🦴 i've been here before, lost 70lbs, but have been stuck at the same weight for over a year now (;;)
🧪 i still have a high weight & im trying to lock tf in and get it down!
height: 5'7 / 170cm
hw/sw: 280lbs / 127kg
cw: 203lbs / 92kg
gw¹: 180lbs / 81kg
gw²: 160lbs / 72kg
gw³: 130lbs(?) / 58kg
PLEASE like/follow if you wanna be moots! especially if you have a high sw like me!
🎀 my rules to follow below
take a cold shower daily.
do some type of physical activity everyday. walking, cleaning, yoga, even just stretching. do something.
focus on skin care, especially in areas where i see loose skin forming.
DRINK WATERRR. i have SUCH a bad habit of forgetting to do this.
start plating meals. don't eat out of any type of packaging.
chew food until there's literally nothing left to chew on.
chew gum when cravings arise.
never go above 1000 cals, ideally limit to 500 a day.
avoid eating late in the day, its easier to burn off calories by eating earlier.
take pictures of meals beforehand.
