If yall wanted to lose weight PLEASE! not like this!!!
Even tho water has 0 kcal but you need kcal to produce energy throughout the day!! (or you'll suffer from health issue later on)
If yall want to lose weight have something low in kcal instead!!
Eating actual food for breakfast is very vital!!

Me: internal battle between wanting to eat like a normal person in front of others and not wanting to put another bite in my mouth
Everyone at the table: eating, talking, not paying any attention to me
🙏😁🥰 this always makes me so happy literally sigh or relief and I just move my food around my plate and nobody can tell the difference. Especially if I offer some of mine or mention how great the food was! Remember this for thanksgiving! Sometimes people aren’t watching your every bite so be at ease. Obvi unless you are in r3covery and your family knows about it then that’s a different story. But if you are still chubby like me people most likely won’t notice.

Take this time to be grateful for anything that you have. Whether it’s your ability to have control over what we obsess over everyday, the blessing of being able to drink so much water whenever we want, the gift of knowledge we have over f00d and c4ls, being able to walk/run/xercise, family if we have any around us today, friendships here and irl, the one bite of pumpkin pie I’m allowing myself hahaha. Just really anything you can be thankful for! It’s very important to stay grateful and keep pushing to be the version of you possible today. I love you all 🦃🦃🧡🧡🍂🍂

Think about how different u could look by new years if u lock in right now
Remember that everyday u stay committed to working out and eating healthy is another day closer to ur goal and ur dream body
Christmas is right around the corner and you’ll get to eat good food again
Think of how good you’ll feel by new years knowing u stayed committed to ur goal
Don’t tell urself you’ll get back on track after Christmas and new years that is a whole month of delaying ur results
Workout even if u don’t feel like it trust me you’ll feel so good knowing u did it even though u didn’t feel like it
The more u wait to get on track the more unmotivated you’ll feel
Think of how good you’ll feel when ppl notice how different u look bc u put in the work
