A List Of Some Beginner Friendly Yoga Asanas

Mountain Pose (Tadasana):
In Mountain Pose, you stand tall with your feet either together or hip-width apart.
You maintain a straight spine, relaxed shoulders, and arms at your sides.
Breathing deeply, you engage your core and ground through your feet.
This pose helps improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness.

Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana):
To practise Cat-Cow Pose, you start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position.
Inhaling, you arch your back, lift your head, and tilt your pelvis (Cow Pose).
Exhaling, you round your back, tuck your chin, and tuck your pelvis (Cat Pose).
Flowing between these two poses helps improve spine flexibility and relieve back tension.

Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana):
For Downward-Facing Dog, you begin in a push-up position, then lift your hips upward.
