Honestly, I'm finding it so funny. Love Victor, and the two other unnamed love children.

I'll be scrolling through my recommended and just see that somehow, in the course of 4 months (since the av3 blog has come to fruition), Alastor and Vox have gotten married, turned out invalid because Val used the wrong contract, they've somehow brought in THREE love children, and now OM is a sort of OC themself.

TLDR: Victor I love you you're probably my favourite character in the blog

feel like the way this szn is going so far, me hoping for a dual pov realization of feelings where the characters are split between who knows and who doesn’t but the audience knows all for buddie isn’t TOO insane….just think of the potential……maddie being who eddie goes to……..hen being who buck goes to…….sitcom type comedy….the calls being a little too on the nose for eddie and buck…..,this happening during the halloween ep or even post halloween/mustache shaving…….

What primarily drew me to Kazurei as a pairing isn't the roommate trope, nor the golden retriever and brood cat trope, or the gay spy x family gag, but rather this scene from Episode 8 (that I'm somehow still not over.)

It's the mutual reluctance to love and let themselves heal, with the exception that Kazuki couldn't stand to see Rei in the same position as him, so he offers to take care of him anyway. Both, who had a rough relationship with love, let themselves confide in each other. Rei, who found comfort and experienced what it's like to be taken care of, and Kazuki, who can't help but to extend care because it's something that's just... natural to do in his position. Kazuki, who is hurted by love that is taken from him over and over again, offers what he'd regard as a bare minimum because deep down, he wants his remaining loved ones (and in this timeline just rei) to feel the love he always desired.

Though Kazuki is seemingly full of emotions every time (enough to almost repress his sadness), his actions are always so gentle and full of warmth.

What makes it more beautiful is how Rei adapts Kazuki concept's, or rather, way to express love to Miri (with the most apparent example being Episode 9) considering Kazuki was probably one of if not the first person he'd experienced and therefore actively saw it from. He initially wasn't able to comprehend how to love and be loved, and only through Kazuki's deeds did he learn how comforting and nice it is to be cared for, so he wanted to extend that to Miri after realizing how much his family meant to him.

Going back to the topic, I genuinely adore how Kazurei is a pairing consisting of two people who weren't given the opportunity to love, and during their time before Miri subconsciously fulfilled each other's emotional needs. Though initially distant, they immediately clicked because they fit together like puzzle pieces. Similar desires but difference in approach and seek what the other has.

While there is mutual understanding between them, being able to read each other, neither of the two had the will to step onto each others' boundaries and address it. It was satisfying to see them grow closer emotionally and form the courage to communicate, with great examples being the last few episodes of the series.

Tl;dr the soft aspect of Kazurei made me complerely fall in love with the pairing and I used to be neutral about it

wait wait we had a big xmas moment of Eddie's S5 suprise leaving announcement and s2 xmas of the Diaz family family reunion under the christmas tree, but what if Eddie moves to Texas and things are slowly getting better with Chris but Eddie has very firmly committed himself to having no hopes and taking everything at Christopher's pace. he's glad to have his son back but missing the rest of the life he built. things are strained with his parents but he's making it work. there are positive signs - Chris is showing some enthusiasm for planning their Christmas together and agreeing they should do it together at the place Eddie is renting (even if he was planning to moving permanently if he's moving to reunite with christopher it makes sense to start with a rental he can get fast not wait through the whole buying/selling process as part of the initial relocation). And then it's Christmas morning and Chris is leading Eddie outside and Buck is waiting there and Chris announces that he's ready to come back to LA so he called Buck to come and get them both.

Eddie Diaz, Buck Buckley and their team were providing assistance to an injured cheerleader this Thursday. Diaz seemed to have been in charge of the rescue.

Although the playful complicity that propulsed the couple of firefighters into the spotlight was outshined by their focused professionalism, Diaz and Buckley seemed just as in tune with each other in the field as they are behind a screen.

Sometimes it is so clear that some people only watch this show for Buck and Buddie and it’s like THIS IS AN ENSEMBLE SHOW THIS IS AN ENSEMBLE CAST! other storylines are going to happen!!! This show is not the Buck and Eddie show with some funky sidekicks!! Like please, I understand wanting to see more Buddie, trust me I have been waiting YEARS to see them, but like … one, it’s not going to happen in 2 episodes??? (Nor should it but that’s a WHOLE other conversation) And two, this show is NOT about them! They are an Intercal part to the show and storyline, yes, but they are only a part! And in recent times things have been very Buck, Eddie, buckandeddie, and Buddie focused (yes those are ALL different) so it was bound for an episode to premiere where they are not the focus! Like can we please just enjoy the show and the story it’s telling and stop being all ‘what a flop of an episode’ ‘this was such a let down’ ‘I’m gonna stop watching until Buddie goes canon’, like y’all enjoy the show you want, watch for what you want, whatever, it’s your viewing experience but before you start yelling at the show and it’s creative team for making a “bad” episode simply because there wasn’t enough Buddie in it please, I implore you, to remember that that is Not the point of the show
