, it was Harry’s reading, but it involved her. “Maybe in past relationships you’ve felt like you were pouring too much into it, and the other person wasn’t giving you their all back.” She muttered, looking down as she observed the card. “Something about half empty cups. That seems to bug you. You give and give and give until you’re empty and it shouldn’t be that way. Perhaps it’s been because you’d been wanting something different from the other people you attempted to build connections with. But this card signifies some equality. Level ground. A good opportunity.”
There was a shyness that overcame her as he let out a breath.
It was weirdly spot on. Harry had always been the type to overgive in relationships. He poured all of himself into it, expecting the other person to match his energy- but it never happened the way he had wanted it to. With Y/N, all of it felt so incredibly authentic. He never felt like, at least this far, he was the only one putting effort in. She texted him frequently, she had opened up, and even now. Giving him this reading.
“I mean- yeah.” He murmured. “I hope this isn’t offensive, but it’s a little freaky. Sometimes people say that I give off an air of like… disinterest. But when I care, I care a lot. And it feels like in the past when they see that, they take and don’t give. So I’d say that’s accurate. However…” he gently took her hand into his own, rubbing his thumb over the back of her own. “I feel different with you. Like you said- level ground. Give and take. Especially with all the things you’re teaching me. Been my girlfriend for only a short while, but I enjoy every moment. I hope you know that.”
Harry made her flustered a lot, but moments like this especially. He spoke to her with an ease that had her nervous, intimidated at how good he was with wording things.
“It’s just weird how you got all of that from the card. I like it.” He released her hand, snapping a photo of the card and placing his phone back into his pocket. “Wanted to remember and capture that for when we’re a while down the line.”
Maybe they’d end up married one day. Who knows? That was always the hope in a relationship. Right?
“I came to check out the shop and see my gorgeous girlfriend. Steal some kisses. I left some sweets on your checkout desk… but I missed you.” He stood up from his spot, gently urging her up and coaxing her back into his arms. There was little resistance when he tilted her chin back up, lips pressing against hers chastely. The tiny sparks shot up his back as he hummed contently. Harry would be stealing these as often as possible. “Need to take some design advice from you. Looks incredible everywhere you turn. My place is still a bit bare bones.”
Y/N lifted her hand to stroke his cheek, feeling the stubble brush her fingertips while he spoke. Admiring him while she listened, struck with an idea. He could see it on her face as she lit up, brows rising at the mention of design advice. “Really? You’d want my advice?”
Her design style was more on the eclectic side but she had a weakness for Pinterest, HGTV, and home Reno and deco tv shows. The shop had its set theme but it was still very much her own personal style.
“Of course. You did amazing here.” He teasingly squeezed her chin before dripping his hand to her shoulder, lightly massaging it as they stood in each other’s arms. The curtain was drawn, sure, but Harry had a hard time keeping hands off as it was. “You said something about it being thrifted the other day, right? Some of it?” He looked at the candelabra on the table, half melted candles adding to the mystical ambiance.
“Yes! I love it. Finding things secondhand is my speciality. I’m like… really good at it.” She whispered conspiratorially.
“She is.”
A new voice popped up and the curtain opened revealing Y/N’s best friend and coworker. Delilah was a beautiful woman with golden skin, a halo of dark curly hair and the most defined lips she had ever seen. Bangles clanged on her wrist and her long nails tapped against the curtain as she gave Y/N an impressed look, obviously approving of Harry’s energy.
“He’s good so far.” She narrowed her eyes, the cat-like gaze dropping to his hand on her back and back up to his face. It was intimidating. Harry wasn’t usually one to feel the need to look away, but the energy the woman had was strong. Different from Y/N’s, but similar in strength. It made him feel shy. “I’m watching you. But I haven’t had any bad visions from you. So…” she tossed her hand up. “it’s nice to meet you. The donuts are very good, by the way.” Harry went to reply but she continued talking, Y/N squeezing his cheek as a way to reassure him. It happened a lot. “She has the most incredible luck thrifting. I do think I’m good at manifesting what I want, but the two of us can look on the same shelf and she will find the most incredible item that I’ve not even seen. Unreal.”
Harry beamed in pride. It was a weird thing to be proud of her over, but anything he learned about Y/N was amazing to him. A thrifting extraordinaire, a skilled tarot reader, an excellent kisser, he was adding to her talents daily. “Oh really?” He mumbled.
