I wasn't expecting to keep drawing them but my pencil kept moving and they kept showing up on my paper!#Especially Gaster but the other two plenty as well #Got to employ a bit of my favourite coloured pencil ♪ I Will find a way to use my blue on nearly anything #Luckily for me they come prepackaged with blue magic so that was easy enough #Wiggly baby Papyrus does Not want to go >:( At least he's not being hurt :(#Some smoking Gaster ♪ I still quite enjoy drawing smoke honestly - fun to get to do so with a character who actually smokes haha #You can see I also added swoopy-swoops to his Lost Soul head - I like it much better for being such a small detail #I think it looks weird in black rather than white but against a white background-#Without them he feels....hmm something. Something old that I don't want #Not like the Classic Lost Soul head tho haha - similar but not quite the same!#I love his design ahh ♪ He's really so pretty but so much of that is in his details! Like the way he wears his clothes or holds his body #I'm always a sucker for that style of turtleneck as well haha ♫#Perhaps his turtleneck keeps the smoke in chest from escaping longer :0 Yet another reason to wear them!#Shot of the little family before things went Completely terrible - before the plates and all that #I'm rather pleased with his hand pose there actually :) Keep an eye on your kids Gaster you've only got the one eye to do so!#And then some silly ones lol - I am desperately curious if animated skeletons would have a hyoid bone #It's not as though hyoid bones are specific to humans! They're just A Type Of Bone! Surely skeletons would have All their bones right?#But in the human skeleton it's not resting against another bone it's just floating there tethered by muscle and sinew #Would it float? Would it rest inside the lower jaw? Would it attach to the neck vertebrae??#It'd probably get caught on his turtleneck a lot easier than like - getting it caught on his neck bones for example #They have a kind of fused canine-teeth-like structure as well they're like a weird set of tongue-teeth lol #It's just fun to imagine ♪ Similar to how the rest of the skeletal body like - magnetizes? to itself :)

Howdy howdy hey! I’ve been thinking about thinking more about that cowboy au, and so I’m trying to make some satisfying human designs for it :D this is what I’ve got so far though:

Kremy Lecroux, african American! One of the more recently learned black men after the civil rights act of 1866 (with help of course from Remy Guru) Conman and cook extraordinaire! People only ‘trust‘ him because he’s a stupid black man (wrong) The stache is still penciled on of course.

Gideon Coal, Mexican. Forced to help his pop in the Coal Mines after his mother left the two on their own with little money. His father died in the mines and Gideon was exploited (even more) as easy labor by white men. Has a set of manacles and chains he used to kill his original employers during an uprising and uses them as a lassoooooo

Morning Frost, Chinese immigrant. He originally came to America with his parents during the California gold rush. Learned English from whatever posters and newspapers he could find along with listening to white people speak. He also learned his mind games by doing the same thing. His robes are a gift from his parents when he set off to do…. Something

Gricko, Native American. He’s a younger generation, and is trying to meld into society after hearing their musics. Was kicked out of his tribe and eventually found a carnival (witchlight). There he met a young hard of hearing girl nicknamed hootsie and adopted her and ran. The two are slowly making a sort of sign language that the rest of the party eventually also learns to speak with Hootsie. Gricko picked up whittling to make toys and such for Hootsie and makes carvings of interesting animals he sees or hears about.

That’s all I have for them rn… I will likely change or flesh out certain parts of backstory’s and character designs. If there‘s any suggestions I’d love to hear them! (Im worried this comes off as insensitive or racist, I’m trying my best but there’s only so much research I can do) I’m really having fun making this so far hehe >:3c

@gracebethartacc has RWTS!Aster with star-shaped pupils and Cielo has glowing golden pupils, so I decided Imma draw KOW!Aster with stars IN their pupil.

The firefly one??? Is okay??? It doesn’t really look lika Aled’s art but idfc (I do, I really do but I gotta go to sleep)

Boots are a bit stiff but what can you do. I wanted to get some fanart out there so I can practice drawing the boy a little more later

#pan draws #pan designs #zine #zines #this one was very fun even though it killed me a bit <- guy who had too much shit to do #the cover (spread 1) and album covers are linocut. the album/band names + reviews are 3d-printed plates #the whole thing was ran through a letterpress machine in 2 passes—first pass was the black ink and second pass was the pink ink #there r two variants! the one here is on gray ingres paper but theres another version on white masa paper that also has blind deboss #theres like. 22 total in this edition. maybe i'll open shop for these guys. it was fun #i enjoy carving blackletter typefaces looking forward to doing more o7 #xines

i made a lil nobody underling for Naminé. for fun.

the Oracle isnt much of a fighter but when backed into a corner it can use a confuse-like spell that gives you immense brain fog for a while. you wont forget anything long term but those who pursue it will forget why they were even chasing the Oracle in the first place and hopefully move onto something else.

thoughts on aventurine? i’m playing penacony rn and id love to hear ur opinions

Hello!!!! I'll try to avoid any spoilers since you're going through Penacony right now.

Okay, so, at first I didn't really care about him. I saw a lot of people either thirsting over him or viewed him as a villain back when Penacony's first act came out, but I just kinda forgot he existed, not gonna lie.

The real meat comes from the second act where we got to see more of him and his backstory. We got to see his past which was heartbreaking, we got to see his dynamic between him and Ratio, we got to see his thinking and planning in real time and in general we saw more of him.

I think he's very well written and I do enjoy him as a character. He's not my favourite, but I would put him in a top ten or something.

#I've seen people have gripes with his design #especially when he was first shown #he was supposed to be Romani representation I'm pretty sure?#and I saw some Romani people saying it's not accurate #honestly I haven't looked into his character that much to have an opinion on that aspect of his character #but that's a problem Hoyo has been “struggling” with for a LONG time #they research other cultures well enough (from what I see I am not in any way a professional in this)#but when it comes to skin tone variety....#we go from modern house kinda white to paper sheet kinda white soooo #hsr aventurine #hsr #honkai star rail
