I kinda wonder if Inspekta being so cartoony and cutesy-looking is partially . Like. He’s a ‘mascot’ for the bizzyboys. He was a human being, once! A human who lived and breathed and cried and did all the gross unsightly things a living being does! But now he’s a perfect-little cutie-pie, ain’t he? Not a blemish, not a single gray hair or crooked tooth- an immaculate mascot for the cause!

But then you just take a look under the surface and he’s . Empty . Nothing more than the face of a mascot and the hands of all the followers who lifted him up to where he now stands

Rethought my ggg/isat crossover & actually the funniest viable option for a cannon character being the Godpoke is Loop.

Loop gets dropped into the GGG world post-isat by The Universe to try to get them to make some friends outside of a timeloop. Instead they just hide & travel around for a couple years until they hear abt The Grove.

Their similarities to king were complete coincidence at first. Loop found out that if they put on a hat their "hair" just went out & looked normal, so they started wearing that plus a bandana & an outfit that covered their sparkly star skin. The cow poke look was just the easiest option to travel in (and they thought the Grinning bandana was fun).

When Loop found out their similarities to the future God of eloquence & communication, they had a good, long, bitter laugh about it, and then fully committed to The Bit.

Literally all of their problems could've been solved if they just talked to their friends more, so why not? It's not like The Grove's Gods require monotheistic beliefs (they're friends with each other, so why would they stop their followers from also following their friends?) So it wouldn't conflict with their... complicated relationship with The Universe. Of course, Everything resides within The Universe so It also wouldn't take offense to a smaller section being focused on more.

So Loop goes to see the ascension of their cautiously labeled "new God", only to get swept up in the chaos of the game's plot.

Each God gives something for Loop to relate to in new & uncomfortable ways!

Cobigail with her terrible memory, Click Clack with his love of tragedies, and King with their constant travel before coming to The Grove, just to name a few.

Plus, Loop obviously can't really blame Inspekta for nearly destroying the world out of fear of loneliness bc like. Yeah. They Get It. (They are still Judging Him For It, but they DO get it)

& the position of communicating for other people is one they already have a bit of practice for, so really this is just a new part to play!

But they can only keep the role of Silent Protagonist going for so long before people start wondering:

Who IS The Godpoke?

Where did they come from?

...and have they really been sleeping in a tree this whole time???

But do you think Inspekta knew (or straight up asked for) that the Burgies Capo made for him were literally made from himself? Or do you think he was ignorant to what Capo was doing to himself in the name of devotion?