“I do have good luck.” She said with a bashful giggle. “If you want, we can… I can help you with your place? We can make a mood board of what you’d want and maybe we can go thrifting together to find the stuff?” She asked softly, watching Delilah excuse herself from the corner of her eye. She was good at reading the room, her best friend. “We don��t have to, if you want to do it yourself. But I figure it could be a nice thing to do… an excuse to see you.” She dragged her foot on the ground, making him want to coo. The slight shyness at bringing up these ideas was endearing to him.
“Are you kidding me? I’d love that.” He expressed it as if it was obvious. “I’m shit with interior design for my own spaces. I knew what to do for the bakery because it’s been in my head for ages but my own space? I don’t know how to do all that.” Truthfully it was a bit pathetic. “I don’t have much at all.”
“It can’t be that bad, Harry.” She laughed, pulling away from him. “Come. Let’s make a plan.”

Gym Leaders
There are Twelve different Gym's in Luxure, however you only need to win Eight badges to qualify to face the Elite 4. The Gyms have no order and can be faced at any point in nay order, the Leader's shifting their teams depending on how many badges you currently possess
The Gym circit is just for fun so the Gym's all have a secondary, recreational, purpose. And defeating the Champion gives you a speical badge, a badge that lets you hang out with the Elite 4 whenever you desire. Basically a key to their secret club house
In Gym Battles, the Luxure Gym Leaders must be faced in Pleasure Battles (for more info, read here). This also applies to the Elite 4 and Champion, although the Elite 4 increase the strength and the Champion pushes it even further.
Sabrina (Psychic)
Sabrina's Gym also acts as a meditation dojo and yoga spar. To help clear the mind and body.
The dominant and powerful Gym Leader tends not to play 100% fair, using her psycic powers to project sensual images in her opponents mind to weaken them in the battle.
Whitney (Normal)
Whitney runs a farm as her gyms extra action. The farm helping to support all of Luxure, reducing the amount of food that is needed to be imported.
Whitney is the most fair when it comes to Pleasure Battles, however she does act bratty in hopes of distracting her foes and make them want to 'punish' her
Clair (Dragon)
The dominant Clair runs a museum, her gym dedicated to Dragon Pokemon and the history of many tribes focused around the mystical type of Pokemon
An added twist to the Pleasure Battles with Clair is the fact the buzzing never stops.
Flannery (Fire)
Flannery runs a hot spring with her gym. And the twist she runs, well the passioante and hot headed girl has herself and her challenger naked
Candice (Ice)
Candice runs a skii lodge at her Gym. And like Whitney, does not have a twist to her Pleasure Battles
Elesa (Electric)
Elesa being a model and a star, she has her gym at PokeStar's Studio. A more... adult branch. And the twist she uses is... you and her are being filmed while it happens. You get to keep the tape afterwards, lol
Skyla (Flying)
Handgliding is an event held at Skyla's gym, gliding across the vast oceans of the region. And for her Pleasure Battle twist, she has some Gym Attendents groping both herself and you during the battle.
Mallow (Grass)
Mallow runs an outsdie kitchen slash exotic garden, the kind girl being a bit kinky with her twist to the Pleasure Battles. Mallow and her challenger edge each other three times before the Battle starts
Olivia (Rock)
Olivia does rock climbing with the cliff face near her Gym, both artifical and real. Seeing no reason, she has no twists on her Pleasure Battles. Although herself and her challenger do fuck before the battle.
Bae (Fighting)
Bea, The Galar karate prodigy, is the Fighting type Gym Leader of Galar. Living in Stow-on-Side, she is a serious fighter. Trying not to show weakness she hides her emotions, emotions that some times leak out during the height of battle. She also loves sweets.
Her Gym in Luxure is an actual gym. Weights, treadmills, all that stuff. And you have to have a work out before you challenge her to a Pleasure Battle.
Nessa (Water)
Nessa is the raging wave, the Water Gym Leader of Galar. From Hulbury, she is a fashion model on the side. She is very calm, but still highly competitive.
Her Gym is a small Water Resort. And the twist she puts on Pleasure Battles? There is none.
Klara (Poison)
Klara's Gym works as a sex club. The bully bitch of a Poison Master enjoying the fun
And her trial during a Pleasure Battle has both contestents be under the effects of an Aphrodisiac during the battle.
