doing the "tokyo ghoul" diet
only coffee or tea for the next two weeks
this is a crash diet. i know this is not sustainable. i just wanna quickly loose some weight.
rules:
two cups of coffee a day
three cups of tea a day
water anytime a day
if i drink anymore cups of caffeine in a single day i would die of either anxiety or actual caffeine poisoning. doing this as someone who is lowkey sensitive to caffeine.
types of coffee: no sugar/sweeteners, americanos, black coffee, espresso shots, lattes* only with almond milk (or any lowest cal milk), hot or iced
types of tea: mint, matcha/green, any as long as it has no sweetener, could be herbal or caffeinated, hot or iced. no milk tea* unless they have plant based milk options, no toppings (sad ik), and no sweetener.
milk tea* and latte* rule: to only order these if gonna be hanging out with friends just to seem normal.
no energy drinks!
i personally do like black coffee/plain tea so this is gonna be easy taste wise. but definitely gonna make me feel like death after two days.
disclaimer: i only plan on drinking coffee/tea when ever i feel hungry as meal replacement, the amount of drinks per day i mention is a limit not a goal. i am not encouraging anyone to attempt this.

Finished my box of Slim Coffee by Unaltered.
30 serv/ box individual serving packs.
So....I finished this box this morning.
I cannot swear to it's efficacy as in my opinion, I did not remember to take it regularly enough. I didn't take it regularly enough because I didn't like the flavor and although I adore coffee, i just couldn't quite get past the taste or aftertaste.
I did try my sf caramel or chocolate to cover it up but nothing I tried made me like it. 30 tries.
I am not likely to repurchase due to cost and the weird flavor thing. But it was worth a shot, as many things are.
It might be better for someone who likes the flavor, & the individual serving packs mean you can take it "on the go," so it might be a nice addition for someone who actually leaves their house.
The ingredients look like it should have a positive effect. But remembering to take it was a problem for me, sadly.
I don't think I took it enough to give it a proper score... but I also didn't note any ill effects from it either. 😔

so I told my partner I was doing one meal a day, and so when we make the groceries list there is no longer food included for me to eat during lunch or breakfast, and everything else is earmarked for a specific dinner or their lunch.
in conclusion, I have somehow created the ultimate accountable system, in which there is no food in my house I am actually able to eat other then at dinner

I am working on just doing some organization in my office space, which clutters up terribly because I am a busy little clutterbug and I always tend to drop my shopping somewhere.
I spend most of my time in this room. I have a coffee & tea bar set up so a nice beverage is close at hand. It is my great comfort.
Sadly, the sf syrups tj maxx has been selling lately don't fit on my syrup shelf. But I think I found a way to store the unopened bottles- sideways like wine. I am a couple hours into this project and listening to the next Dresden Files book- Turn Coat. I love this series, & am listening to the audiobooks because James Marsters narrates them. It is mostly for comfort, since I have read them all before, but it does help keep me focused.
I am working on letting go of 2 of the metal to go cups I have been using. I bought them cheap at Walmart after my divorce and my move home to care for my Mom. They are well used and I love them. The plastic tops have cracked to splinters now tho, so it is time to let them go.
Behold- my new mugs. Yes, I paid full price. At TJ Maxx, but still---
