Things I've noticed about losing we1ght after being overwe1ght my whole life

I actually see my collarbone now(Not much but it's still visible).

I can see the bone of my wrist( You know the little bump the bone makes? I didn't have that before).

I can easily fit into pants that I used to struggle to get in.

People around me compliment me more often.

I can find pants way more easily now (Most of my weight goes to my thighs and hips so it's hard to find pants that aren't too tight on the legs and too loose around the waist).

So many people ask if I lost weight(I wear baggy clothes so I am genuinely suprised they noticed).

I can run longer without getting a side cramp.

My shirts fit me weird now. They used to be tight but now they look way looser.

My jawline is less soft and my face less round

I feel stares on me more often than before

I am so much more confident

I look so much prettier than before( I don't feel like I am any lighter but I do look better? If that makes sense. My face looks the same but kind of better at the same time? You know what I mean if you've lived it)

I sweat less

My muscles are more defined???? It's actually kind of weird. My arms for example, when I flex it, you can see my biceps and the line of the muscles but just under it is fat so it looks kind of off? At least I think it means I am not on the way to getting skinny fat.

I'll probably add more to this list as time goes on.

Ignore the fact that I literally did not drink any fucking water- I had 2 iced teas with 0 cal sweetener in it.

I’m gonna slowly lower my intake and up my steps the best I can because I have a desk job now. I’ve been at a stand still so I’m hoping to get everything moving again ✨