Elite 4
When facing the Elite 4, there is no gimicks to the Pleasure Battles. The intensity is just increased between each level. And after you defeat them, well it is sexy time. It is a test on your stamina, endurance and will as well as your battle skills

Hi i really need help. I feel so insecure and jealous. I don't feel or think that I am beautiful because I'm chubby. I have big arms and stomach. I've followed people on IG that have the same body as me and are content with it but I still don't see myself (or their bodies, I know I'm despicable) beautiful. I've been running for 5 months now but my weight still increased instead of going down. Please how do i become confident?
Hi love! Feeling like your mental perception of yourself doesn't match what you see in the mirror is incredibly frustrating. Everyone feels better at different sizes, so your feelings are valid here!
I believe that confidence in your body comes from loving yourself unconditionally while simultaneously making the deliberate decision to care for it to the best of your ability – through a healthy diet, regular exercise, proper skin care, a comprehensive beauty routine, clothes that fit well and make you feel your best, etc.
While this is purely anecdotal and in no way a scientific finding, I've found that your body seems to sort itself out once you start putting yourself first in every aspect of your life. I tend to be in my best shape when I'm working hard towards my goals, socializing regularly, putting effort into my outfits/daily appearance, eating a healthy diet but not restricting, moving my body for at least a few minutes every day, and generally letting myself work towards my potential in life if you will.
For weight loss purposes, it is more important to focus on what you eat and how much than any exercise routine. I would look into a predominately WFPB diet and then customize your meals/snacks to cater to your personal taste preferences, lifestyle, and energy requirements given your height, weight, and level of activity. See a dietitian if you need any help with this.
Additionally, you might want to try walking and low-impact strength training like pilates, yoga, and shorter 10-15 minute bodyweight exercises you can find Youtube to get started.
At least for me, I find that running and higher-intensity exercises/classes make my appetite soar, so it's counterproductive for weight loss. I think the merit of these exercises is more for the enduring training or muscle-building benefits they provide (which shouldn't be discounted – they serve a different purpose).
If you've been doing all of the right things, though, and you're not seeing the results you think you should be, go to your doctor for a blood test/panels to ensure you're not dealing with any underlying deficiencies or imbalances that could be sabotaging your efforts or otherwise negatively impacting your wellbeing.

Yoga Poses to Increase Height
Tree Pose:
Tree pose requires a person to balance on one leg. As symbolically the tree is said to be strong and well-grounded, as it grows both upward and downwards building stability.
Steps:
Start off with standing straight in the Namaste position.
Lift the arms over the head and make the Namaste.
When you lift one leg, raise it to the knee of the other leg and rest it on that knee, keeping your balance while you do this.
Then exhale and return to the first position. Do it with the left leg.
Tadasana:
Steps:
Stand with your feet slightly apart while keeping your feet balanced on both feet.
Inhale and raise your arms above your head. Interlock your fingers with your palms facing up. Keep your gaze ahead.
Exhale and raise your shoulders towards your ears. Roll back your shoulders and lower your spine while straightening your posture and opening your chest.
Relax all your muscles
Back to the beginning position.
Marjariasana (Dog and Cat Pose:)
Steps:
Look ahead straight such that your spine goes a little down towards the floor.
Now on exhaling, gently press the middle of your spine backward towards the ceiling and firmly press down with your hands.
Now while inhaling come back to the table position.
Now again curl your spine backward.
Repeat this pose 10-20 times.
Paschimottasana
Steps:
Sit on the ground with your legs stretched in front of you.
Inhale and raise both arms above your head and stretch them as much as you can.
Move your chin towards the toes while keeping your spine straight.
Place your hands on your legs till wherever you can stretch them.
Inhale deeply and lift your head slightly while lengthening your spine
Exhale and move your navel towards the knees.
Hold it for 30 sec.
Breathe in and come back to the first position.
Bhujangasana
Steps:
Bhujangasana generally includes lying on the floor on your stomach.
Keep your legs close together and heels lightly touching each other.
Take a deep breath in, and slowly lift your head, chest, and abdomen. Keep your navel on the floor.
Hold it with 4-5 breaths and then breathe out
Do it 5 to 6 times.
Trikonasana (Utthita Trikonasana)
Steps:
Stand and keep a minimum distance of 3 feet between your legs.
Stretch down and try to touch your feet with the same hands
Your other hand should be straight facing the ceiling
Hold this position for 10 seconds.
Switch the position with the other hand and repeat the same process.
Repeat this asana 10 – 15 times.
