in the course of 2 & half months ive dropped from over 1500 cal to 900 to 500.
ive lose 5kgs and plan to lose 15 more by the end of this year and drop to 300cals by feb.

Haven't posted in a while.
My life was very stressful the last few weeks. I started university 3 weeks ago and met a lot of people.
Even though it seems like I have new friends I still feel very lonely and depressed.
I hope that one day I will be happy again.
But I also have good news. I stepped on the scale today and saw the number 79.9. That means I've lost 15 kg and I am so fucking happy about it!
I always thought weight-loss isn't for me. I never thought that I would reach my aims that fast.
Next aim is 75 kg. I look forward to it. I already see that my belly is slowly becoming smaller.
I also have a crush now. I was convinced that I will never be able to have romantic feelings towards Somebody after all my ex bf did.
And I am also very happy about this fact

So I've decided to start tracking my weight and then figured I'd post it here!

Well that's this months weight tracking. The main reason for so much swing is because of my eating habits, (No duh) or more likely my lack of. I simply don't eat as often or as much as I should abs as such, I overeat when I have the chance. Which isn't conducive in the long run for steady gain or long lasting results, which is why we see so much swing. I'm hoping that with a better job I can afford to eat better more regularly.
In the meantime, I hope that y'all continue to show your love and support for my content.

As always I am late to things but I made a planner for August because I like tracking progress and stuff like that visually. I made it for myself because I am officially back on my own HEALTH 🔥💪🐉 journey, but I thought I'd share because I remember having a hard time finding nice simple ways to track how things were going in a way in which I could see it, so I'm sharing it in hopes it might be helpful for people.

Weight-loss update
I've lost 8.4 kg/18.5 pounds since 10th June.
I am so fucking happy about it. I just looked at my before and after videos and I am so shocked about the fact that I was soooo fucking fat!!!
Of course I am far away from being skinny rn.
But I look forward to finally pass the 85 kg mark on my scale.
And I want to loose another 5 kg in August.