As a beginner, when your start practicing these yogas you may feel irritation and pain in the body but it will disappear after a few days with continuous sessions. Please give me advice 🙏
Ive increased working out and watching what I eat since May and I've lost about 7kg, from 71kg to 64kg . I cut out carbs, sugar and all processed foods, everything I eat now is organic and fresh.
I go on a morning walk for about 40 mins and then after work I go gym for more intense training then I go home and do my pilates and yoga to stretch and wind down.
However, I feel like I've hit a weight loss plateau and I'm not sure how to get out of it. Is this normal? Should I increase my work outs and eat less?
If you're already doing doubles (2 workouts a day, if you consider the walking the first), you're probably doing everything you can in the movement aspect.
It's normal to hit a plateau with working out, whether it be weight loss or muscle gain, and when it happens, progress will slow down. The scale might not change as much but your body will continue. At your weight (depending on your height) you're probably already at a pretty healthy weight, but if you do want to lose more, slightly decreasing your food may help.
Also, carbs are good for you. Your muscles need them for energy, do don't be afraid of them, just consume them in moderation. Fruits & vegetables are some of the best sources for them, though it seems like you're already doing great (better than me even) on that end.
Make sure you're eating lots of protein goo, you want to minimize muscle loss while maximizing fat loss, to do so you need a high protein diet. If you have more questions (or if this didn't answer any of yours) feel free to keep asking :)

you have definitely went out of the park with this insanely large order! i am very impressed actually. now the sausage egg sandwich was your add-on in the dms so i did choose the one that had the longest delay time. with as much as i will be eating for this meal i think at least two before eating all of this delicious food is a good enough buffer so we can get home and have a good breeding session. after that it’s go time to eat everything in a timely manner before i’ll be stuck in the restaurant unable to move! after that i think i would start with the sides so i can have the Quad Pod for last. if you’re wanting me extra big and squishy we’ll have to be careful with portions sizes so i can feasibly eat everything. i think a medium fry for extra length but a small tater tot for beach ball roundess so we don’t lose the cute torpedo-esque bump. i will eat the eight count size for mozzarella sticks so we a long time with this food induced pregnancy for as much fantasy roleplay as we so desire. you’ll have to step up as the other parent for these sweet nuggets that will be kicking the crap out of my tummy for the next four hours! hopefully with the added marinara sauce we’ll have an even longer time with this brood~ the side salad i did add the vinagrette so it can be easier on my joints for all the breeding sex we’ll have. at this point my stomach would pressing against my shirt. it’s baggy—a size too big because i didn’t know what you would have me eat. it’s a good thing you’ll be taking me home before the effects truly start or else i’d be stuck in this restaurant unable to move for the duration of the pregnancy. spicy nuggets? you really are trying to have this be as realistic as possible. these little ones will have all the sass that i have which is a lot. can i count on you to help rub the huge mound i’ll have to attempt to calm down the quadruple kicking storm you’ve given me? you’re so sweet for thinking about my back pain💕i’ll definitely need it when i have to lug my girth around the house after you breed me silly. the marshmallow plush is such a heavy drink i swear i can feel my stomach getting wider with each swallow! a small is safe so i don’t have too much extra weight to keep me stuck in bed but i am so tempted to want more....a medium of the maternal marionberry will give you something extra to hold onto....and what’s this? you want to be fed too sweetheart? a large will be perfect for the cookies and creme but be careful or you’ll be softer than me! my goodness you’ll want to breed me even more with how large my chest will get so i better get the large apple pie delight so we can go as long as possible to make sure you’ve unmistakably made me pregnant. and last but not least: the quad pods. at this point my shirt is straining to contain my stomach, the hem pulled tightly over my lower belly for all the world to see what you’ve stuffed me with. i already look seven months gone with a singleton and we’re not even finished! it’s been at least an hour and a half so this will have to be eaten on the go. waddling home continuing to stuff my face i’m cuddled against your side, your arm is hopefully wrapped around my stuffed middle as your mind ponders the images of what i’ll soon look like. i will be big. not even big properly describes my size, i will be gigantic and positively gravid with eight huge and active food babies with a chest that will likely be equal to the size of my girth! you’ve gone to make me look like a fertility god without actually getting me pregnant with real children! it’s a tragedy that it will end at the end of the day. i think you’ll have to breed me so much that even after all this magic dissipates i look like i’ve eaten one of those baby burritos💕💕💕💕
